I had paced a trial order #7587751 on 17th dec 2022 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th dec which 2022 but the tracking details keep showing "seller cancelled the order".The order was pre paid. I either want a refund or the order delivered as soon as possible....

On 21/12/22 i received my delivery and it was a prepaid order .when i open it it i saw that my some products are missing and in bill also it shows that i recieved only one.product .though i trust you so i paid the amount in advance but i never thought you could do something like that please solve my issue.they replied that they have already checked but i didn't recive the product...

I ordered few products from smytten app on 13th dec but i didn't receive my order yet...they send a message everyday that your order will be delivered by today...or they are me this message from last 2-3 days...also i did the online payment...i mail them 2-3 times but still i didn't received anything yet please help me...

Smytten has not delivered my product till date even after writing 20 mails continuously till date not received and also payment is done fully .
I’ve placed my order on 26 nov and delivery date was 3rd and after then 5th was issued, and now till date not delivered, and now they have even stoped giving response to mails, and no calling number is provided there !

Hi, , I have placed the order on 4th December and my order delivery date is 11th December but after shipping to my location they have extended the delivery date to 13th December, but I haven't received my order yet, , I already paid the amount through online, , can you please resolve my problem?? I ordered from smytten but only received cheating and fraud. There was only one product of many which I ordered and the free gift I should have received was also wrong and small.When I complain they just give me a very very small portion of my money & said we solve the problem from ourside.

I ordered 2 minimalist vitamin c serum from smytten but after 6 days I dlonly received one.
I mailed them but they said we couldn't find sufficient information so we're closing this.
The box ive received is small so it couldn't even fit 2 products.
There number does not exists.

I have ordered cosmetics product worth rs 1256 from smytten which has free gift.
They shipped the free gift but the product for which I have paid 1256 is not even packed yet after 5 days.
I have mailed it to customer care but the customer care representative is giving different different logics. One is saying it's coming in one shipment, the other one said it's coming in two different shipment.

Order never delivered after paying online beforehand. order number-2551320...

This is regarding my order 2510543 on smytten placed on 21st October 2021. 2 products in the order were wrongly delivered. After numerous mail exchanges finally they agreed to pick up the wrongly delivered products and provide refund. They did pick up the products but still waiting for refund.
Another order 2546828 placed on 13th November also had a wrong product. Contacted then 3 times with images of waybill and the product as requested...

I have placed my order on Smytten on 4th Nov 2022 but still I have not received it.

The status of it has not changed since 9th Nov.

Sending emails to them and talking to the customer service executive has not helped at all.

I have order on November 7 by delivery date was on 14th November. Still today I have not received my order. They have statued as reattempt as per clients instructions. They have not call me or given any instructions. Kindly delivery my products or refund my amount....
