Hello Sir,
I have ordered Philips 40PFL5059/V7 102 cm (40) Full HD LED Television from snapdeal on November 4th 2015. The product was delivered on 9th Nov, 2015
and when i opened the package, i was disappointed on seeing display broken LED TV in package, immediately i called snapdeal customer care executive for next steps, they told me to replace the product through online using their website or mobile app. I did so as using mobile app, i have choosen replacement for the product but they have not arranged any courier service agent so far to pick up damaged product for replacement.
whenever i call them they give some excuse as i would get mail with all the details for replacement and courier agent for pick up the damage product.

so far, i have not received any satisfied reply from customer care executive for pick up of damaged product.
Please arrange courier agent for picking up of damaged product asap or else i will sue snapdeal for cheating me and looted my money (nealy 29000 rs) for delivering damaged product.
My request to you all, Please dont buy any products from snapdeal since it is not a real customer supported firm but looting public money by selling fake and damaged or used products to customer who is innocent and believed that snapdeal is good company.
