    Hi,

    The order has not been delivered yet to my address, although the status is showing already delivered on 11th May, 2022 and also from the courier partner I have received the same message of delivery completion.
    I have not received any such orders today, check with your courier partner otherwise refund the money

      Hey m ridhi I have order m caffeine detan kit worth rs795.. I have not received till now I only recvd free product not a main product of 795rs.. my order no is 2273045.. I want my refund or I want my products to be delivered asap.. and I got this msg Your Smytten Order #2273045 is confirmed! However there is slight delay in dispatch due to high order volumes.         My order ID is 4896800.My original delivery date was 4th may 2022.the app is showing delivery date as 8th May where as today is 11th may.I also contacted the courier company and tracked the order.it gets delayed by one day everyday.still I haven't received my order.Please look into it and tell me the final delivery date.the parcel has reached Bhandup which is 15 min away from my pincode.The smytten customer care number is invalid and there is no reply of mails I sent.

          I placed my order on 26 April and today is 11 may it almost 15 days and still I haven't received my parcel and in the delivery it is showing 7 may and there is no update after that, i think it is ur strategy ur providing to the customer for cheating like this ur sick 😡😡😡😡😡😡

            Delivery date keeps on changing to the next day everyday
            Customer care number is not working it always shows busy and gets disconnected after a minute or 2
            I emailed this issue many a times but they are not responding to that too
            Pathetic app to spoil your money
            Don't use this app

              Hi team. I ordered trials from smytten and got the package two days before. But didn't receive all the products. The trials were 6 + 1 free gift. But I received only three products where is are the other four. But when I track the order status it's says it's delivered. What is behavior 🤷‍♀

              Please don't cheat the customer by taking their money and not sending the products.

              Please refund back the money or else send those products.

              If you guys can't do these things too. Then I will illegally work on it.

                      I have placed a trial order with Smytten on April 27th (Order number 4900976) and paid a shipping fee of Rs.199.

                      Delivery date was promised as 6th May. It has been 4 days past that and I haven't received any communication about my order yet. The status on the app also is updated only till 3rd May and I'm not able to track where it's stuck. The app does not even provide an option to cancel the order and get my shipping fee refund.

                      Please look into this and let me know the status of my order. If you cannot ship it for whatever reason, cancel the order and provide a refund of my money.

                          I had ordered 6 products using the trial points in smytten app. I got it delivered tonight at 10, and when i opened the package, I noticed that the just herbs peach lip scrub was missing. They had sent an empty container (the box, basically, without the product inside). On the box it was marked as "peach" but inside there was nothing.
                          I tried emailing them but did not receive a reply yet.

                            On 26'04'2022 . I got a call from delivery service saying my parcel arrived as I m unable to receive it by hand I asked him to give to my college security and i told him the otp . Later I got to know that he delivered that to other college security . When I called and enquired about my order he told that it is his mistake and he is responding that to my adress .. today is 9'05'2022 still I didn't received my order and delivery man is not answering my call ... what should I do !

                                  I have received used lipstick of loreal paris as it seems only few drops of water are there and lipstick is not at all real. Along with it I have ordered one more lipstick which is of colour bar where I have got an expired lipstick (expiry date Feb 2022) and it is of no use to me. I have already spent approx 1000 INR for this order but all went in vein.

                                  In this same order company has promised to give free fragrance mist which is missing.

                                  Till date i am just doing rigorous follow up with their team but no concrete solution yet received and no action taken by the team.

                                  i have high hopes via. this platform. Please help!!

                                        I ordered products from trial section worth rupees 347 on smytten app I paid through net banking but they showed me transaction failed and then after 15 minutes sum of 347 rupees was deducted from my bank and they show no order history on smytten app
