I have placed two orders on smytten. First on 12th May 2022 order I'd is #5053049 and second on 20th May 2022 order I'd #5161309. Till now I have not received any update and tracking update from the company they are only delaying the delivery date. Not responding on there given customer care id that is [protected]@smytten.com

    And my missing product query TICKET ID 133565
    I haven't placed my complaint in smytten app as well as e-mailed them thrice atleast but the problem is that
    App shows the issue has been resolved but i haven't got any information regarding it
    I have opted for return and replace the product as I have order mcaffine choco butter and coffee moisturizer Combo BUT i have received only choco butter

    Please look into this matter please

        Don’t trust such this fraud app because I Jst ordered here !! Some trail product through much delayed reason I Jst call to customer care num nd he is such a fraud he said that your products are out of stock and he also said me I Jst refund to you Jst he shared some upi nd asked me to pay I trusted I thought they may refund all the money bt 2 to 3 ppl have been called I thought thts the symptten is must trusted bt tdy I lost worth amount 1600 rs so pls. While contacting to any one you Jst be carefulll nd I payed through phone pay his name is displayed as rohith rajak and his num is [protected] nd other person num is [protected] nd his num is Rahul Kumar sharma displayed in true caller

                I donot receive my order ..my order id is #5032527...i placed my order on 10 may ..and expected date of delivery is 16 may ...now its 18 may i still not receive my order ...tracking shows that order is shipped ..but not deliver yet...please deliver my order as soon as possible otherwise refund my money ...this is very disappointing 😔 ...seriously look into these matter

                  I ordered trial products on 26 April and still not received the delivery. The delivery partner has updated comments that user denied the delivery which is completely fake. I am writing them since 1st may to resolve this and they are just escalating the issue without any resolution to it. I asked for refund but no response from their [protected]@smytten team from then onwards. Kindly help

                      I had placed trial order no. 4714734 on Apr 07, 2022.
                      It's been more than a month but the order is not delivered yet. Order is paid already.
                      No option for cancellation available
                      The expected delivery date each time is moved ahead...
                      I really don't understand what's wrong with it.

                      Customer care number [protected] is useless. No one picks up call ever.

                      On mail id [protected]@smytten.com, each time they send automated replies.

                      No one order cancellation, no refund, not even order delivery. Completely stuck.

                      Please look into this

                        It's been really long since i ordered products from the company but didn't get the delivery yet. It was showing different dates of delivery which time and again got delayed to 16th May as the delivery date for now. It's too long to wait and didn't receive the products which is so annoying.
                        'Its now showing - area unserviceable.
                        How pathetic is that? The management. Get it delivered ASAP.

                            I ordered trials from the app. the money is deducted. I got a delivery ID which now shows that the order was delivered, but I did not receive it. I live in a society no one has entered the society from the company. I gave them a mail, contacted them, they did answer the call and no reply received on the mail. This is a SCAM. It is taking advantage of the brand names like mama earth, wow etc. It's totally fake. Neither received the order nor refund and no reply from the organisation.
                            PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THE ORDER @smytten. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES.
                            DELIVER MY ORDER OR REFUND THE MONEY.
