I am VEERBHADRA. Me purchased one 20 inch LG LED TV with SBI 10% cash back offer from SNAPDEAL as per SBI T&C offer amount credited before 30th sep 15 but still amount was not credited to my account. I am 100 times to call SNAPDEAL customer care center but they are only false promises giving. Please call to me your suggestion [protected]

      Hello Sir, I have ordered Philips 40PFL5059/V7 102 cm (40) Full HD LED Television from snapdeal on November 4th 2015. The product was delivered on 9th Nov, 2015 and when i opened the package, i was disappointed on seeing display broken LED TV in package, immediately i called snapdeal customer care executive for next steps, they told me to replace the product through online using their website or mobile app. I did so as using mobile app, i have choosen replacement for the product but they have not arranged any courier service agent so far to pick up damaged product for replacement. whenever i call them they give some excuse as i would get mail with all the details for replacement and courier agent for pick up the damage product. My order # [protected] My snapdeal Customer Support Case # 12615383. so far, i have not received any satisfied reply from customer care executive for pick up of damaged product. Please arrange courier agent for picking up of damaged product asap or else i will sue snapdeal for cheating me and looted my money (nealy 29000 rs) for delivering damaged product. My request to you all, Please dont buy any products from snapdeal since it is not a real customer supported firm but looting public money by selling fake and damaged or used products to customer who is innocent and believed that snapdeal is good company.         Got delivery on 27 october i bought a sony power bank 10000mah from snapdeal.com during big billion sale. the powerbank is not working. later i got to know that it is fake as it doesn't contain any hall mark and the bar code on the product can't be scanned. i contacted snapdeal.com and they are telling me to go to sony service center.

          pathetic service from snapdeal, last time that i hav ebought anything from your site.Whenever i had to buy online snapdeal was my first preference adn i did buy a lot of things from there but when i bought a little expensive item snapdeal showed true colours. I just bought a del laptop with order info as:- order id: [protected] (1 item) details placed on 02 nov, 2015 dell inspiron 15 3542 laptop (4th gen intel core i3- 4gb ram- 500gb hdd- 39.62cm (15.6)- linux) (longitude silver). 1)received item with no warranty card 2)faulty piece, speakers dont work. Just got it 2 days back and a new laptop, can you believe it. Now when i try to return the product filling the online form it wouldnt accept and gives error of return cannot be initiated and also your request cannot be completed at the moment . Called customer care-and the customer service is more pathetic.Rep asks me to take the new bought laptop to a dell service centre and get it checked, incase of faulty peice get some kind of paper called as job script or something like that and then provide them with that and they have a policy of 7days return and we do also have job to go so incase if i cannot bunk my job and visit teh service centre then its gone and no return or refund.When questioned that it isnt mentioned in return policies neither was infomred while purchasing, the reply was "its company policy" and just like a parrot rep kept mublimg same thing "comp.Policy, comp policy..." now the policy laid by snapdeal and not the govt. Of india that it cant be changed for customer service and satisfaction. And its harassment to customers.Can you belive it, a new laptop worth rs.24k seems to be in trouble. I will make sure i dont buy anything else frm snapdeal anymore neither i will have any of my friends or relatives buy from there. And snapdeal obviously cannot change their way of work hence a complaint is a must and we as a customers have to find a way to work it out for ourselves. They say"easy returns" seriously.

            Hello sir, I have a ordered a product on[protected]order id: [protected]), and i canceled the product on[protected].when i canceled the product the item was not shipped only invoice was generated, i contacted snapdeal and explained i didn't want the product to be shipped as i was traveling outside india due to emergency, but they shipped the product and asking me to return the product later.so my money would be with them till the product is returned and then they would initiate the refund .so unnecessarily my money is with them for long time and also now i have to receive the product which i don't want and later return back to snapdeal .please find my order request and cancellation request in snapshot.

When i was tracking my product, it was showing the same place from 3 days.                     Snapdeal is just people they dont understand the importance of the gifting part I ordered one ride on for my son from snapdeal on 19th oct i dint get it delivered stating that courier called you but your number was switched off which was actually not the case as I have provided 4 different numbers to them Again I placed the order and I didnt get it delievered infact I was in follow up with the bloody courier fellow that they have tie up with VULCAN EXPRESS this bloody do not even call you once just got mail from both of them order cancel Only taking big actor in add is not a must you need to have some discipline courtesy etc towards the money that you take from people and after paying our hard earned money take stress for all this Ridiculous Rather I would suggest amazon its amazing, flipkart- very good and shopclues-awesome good service they give then snapdeal

                        I brought a Infocus M370i from snapdeal, after seeing the phone i was shocked because i did not find a slot to insert memory card, so i called Infocus customercare where they advised this phone has two slots in that one slot is hybrid type were i can use SIM or SD card. This information was not mentioned in Snapdeal website on Nov 2nd 2015. So i submitted return. Received call from Snapdeal on Nov 3rd they did not accept there mistake and take the phone back. and Now i called snapdeal again today Nov 9th still they are neglecting to take return and says technical specification contains Hybrid SIM info. when i checked on Nov 2nd Hybrid Sim info was not updated in Snapdeal website and now (Nov 9th) they updated the info and deaning to take return, worst customer service, cheating people. need to take necessary action against snapdeal

                          Dear Consumer Forum,

                          I bought a product from snapdeal with a offer Buy1 Get 1 Free . Order ID - [protected],

                          They have sent me single product . I have Invoice where it is showing it was on the deal Buy1 Get 1 ( B1G1) product.
                          I have raised issue with snapdeal they checked and confirmed me that my account will be credited within 24 hrs with half amount ( Rs- 575 ) . Till now they have not credited the amount.
                          Today one of representative called me and told me they will not refund anything all the invoice and mails are sent to me by mistake. You will not get anything .

                          Please resolve the issue with strictly . They are doing fraud to others . I have attached all the mails and proof of invoice.

                            Dear sir/mam i have given an order for reebok navy shoes order id[protected] on 23.10.15 but i did not received this order but in your site it was mentioned that it was delivered successfully. i have complaint this many time at your customer care but no positive response but in your courier site it was showing that product is not delivered so i would like to say please refund my money as soon as possible. moreover i would like to say that your customer care services was very poor. they know nothing. i would like to share my personal experience for snapdeal was very bad and say to customer please donot prepay for your order to snap deal they use your money for your bussiness and making fool to customer . I am facing my refund problem last 15 days. every day i used to call their customer care each and every time i have to told my story from starting and finally they told that they will escalate my problem . last 15 day they are escalating my problem but no solution. one thing i want to share that in overall this conversation with snapdeal i got huge bill of my phone. i would like to say why snap deal authority donot check the problem if they are getting daily call from same number.this is my worst experience with snap deal. customer please do notuse prepay snapdeal services of snap deal thanks & regards pramod gupta [protected]

                                Product number-[protected] i had order two product .

                                1- one has reached to banglore but not yet deliver to me even courier person has not yet called me regarding delivery and in order status they have mentioned wrong address. that is aboustly wrong update.. many of the courier i am getting except this product product..
                                can i ask your team help to get it deliver ASAP to me..

                                2- Second product which is Emergency Bijli light & has been cancelled by me on dated- 4.11.2015 but still payment has not yet refund and whenver i calling to snap deal customer care since 4 days they are saying you will get your money back within 48 hrs.
                                i guess 48 hrs has not yet completed in 4 days..

Their helpdesk is taking at least 15 min to transfer call to Customercare executive and each n every time they are trying to insist me to arrange courier to send the product back to them, it's now my headache. BEWARE OF THIS SNAPDEAL. IN MOST OF THE PLACES THEY DONT HavE REVERSE PICK UP AND IF YOU ARE DELIVERED A DAMAGED ITEM, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE ALL FOR REVERSE COURIER.                                     These days snapdeal is delivering wrong products to customers, i have the experience about a few of my own orders, i had ordered a hard disk of 1 tb, snapdeal delivered me cheap 80 gb hdd, and wrong brand, in short fraud Suborder Id: [protected], its been a month almost now, for a whole week! since 29th october the delivery date, snapdeal been calling me several times a day after requesting for replacement, all the time asking the same, asking order id each and everytime, irritated me, and finally in the end they called me up and said that product is not available, then why did they take the order and showed the product on website??! fraud!! finally they are refunding it, but don't know when!! I had ordered a sleeveless jacket of, L size, delivered me XL size, waste Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 28 Oct, 2015. i had ordered a designed brass kadaa, the gave me plain design simple kadaa fraud again Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 27 Oct, 2015.. I had ordered a gas stove for home Order ID: [protected] Placed on 31 Oct, 2015, then it was supposed to be delivered on 7th nov, and today on 8th nov they send a message that the product is not available, then why the heckkk did they gave it on website??!?? and they are saying that your order will be updated fro another dealer and will be sent till 16th nov to 20th nov!! a whole month or cheating.. One of my relatives orderes a saree, they delivered a totally different color then they showed on their website!! i can give you the order number of that either, but its not about analysing the order ids!! it about the fraud that snapdeal is doing these days!! cheating the people!!! very very very very disappointing!!!

                                    they refunded me for the Hard disk. i actually requested for replacemt, but is okay. hardly resolved, that too they didn't resolve, but they gave my own money back

                                      Although I paid in cash for purchasing above rs 500 i.e Rs 999, I did not receive any FCOFFER of 500.For same I logged complain and got revert that withon 72hr of placing order I will get.But its 5th day there is no responce.This is a bitter test after being customer of 1yr and more of snapdral. Now a days such things are more at snapdeal.please help me resolve the cause.

                                        I have purchased shoes from Snap Deal but because of the size issue I have requested for replacement. I have been waiting for 10 days but it has not been picked up on the contrary I have received mail saying I don't want to replace the shoes. I talked with snapdeal advisor and registered complain but today I got the same mail. Really worst experience with snapdeal.
