Sir my name is ali musthafa i have purchased spice stealler mi 362 not working properly when i open play store it will not open immidietely it will take time 2 min more than that.then if i open any app or any messaging & call logs it will not open properley it will take time to open, i have requested u to how it willl work tel me otherwise i want refund my amt. the major problem in this device is for hanging not working properley snapdeal people are fraud people they are not responding properley with the customers and they are not clearley tell to customer about the product, i request u to check my mail and rewart me back ASAP...

    I buyed a senterlan 75 ltr backpack from snapdeal. com th product took too much time to ship and to reach my nearest hub. it was shipped via fedex surface courier with tracking number[protected]. my order number at snapdeal is [protected]. the fedex guy mistakenly updated that the product was delivered to someone. and i got a message from snapdeal that the product is delivered. as a result I called snapdeal and they asked me to contact fedex and I contacted fedex regional hub. and they told me that, it is their mistake and they told me that they will return the product to the origin. and they returned the product with tracking number[protected], and was delivered to them on 13 November. it was accepted by a person named 'rohit' of snapdeal. thus, I called them several times saying this and they told me that they will call me. and all the day I'll get a mail from snapdeal saying that they tried to call me and they were unable to connect. they are saying that they will call me soon, always fooling me by saying this reason. the product cost was 1448 and i want my refund... full refund. please solve this problem soon.

    It took too muvhbtimd yo solve and wasted my hours they always saybthat they will call you but they will not call, they are always fooling customers by saying that we have tried to call you but you are not accepting it

          Snapdeal is the worst thing existing in the 21st century, the word "snapdeal" now holds a new meaning, which is the height of incompetence, disgusting customer service, shameless support executives, coward managers, so all in all its a hole run by who redefine the height of each day. i had purchased a DVD and I got newspapers the customer support agents never called me back or replied to my emails, and they denied my complaint. I'm not even sure if he knows what kind of a freak show he's running. Let me also tell you, that its been about 15 Days i'd placed the order and till today, all they say is, "DO WHAT YOU WANT", and "we will get in touch with the seller and investigate", can you believe it?? 15 Days already passed, no reply to emails, no call back, no resolution, no update, nothing, on top of that, the customer support representative, Miss. Garima, was the icing on the cake, she had no manners to talk, full of arrogance, plus, for some reason, probably i sound funny when i speak, coz if its not so, I don't see why she'd be giggling with her background friends, had to wait for 2 days and speak to 3 different people but till now I did not got any resolution.I hope Mr. Kunal is reading this, coz i'm sorry to say, but there are only so many things you can mess up and believe me when i say this, but your company, is messing up with everything so bad that if you really do not straighten things out, you'll be sorry.

            Fake product and fake offers, I ordered pressure cooker and slipper. For the cooker after 10 days told product not available they refund the money. For the slipper, First time they delivered wrong product. Slipper actual price: Rs.999, i ordered with 50% Offer at Rs.499. product link( http://www.snapdeal.com/product/brutsch-orange-flat-sandals/[protected] The second time you are sending me fake product second time. I ordered size 40 second time return also sent the same product size 39(written in back side of the slipper) and also fit as expected. I don't want your refund i need the right product (size 40). See if you refund after i order this newly without offer Rs.999 with size 40 they will send me 39 again. Continuously your seller cheating, i can not tolerate this. Don't tell me item is not available and you will refund. Because i am not booked the product, i ordered it. This is your responsible to handle the product availability vs ordering. As a customer i can not accept once it has been ordered and you told me its not available i will refund your money, then who will take charge of the delay. In other words you are cheating the customers and taking the orders and holding their cash to some time for your cash flow then telling product not available we will refund your money. One more point you guys cheating the customer that providing offer once ordered you took the money then after refund we need to buy it on non offer price. So, The solution for this kind of issue, 1, I need 40 size same slipper, (or) 2, Special gift voucher for this same product worth Rs.500. (or) 3, Special gift voucher worth of Rs.500 which can be used for any product at without any minimum amount of product to be purchased. (or) 4, Refund Rs.499 + Rs.500 and you can recover this from the seller account i don't bother about it.

              I have purchased Nokia 220 mobile in Snapdeal.com and my order id is [protected] . I have received the product on 15 Nov 2015 and i have asked them to replace my faulty product under 7 days replacement policy by Snapdeal on 16-Nov-2015 because Keypad 5 and 8 are not working . On 17-Nov-2015 i got a mail that Electronic products and Mobile devices are not cover under 7days cashback/replacement guaranty by snapdeal and I have to go to nearest Nokia service center to rectify the problem. I have to repair it and i have to use the faulty product sent by snapdeal? Then why snapdeal showing in their listing "TrustPay: 100% Moneyback, 7 Days easy return policy" .                   I have ordered shoes from Snap Deal on 11th Nov 2015 i.e Diwali day. On that day there is an offer - " cash back of 500/- on purchase of 500/- worth product". It also mentions that, i will get coupon mails within 72 hrs after the order confirmation. I waited for 5 days but didn't get any such mail from Snapdeal (Chutiya). So i contacted customer care and got the below response. For your reference the mail communication is attached with this complaint.

                  The biggest Joke is : Diwali sale is over before Diwali (check the red underlined lines)

                  "We regret to inform you that freecharge 500 cashback offer was discontinued on Nov 10, 2015, due to some technical issues this offer is might be showing on our website".

                  If it is issue from your side, you have to deal with it. Why cheating customers.

                    Hi Team, I had placed an order (order id [protected]) with Snapdeal.com on 5-Nov-2015. I received the product with physical damage and in non-working condition. Requested for replacement with ticket# 12633840. I have not heard any updates from the snapdeal yet on this issue, no person has called or came home to receive the product and I'm not able to speak to the customer care support executive also on the support number which snapdeal has mentioned in their website. Its my first order with SD and not a good way to treat your customer I need a replacement or total refund for this.

                      I ordered Swipe Ace 16GB 3G Calling - Black from snapdeal during the diwali sales using promo code FC promocode 500 - 5 codes for order no [protected]. i was about to get codes for discount worth Rs 500. bowever after repeated mails against complaint Reference number :10915474, i was only assured that within 24 hrs / 2 hrs i will get promo code. i had wished to do some shopping using those promo codes during diwali but alas i got only promises but no codes. now diwali also has gone by but no response. i feel if i did not get fooled by snapdeal offer and had got the same item at other online sites that were offering better prices.

                        This is to bring to your noice that I had ordered  Kingston 64GB Micro SD Xc Card Class 10 with adatpter with Snapdeal dated 11th September 2015 Order no. [protected] for Rs.3850/- and got only the adapter but no card so I raised a complaint (complain no.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal has not yet arranged on address that was registered.

                        There was no reverse pickup and no refund made for this product only initiation refund initiation mails received.So I forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Prithi on 16th September and lot other representives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to Mr. Mobin Khan on 22nd September and he said there is no need for reverse pickup as tgere is no value for adapter and asked to share the bank details on the NEFT link what he sent and will onitiate the refund.

                        Snapdeal has only been sending fake initiation mails but not refunding the money.

                        I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but its useless. I even put this on facebook ang twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they cant refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

                        If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can't provide refund and my complaint is not geniune?? Why my product is not sent back to me as I have paid for it?? Why snapdeal is cheating the buyers??

                        They have blocked my account and are not regarding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got partial product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and backlist a customer without giving a refund?? Finance team is blocking my refund everytime.

                        They say that there are several complaints on one number and one address but how can i give 100 contacts and addresses for my 100 orders???

                        Please help me to get my refund of Rs.3850/-

I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Prithi on 16th September and lot other representives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to Mr. Mobin Khan on 22nd September and he said there is no need for reverse pickup as tgere is no value for adapter and asked to share the bank details on the NEFT link what he sent and will onitiate the refund.

                        Snapdeal has only been sending fake initiation mails but not refunding the money.

                        I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but its useless. I even put this on facebook ang twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they cant refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

                        If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can't provide refund and my complaint is not geniune?? Why my product is not sent back to me as I have paid for it?? Why snapdeal is cheating the buyers??

                        They have blocked my account and are not regarding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got partial product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and backlist a customer without giving a refund?? Finance team is blocking my refund everytime.

                        They say that there are several complaints on one number and one address but how can i give 100 contacts and addresses for my 100 orders???

                          This is to bring to your noice that I had ordered  Kingston 32GB Micro SD Card Class 10 with adatpter with Snapdeal dated 07th September 2015 Order no. [protected] for Rs.698/- and this card was damaged and was giving error message damaged card when inserted in the phone so I raised a complaint (complain no.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (tracking No.[protected] and that bag was collected from my address that was registered by JV Express.

                          There was no refund made for this product only initiation refund initiation mails received.
                          So I forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Prithi on 16th September and lot other representives but till today nothing is done.                                         I have ordered a philips headset feom the concerned company, and due to some reasons i have cancelled the order. suddenly i got the confirmation from snapdeal about my cash back. But when i checked my account statement for the same, i didn't fine any such transactions. So i have contacted the snapdeal team via mail, and got the reply that they have already done the cash return proccess and gave me a transaction id (ARN/RRN). But still i didn't got my money back Order ID: [protected]
