Please don't go for ordering products. It's totally fake site. I have 2 items missing in my package. Customer service said you are wrong. We do 3 quality check. Seriously I don't know how this company is working and wasting money in such a staff who is blind to see this.

    I have not recieved my order: it has been one month since I ordered it on 7 May 2022
    My order trial number: #4996085
    I have received another order which I did not order. It is wrongly delivered to me. But my original order hasn't been delivered yet. I check it everyday but it's delivery date gets delayed everyday. Please send me my order.

      I ordered two serum of deconstruct but in the package I received a shampoo, completely different from the original order. I even raised the complaint in the smytten app but after a day, the app showed query is resolved with any solution or explanation. I even tried calling the helpline number but the same automated voice msg is returned. Even the is left unanswered. The product that I ordered were worth 1210. It is a big loss for me. Please look into it and see what can be done.

        Hi Team, i have received my package and Silksplash Neem - Orange Rehydrant Face Wash which I had ordered, is missing from the package.

          I have placed 3 orders out of which trial order number #5225762 says that the package is missing in audit. Shop order #2305849 had it's estimated delivery date changed multiple times and. Third order was places recently so no compaints about it. Requesting you to kindly check the previous two orders and help me out on the same.

                It was my first experience with smytten so i ordered their trial products and i have ordered 3 item of 1 trial point and 1 item of 3 trial points and few free gifts .But the sad part is that the lipstick which was of 3 trial points found to be damaged .it was completely broken inside and after 20 mins of delivery i wrote the damaged complaint to them and then they messaged me that they will solve the query in 48-72 hrs .It's been 72 hrs and i am still waiting for the exchange of product but they are not responding ..neither on app nor on mail . They took 199 in the name of free trail and in return they are providing their customers damaged product . Please do something about this

                      My order id 5143469 my package delayed, very bad delivery service from smytten my already paid money my purchase, I first time purchase smytten but very bad delivery service smytten, I do not recommended smytten any one, my product immediately delivery with in 1 or 2 days otherwise am moving to leagal action against smytten, I contact costomercare smytten also very bad, my issue not resolved till may 29 2022, I think it's big scam, so am leagaly move to consumer court.

                        Hello I told you earlier by gmailing you that I have not received any parcel till now but I have received, such message has come but till now no parcel has arrived, so the message is I had called on the number but I am not getting any help from there too, due to which I am very upset, I had ordered the same on 11th May, that delivery was supposed to be on 17th May but not and then I got a direct message on 20th May that my parcel has been delivered. When I have not found any similar, then you are requested to help me.

                          I order some products from Smytten and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd May but i haven't received it yet.
                          Also they give the next day of delivery everytime whenever I check my order history.

                              I placed an order but cancelled it, it was my first order of 179 of trial products but because i cancelled it they need to refund the money back to bank account but i haven't received any refund from smytten .The order no. Is 5204418 i placed the order on 24 may 2022.

                                  I have placed my order on 11th May and the promised date of delivery was 15th May but till now it is not being delivered to me. It is not even dispatched and the delivery date is continuously being delayed. I have tried to reach you by call but couldn't and has sent multiple mails but my issue is not resolved.
