Hello Sir/Madam,
I had ordered 6 trail products, Mc caffeine face wash and a free additional gift from Smytten App on 28/10/2022. Apart from the freebies all other items were wrong. Attached is the invoice.

I am really not happy with this.

The items ordered were -
1. Mc caffeine naked and raw scrub
2. Black blender sponge
3. Ajmal - Sacred Love Perfum
4. Colorbar nailpaint - Cupcake shade
5. Naked and raw espresso face wash by Mc caffeine
6. Bodycare kit (freebies)

Items received -
1. Bodycare kit (freebies)
2. Wow ubtan face and body scrub
3. Million colors lip balm
4. Plum cleansing balm
5. Two Million Colors nail paint of shade - C- 7
6. Elitty nailpaint.

Please arrange the return for this and I would need the products I ordered and paid 300 rs/- for.

Kindly consider this as urgent and do the needful.

It is a prepaid order but there is no update about anything even after 4 days. There is just coming that delivery delayed. Please look through it once.

I don’t recived the products whole products are missing from the packaging and didn’t get the refund back i have raised a rqst regarding refund im not getting any response from there ends they were mentioned a resolved in the querie box but my query are still unsolved and i send them a mail so many times with photos and not getting any response from there side this app is totally scammed they do not support to the customers service are ridiculous they cheated on your money

Recieved 1 damaged product and 1 item missing ...but customer care not resolving not refunding... Totally unsealed package

I have placed an order in Smytten. But the delivery got delayed so I couldn't collect the order myself. After collecting the order I found that a product is missing in the delivery. But even after multiple mails, neither did I get that product till now nor did I get any refund. So it feels like a losing transaction.

I have prepaid on my order, it is shipped but not dispatched.everyday I am getting a new delivery date.I want my order fast, its urgent[protected]

I placed my order on Smytten app and it was supposed to be delivered till 16th October but I didn't receive it till the mentioned date. Then the delivery boy came at 18th and I was not at home during his delivery time and didn't get any information of him. There is no contact no. of him...Whom should I contact now.

I had raised a query of why I have received wrong products instead of the ordered items.
The query is showing resolved but I can not see what action has been taken for the wrong order.
I have sent mail multiple times but no response yet.

But I have received:

4. Yaan man tinted moisturizer
5. Sage apothecary face serum
6. Seer secret rambutan lip scrub
7. Anour body scrub
8. mamaearth Bamboo sheet mask -2

My prepaid order has not been delivered though it's showing delivery date as 14th oct 2022. Today is 17th & still I'm not able to receive. I couldn't find customer care num to complain them directly I have even mailed them & received no response from their end. Here I'm writing with deep disappointed, hoping I can receive my products or refund my hard earned money

My order number is 6631021 and it's show that it's in my city and
it's show that Scan location to auto-update to co-located center
The date was 16-10-22 and today is 17 and no update about my order

I haven't received my order . I have mailed to smytten. They made me to wait till 10 days. But still i haven't received my order.

Kindly deliver my order asap...worst service smytten are offering...never think to try using smytten again ...it 14th oct but the delivery date was 10th oct

I had placed the order on 5th of October and expected delivery date was 11th October but still I didn't receive the order or any call or message from your side about my delivery.
From yesterday it shows that the order was sent for delivery.
Please send my delivery ASAP or give me my refund.

The order #2442668 was placed on 4th of September, the products were seperated into 2 shipment only one product was delivered on 10th of Sept (shipment #1) and I through will get the other in few days but in few days I suspect and check the "order details" section just to end up in shock because all of a sudden my other shipment also shows it was delivered but not with exact detail because once it's in outside it shows as its delivered on 16th but if I open to see detail further it's shows as 10th of Sept, it looks like I have been scammed, may be it's because of the application issue or something which is really disappointing because I didn't even get an OTP over that orders to get it from the delivery person. Raised an complaint as soon as I saw this but it was neglected, so till this day I'm calling the customer care center again and again hoping to see if I could get my products but end up just to them saying "we will resolve this and get back at you" which never happend in past few months or to end up with "executives busy will call you back tone" which is very bad, Please resolve this issue asap it's been months already.

I had ordered mamaearth shampoo 1l and mamaearth face wash. yesterday I got my parcel from symtten and it was empty accept view free products like smytten comb and trial pack of mamaearth shampoo, conditioner & oil.
Now, i want my refund...
