[Resolved] Snapdeal — Cashback not recieved | |||||
Hi! I purchased products worth Rs 16077.00 on 28th of July 2015 while SBI debit 10% cash back offer was going on! Till 29th September I was supposed to receive cashback by snapdeal in my bank account according to its terms and conditions! I contacted Snapdeal customer executive neary about 12 times and also visited my SBI branch regarding the issue ! As per the Snapdeal executive I also had a concern with SBI customer care executive, but till today I haven't received the cashback! Very poor response and service from Snapdeal! Really disappointed! I hope my issue will be resolved very soon and Snapdeal helps me to get my 10% cashback! And Please don't ask me to contact SBI regarding this issue I have done it many times and SBI doesn't have any answer to this. ThankYou.
