I had given 2 orders and i just canceled as hiven mistakenly on wrong address now The order was canceled but refund was not issued back

Smytten app fake app i have purchased thise item but i have not recived my order

I ordered my products from smytten on 16th of June. My order no. Is #5530764 . On app the products will be delivered on 22nd of June I got an email that tyour order has been delivered today(21st of June)when I opened the app status was showing your order has been delivered but i didn't received them ...can you please confirm from delivery boy or from company where are my products or please refund my amount or give me products back

My order 5479311 is not delivered.i don't know why smytten do like this.I ordered on 12 th june.at first smytten give me a date .that is 17 th June .they said on that day they will deliver.but they postpone my order again and again.17 to 19 th.and they said they will deliver on 22, then 23 .and now they said 26 .why smytten do this. If I give any response then they said my order is shipped.this is really very bad.smytten cheating their customers.please deliver my order

My Smytten Order number #5464196 is Not delivered. Please Refund my money Or deliver my Products.

I placed a trial order on 10 June 2022 and it was showing it got delivered to 14 June 2022. But I never received any parcel from Smytten. There was no intimation by the delivery guy no call, no text, no OTP or anything of that sort. Suddenly on Application, it updated that your parcel was delivered. I checked with the security guards, and it was never delivered to me.

I have raised a complaint on their Application and the very next day they updated their complaint status as "resolved" without even contacting me, without even resolving my issue, I somehow got to contact their care services number and all they had to say was "let us check with the ground tracking and get back to you" still date my issue has NOT been resolved.
I will soon be changing my address as I will no longer be staying at the place I mentioned in my Smytten order address. I have tried conveying this issue to the care services personnel, but they are just simply sitting on the other side of the phone and listening.

I am very disappointed with the customer care services and logistics.

I have ordered trail products and paid 199
But they have cancelled the order on 07 June 2022
But not refunded till date

And it is showing as refund processed

My order 5479311 is delayed.this is the second time smytten do this to me .at first smytten said they will delivered my order on June 17 th, then they said order delayed and it delivered on 19 th june.then again they said order is delayed .it will delivered on June 22.i paid for the order.i want to get my order or i want to get my money back.please give me one of these.its a request

I placed order number 5406794 on the 7th of June. It was supposed to get delivered before 14th of June. The delivery date gets delayed everyday. There's no option to call the customer care and the number I found on the web is fake. The order has already been paid for. Either deliver the products or refund the order amount.

My order 5426454 showing as delivery by 16th June, but I have not received any products for this order yet. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and let me know by when can I get my above order delivered. Also please share me your customer care number, so that I can contact them in future for the delayed orders.

H have order 5 trial product but 1 item is missing

My order not delivered

I Received Products For My Order NO #5412866 Yesterday. But many of the Items are missing in the parcel received yesterday.

PLEASE LOOK TO THIS COMPLAINT AS I CAN SEE IN CHAT THAT QUERY HAS BEEN RESOLVED BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS.

I placed an Order on 4th june (order number 2312410) first it was supposed to get delivered by 8th june but later on they postponed to 10th june then to 12th June and till today I haven't received my order yet..how long do I have to wait? Another week one month or one year this is how these people give service to your their customers...they said its in transit so what am I supposed to do with that, while taking payment these guys are spontaneous but when it comes to deliver they trouble the customer, that's pathetic and the worst app I have ever used. They have delivered my 1st order to my address by now my 2nd order is stuck and I have made the payment already, it says my order is on hold and destination unable to receive, i haven't received any calls from them. I need my order by today or else refund my money back to my account not as smytten buck or cashback I need the whole amount to my account from which I have made the payment. I made the complaint to the smytten by writing an email but they haven't responded yet and also didn't gave any resolution to my complaint.

I have received the empty bottle of body mist
I have ordered and the lotion was half the bottle in quantity and the body butter was already used by someday else ...this was really disgusting experience and when I put the photograph of empty bottle, smytten closed my query and now not even replying to my emails

I have attached screenshot for your reference of the orders placed.
I am very disappointed by this behavior by your company.
How irresponsible do you have to be to not even acknowledge to orders which were never delivered and on top on that you denied a refund.
I contacted on the email provided but they said that since its an order of last year they cannot help me, so you are saying you do not maintain any track records of your orders and burn them up. You think I am a fool and I do not know how a company runs.
The application kept showing that the delivery is delayed and it will be delivered soon and it still does.
So is why I didn take any action earlier.
You cannot just keep my money with you for free right.
I need application credits, money or voucher but I wont let you get away with keeping my money for doing nothing.
I will get to the root of this and do whatever is possible even if I want to contact my lawyer.
As an educated person who works in the cooperate sector, I wont let you guys scam me like this.
You help me and if you cannot then surge this issue to your manager and if you guys are so helpless and petty that you cannot pull out a bill record from your computer system and your management is so down right haywire then it is important to get it into the public eye and domain.

I have received my symteen order trial today, and i got wrong size of my product as i wasted all my 6 trial point of that product because it says 150gm full size will be received,
And when actually got it it was just 20g of product .
Why you are fooling us
You have legit shown in my order history as 150 gm
And i received 20 g
And 6 trial points are also gone
I want my money back
I used to be a loyal customer but from now onwards if i don't receive what i paid for that is 150g of product, smytten will be responsible for the consequences.
Smytten is fraud and cheated me you took all my money for the claim of 150g of product and this is what i received .
I will post the same on twitter .

Not delivering to Hyderabad pincode 500084.

I placed an order, 5233589, on 26th may. it shows delivered on 30th may but i have not received it

I ordered a trial but few products were missing so I report a complaint about it but after few hours they say the query has been resolved but they are not providing any details..and i received less products than i ordered.. kindly return it and refund my amount
