Hello Team,

I had raised a query of why I have received wrong products instead of the ordered items.
The query is showing resolved but I can not see what action has been taken for the wrong order.
I have sent mail multiple times but no response yet.

Please find the below details -
I have ordered:
1. Te Amo Pearl Perfume
2. E-Luminance Simply Supple Cleansing Balm
3. Neem Face Wash
4. Natural Green Tea Face Wash
5. Aloe Vera Face Wash With Aloevera & Ashwagandha
6. Natural Green Tea Night Gel
7. Turmeric And Saffron Face Wash Ultimate Glow & Radiance
8. Aloe Vera Face Wash With Aloevera & Ashwagandha-Duo

But I have received:
1. Organic bamboo toothbrush
2. Wooden hair pin
3. Gas-o-fast active jeera
4. Yaan man tinted moisturizer
5. Sage apothecary face serum
6. Seer secret rambutan lip scrub
7. Anour body scrub
8. mamaearth Bamboo sheet mask -2

Kindly look into this and please try to deliver the product I have ordered or the cashback and let me know what action has been taken for my issue

My prepaid order has not been delivered though it's showing delivery date as 14th oct 2022. Today is 17th & still I'm not able to receive. I couldn't find customer care num to complain them directly I have even mailed them & received no response from their end. Here I'm writing with deep disappointed, hoping I can receive my products or refund my hard earned money

My order number is 6631021 and it's show that it's in my city and
it's show that Scan location to auto-update to co-located center
The date was 16-10-22 and today is 17 and no update about my order

I haven't received my order . I have mailed to smytten. They made me to wait till 10 days. But still i haven't received my order.

Kindly deliver my order asap...worst service smytten are offering...never think to try using smytten again ...it 14th oct but the delivery date was 10th oct

I had placed the order on 5th of October and expected delivery date was 11th October but still I didn't receive the order or any call or message from your side about my delivery.
From yesterday it shows that the order was sent for delivery.
Please send my delivery ASAP or give me my refund.

The order #2442668 was placed on 4th of September, the products were seperated into 2 shipment only one product was delivered on 10th of Sept (shipment #1) and I through will get the other in few days but in few days I suspect and check the "order details" section just to end up in shock because all of a sudden my other shipment also shows it was delivered but not with exact detail because once it's in outside it shows as its delivered on 16th but if I open to see detail further it's shows as 10th of Sept, it looks like I have been scammed, may be it's because of the application issue or something which is really disappointing because I didn't even get an OTP over that orders to get it from the delivery person. Raised an complaint as soon as I saw this but it was neglected, so till this day I'm calling the customer care center again and again hoping to see if I could get my products but end up just to them saying "we will resolve this and get back at you" which never happend in past few months or to end up with "executives busy will call you back tone" which is very bad, Please resolve this issue asap it's been months already.

I had ordered mamaearth shampoo 1l and mamaearth face wash. yesterday I got my parcel from symtten and it was empty accept view free products like smytten comb and trial pack of mamaearth shampoo, conditioner & oil.
Now, i want my refund...

I made my order on 21st September and it was going to be delivered on 24th September but I didn't get my order yet .. what's the problem with the delivery of my order .. when will I get my order .. I made that with prepaid .. deliver my order or refund my money ..

I have ordered trial products on 25 Sept 2022 on 02 Oct 2022 I received a text message that your order has been delivered. But I haven't received yet. Ticket Number[protected]

I have received only one bottle of creation Noir perfume bottle and also one missing bottle pls resolve my problem

I've placed the order on 27th September, 2022 and the delivery date given was 1st October, 2022. I've prepaid the amount and didn't receive the product yet. I've been sending them emails but they are not responding.

The delivery date was 30th sept but they are delivery my package and constantly increasing day by day . I used to order so much from this app but they never did this.

My order should have been delivered on 27th and I haven't received any kind of information or my order delivered.

I placed an order for lipstick and kajal and i haven't received the lipstick inside the shipment. They are not giving any response to mail. They have generated a ticket on 26 th and said it would be resolved within 72 hrs. And yet no response have come. The app crashes if you apply for return or replacement. Just says retry . I have attached the picture of the product missing . The plum kajal is delivered with two other free gifts but did not receive lipstick.

My order no.6441090 is prepaid, it is delayed even not showing any updated time or date for delivery. No contact no. is available also

My serum was all spilled over the package and no content was left... I place a damaged product query ticket Id - 198018. But they are so slow and they haven't gotten back to me. I want a replacement for my order by the same product

This is very shameful to Inform that Smytten company has done fraud with me 2 times, they don't send products in package and after raising complaints they just gives 20/30rs for product valued of 400/500 rs, I Had Asked for Replacement of product only by choosing the option of replacement, still they sent me 26rs refund in my cash back which expires in 30dys only, I don't want 26rs for product value of 300rs I wand that product again, and why this company does not have any customer care Number? People should boycott Smytten, because they are Looting people's, this company should shutdown.
