    This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered Maybelline Super Stay 10Hour Stain Gloss with Snapdeal dated 24th August 2015 Order no. [protected] for Rs. 299/- and this gloss Stick was broken and liquid was dried up so I raised a complaint (Compaint No.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (tracking no.[protected] and this product was collected from my official address that is registered by JV Express.

    There was no refund made for this product only refund initiation mails received. So I forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Priti on 16th September and lot other representatives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to Mr. Mobin Khan on 22nd September and he said he has already initiated the refund for complaint no.07497042 and also stated that I don’t have to call again.

    Snapdeal has only been sending fake refund initiation mails but no refund.

    I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but it’s useless. I even put this on facebook and twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they can’t refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

    If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they cant provide refund and also stating my complain is not genuine? Is that every time I only have to call and ask about it or Snapdeal also have their responsibilities towards the buyers? Their role is just to sell the product and what about the commitments they have made on the website about Trust Pay? Why my product is still not sent back to me as I have paid for it? Why Snapdeal is cheating the Buyers?

    They have blocked my account and are not refunding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got a damaged product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and blacklist a customer? Problem has arise from their end so how they can refuse my refund?

    I request the assistance to help me get my money back Rs.299/.

    SNAPDEAL has not yet resolved my complain and request your'll please don't deal with snapdeal. They are just fooling the buyers with fake promises. The information that is updated on their official site is all fake.They don't provide refund but if the product is defective then they do arrange reverse pickup but no refund.

        I have ordered a philips headset feom the concerned company, and due to some reasons i have cancelled the order. suddenly i got the confirmation from snapdeal about my cash back. But when i checked my account statement for the same, i didn't fine any such transactions. So i have contacted the snapdeal team via mail, and got the reply that they have already done the cash return proccess and gave me a transaction id (ARN/RRN).             I am really depressed and annoying by seeing such a casual and Unprofessional attitude towards the customers by Snapdeal.com.
            I have Purchased one Iphone 5S-16GB (Silver-Color) on 14th of November 2015 from Snapdeal.com which is a Online Merchant Outlet, through my Credit Card. After paying the sales price from my Credit Card I have received Email confirmation into my registered Email ID stating the order has been placed and it will get delivered by 19-23rd of Nov 2015. I have opted for Buy back option which has been provided by the company - Snapdeal, in which I have initiated sale or buyback of my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.
            It came as a surprise today 16th of November 2015 morning at 10 Am, I have recieved an email from the company stating that my order has been cancelled due the reason for the same is unavailability of seller of product which I have ordered.
            This is really pathetic to experience such a Unprofessional attitude of this company which claims to be Dil Ki deal as Tagline and jingle.
            I will really not recommend to anybody of my relation, Friends, Acquintance to consider this online merchant outlet for doing any kind or any level of shopping.

              Order id- [protected] i ordered a sofa cum bed on 19th of october approximately a month before. But its never being shipped and i got a message saying my product is returned and refund will be initiated. So it's not a good way as i paid the amount and waited for 1 month and all they have to say is sorry and apologies. I even did'nt got the refund. Worst experience.

                Hi,

                I have purchased Scarpess Black Leather Formal Shoe from snapdeal due to size issue I have returned the product, on Oct 3rd product was successfully picked by the snapdeal.
                They told me refund the money as product was out of stock on 8 OCT as product was not dispatched. I have provided my bank details and even bank statement multiple times but so far no refund was done. Whenever I call SnapDeal helpdesk they have only one statement that in 48 hrs the backend team contact me. As per SnapDeal money transfer was initiated on 12th OCT. Even over the mail they didn't have proper reply. I have written mail to Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, so far no response.
                Could you please look into this?

                  I have purchased JBL Speakers with Woofer on Nov 3, 2015 Order number [protected] and the same was delivered in a weeks time. After receiving the same I have tried to connect using Bluetooth and failed to connect the same as the device is not searchable with my laptop not my samsung mobile phones (S3 and Core).

                  I have tried to connect my Sony LED using optical cable and sound quality is bad from woofers and output is very low. I have raised the complaint of the same and Snapdeal is unable to give service and the numbers mentioned on the product box and websites are not reacheable. Sanpdeal wants the jobsheet from the product company and I am not able to reach them and neither Snapdeal is willing to help to reach them. I have not option now and go the legal route and claim my refund.

                        I purchased mobile "Lenovo Titanium S660 8GB Grey" on 06NOV2015 to gift someone. On repetitive calling snapdeal for delivery they kept telling me that I will get product on 14NOV2015(they never informed me about delay in delivery!). On 14NOV2015, snapdeal told me that I have to wait for another 48 to 72-HRS, so their back-end team will come with resolution. I didn't get single intimation from snapdeal about delay, and till last day they were doing fake promises with me. When I asked them about waiver about late delivery they tried to cancel my order saying, they will credit bill amount to my account! Now they are saying wait for 6-7DAYS and backend team will get back!

                          Hi, I was placed the order of barishh gemstone yellow sapphire dated on 7th Nov 2015 after read all the details about this product on description page and made the credit card payment at same time for early delivery, but I was shocked product delivered by the seller is totally fake along with self made certification with this product which clearly saying we are not giving any kind of guarantee or warranty of this gemstone for its authenticity proof of it means certificate cannot be considered as original guarantee proof. I have explained this issue with Snapdeal customer care as well and launched complaint within 3 days as per the company policy for refund process but now Snapdeal resolution team instead of helping me they are in defending mode for this product seller and clearly refused for making me any kind of refund of this product whatever the reasons behind this issue and advised me don't waste your time here Snapdeal will never refund your money back like they do with others customers also it's better file complaint in consumer court for early resolution.

                            I purchased samsung 55inch tv from snapdeal website, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) DETAILS Placed on 06 Nov, 2015, amount 55k through credit card with service charges and taxes. Daily i called customer care about the product when are you going to dispatch the product or its going to process or not. Finally after one week they simply replied with product has been cancelled your amount will be reverted with in one week time. When I ask customer care team, they are simply replied Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. We would like to inform you that you refund has already been done from our side on[protected] and same will be credit in your account within 4 business days. Here the issue is when I purchased a tv, they charged me service tax and processing charges, when they reverted they didn't reverted processing charges and service tax. Now the issue is who will going to pay these charges? As a customer when I call them one of our executive will get back to you and sorry for apologies. MY AMOUNT NOT YET RETURNED AND WHO WILL PAY EXTRA CHARGES THEY CHARGED ME. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT WHY YOU CHARGED ME SUCH A BIG AMOUNT, WHEN YOU CHARGE WHY YOU CHARGED ME EXTRA TAXES AND PROCESSING CHARGES? WHO WILL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.                               I have purchased DDR2 2GB RAM worth RS. 1170/- order no. [protected] It is delayed by 3 days as per delivery date by seller..When I connected it to motherboard, Machine was not getting started.. It is totally faulty piece.. Because, same product DDR2 1GB RAM I have purchased earlier from paytm.com, It was working fine.. Same configuration 800 MHZ .. Now, Snapdeal not returning product, they have provided faulty product to me, as machine not getting start with RAM. Even I requested them that I m ready to purchase another RAM of same worth from their site..but they are not ready to hear me...even they delayed product by 3 days, i never say anything. I trusted on Snapdeal because of low price, but they given me faultg piece with delay, so that return date will get complete and Then they can say your return date is over... Snapdeal cheated me..

                                I purchased a product "HTC desire handset" worth Rs.8598 from snapdeal.com. the invoice no is S0BD9B/15-16/345 the seller named on the invoice is VISHWAM VENTURES Ltd-spear2 khasra no. 93/5, 94/1 phirni road, vill-Mundka Delhi. COMPANY VAT TIN:[protected] COMPANY CST NO:[protected] I found a stone only in the box instead of mobile. the corrier man take the amount from us. as the box was not tempered from the upper side it's confirmed that the corrier company has no role in it. the seller is fake. kindly help me out. i have the images as well as the box.

                                  Sir i recently ordered a micromax canvas spark Q380 8gb mobile on SNAPDEAL.COM, on[protected] and made the payment thro sbi debit card and the account was also debited. [protected] Order received on. : 25th Oct 2015 I had purchased Paint Zoom spray couple of weeks back post assurance from customer service that I will be given full support even if the product has vendor warranty. Post confirmation I went ahead with my purchase. Now the product is not working the invoice does not have the vendor contact details and Customer support is not helping. I was given the number of Paint Zoom but that number is also showing as incorrect. Please help... Get the product repaired /replaced.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered Bagy Malone Green Shoulder Bag with Snapdeal dated 16th August 2015 Order no. [protected] for Rs. 1299/- and this bag was physically damage so I raised a complaint (Compaint No.[protected] and asked for refund. Snapdeal arranged for reverse pickup (tracking no.[protected] and that bag was collected from my official address that is registered – Dynamic Tours and Travels, Lourenco Apartments, Erasmo Carvalho Street Margao – Goa by JV Express.

                                        Further to inform you that I had been told that the amount is already refunded on 02nd September and were given the reference no[protected]. I got this checked in my Canara bank and the manager said there is no transaction made.

                                        So I forwarded my bank statement and asked them to get it checked and do the needful. I discussed this to Mr. Shiv Prasad on 15th September, Ms. Priti on 16th September and lot other representatives but till today nothing is done. I even spoke to Mr. Mobin Khan on 22nd September and he said he has forwarded the concern and will get it checked but no revert.

                                        Snapdeal has only been sending fake refund initiation mails but no refund.

                                        I spent lot of my money contacting on call centre chargeable number [protected] (can provide proof of each and every conversation had) but it’s useless. I even put this on facebook and twitter but still it was of no help. They just give fake apologies but no refund. I even dropped several mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com and also CEO Mr. Kunal Bahl on [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but still he dint helped. They say they can’t refund me my money. I asked them to drop me a mail stating the same but they refused.

                                        If they are correct on their path then why they are not sending me a mail stating that they can’t provide refund and also stating my complain is not genuine? Is that every time I only have to call and ask about it or Snapdeal also have their responsibilities towards the buyers? Their role is just to sell the product and what about the commitments they have made on the website about Trust Pay? Why my product is still not sent back to me as I have paid for it? Why Snapdeal is cheating the Buyers?

                                        They have blocked my account and are not refunding my money as they say they have already given me lot of refund before which has nothing to do with this concern. I got a damaged product and how they can refuse my refund and how they can say customer is fake and blacklist a customer? Problem has arisen from their end so how they can refuse my refund?

                                        I request the assistance to help me get my money back rs.1299/-.

                                        SNAPDEAL has not yet resolved my complain and request your'll please don't deal with snapdeal. They are just fooling the buyers with fake promises. The information that is updated on their official site is all fake.They don't provide refund but if the product is defective then they do arrange reverse pickup but no refund.
