I was placing order on smytten app . But I received error as order not verified and they declined my order. I can't see any order in order history tab. But amount got deducted from my bank account.

    I order the wow hair loss control therapy shampoo but this product was missing in parcel box only free product received me. And smytten company was not responding me. I was calling so much time but he don't get responseblity. Also don't get refunding me. This company cheating me and also other people..

      Previously, the cost of six trial packs was 199 rupees, but it is now 235 rupees.
      The other two times I placed orders, they were delivered on time. This time, for whatever reason, the order appears to be on hold.
      I have emailed [protected]@smytten.com several times, but I have never heard back.

      When called, their customer service number[protected] states that it is nonexistent.

      I found lot of other complaints against Smytten when I searched on Google. Please act to prevent the general public being fooled.

                            I have seen the message of getting a free full size Facewash from the love co. if the order is given between 5-7 pm. I placed my order on the same date before 7 pm. But I didn't get any Facewash free with this trial kit. I want the Facewash or to get my money refunded by returning the product.

                                This is regarding my order number 2377110 for 4 products. I received only 3 products. 1 product ( specialist serum starter pack) is missing.
                                I am a vlogger and I always make package opening videos and review products.
                                I have the package opening video for this too.

                                Please don't cheat customers like this.

                                I need my missing order ASAP.

                                  It was scheduled to be delivered by 23.07.2022. But yet it had not delivered...

                                    I ordered Minimalist products from your app with order number - 2370295.

                                    Out of the three products I ordered, I recieved only two and placed a "Missing Product Query with Ticket Number 178419" for the product which was missing from the parcel.

                                    The missing product - Minimalist Vitamin C under the order number 2370295 against which the ticket raised 178419 today, stands resolved however, no one from your team has reached out to me, nor have I received any communication through email, message or through any medium. Lastly, I haven't received my refund for the product which was not delivered to me from smytten app.

                                    Please resolve this at the earliest.

                                    I intend on taking legal actions if the complain goes unresolved or unattended the way the ticket raised for it has gone.

                                    I have attached the screenshot for further reference.
