I ordered trial products from smytten and paid 199 rs through gpay razorpay but I cancelled it right away as I erroneously made mistake in my address n they did not had option to change. Then got mail saying my refund is initiated but no refund has been received. Pls help me get my refund

            I have ordered few products from smytten. But at the time of delivery, I found that one product (loreal shampoo, worth rs. 188) was missing from the box. Another product (Insight highlighter, worth rs. 95) was damaged and used. I have raise complaint on their customer care but they are saying that we have sent you all products in unused condition and it could be a fault of courier partner. The box was seal packed, how can anyone steal from it?

                  I am sending mails to the customer service since a week and they are keep on mailing me the same dumb response as below
                  "
                  We are sorry!

                  While we understand your anticipation regarding your order, there's a tad bit of delay we're facing to deliver it. We're really sorry that the delay got in the way of you getting your box of happiness. We just want you to sit back and relax while we have this taken care of, for you"

                  There is no proper response from the team. I need refund if order can't be delivered.

                    I had paced a trial order #7587751 on 17th dec 2022 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th dec which 2022 but the tracking details keep showing "seller cancelled the order".The order was pre paid. I either want a refund or the order delivered as soon as possible.

                      On 21/12/22 i received my delivery and it was a prepaid order .when i open it it i saw that my some products are missing and in bill also it shows that i recieved only one.product .though i trust you so i paid the amount in advance but i never thought you could do something like that please solve my issue.they replied that they have already checked but i didn't recive the product

                        I ordered few products from smytten app on 13th dec but i didn't receive my order yet...they send a message everyday that your order will be delivered by today...or they are me this message from last 2-3 days...also i did the online payment...i mail them 2-3 times but still i didn't received anything yet please help me

                          Smytten has not delivered my product till date even after writing 20 mails continuously till date not received and also payment is done fully .
                          I’ve placed my order on 26 nov and delivery date was 3rd and after then 5th was issued, and now till date not delivered, and now they have even stoped giving response to mails, and no calling number is provided there !

                            Hi, , I have placed the order on 4th December and my order delivery date is 11th December but after shipping to my location they have extended the delivery date to 13th December, but I haven't received my order yet, , I already paid the amount through online, , can you please resolve my problem??                                     I ordered from smytten but only received cheating and fraud. There was only one product of many which I ordered and the free gift I should have received was also wrong and small.When I complain they just give me a very very small portion of my money & said we solve the problem from ourside.
                                    There customer service just keep repeating itself and don’t listen to my complaints.
                                    I asked for there complain number but they didn’t provide any response.
                                    Smytten is very cheap and fraud company

                                        I have ordered soaps, wetwipes, eyeshadows palette and foundation of swiss Beauty brand from smytten on 05-12-22. I recieved all products except foundation and when I raised the ticket regarding the same, they closed it saying insufficient information. Now thekr customer care number is not reachable. And no reply on email yet. How to get the missing item when no way to contact them or get it resolved.
