1) I have purchased 3 items from Snapdeal Online with Order ID [protected] on 18 Jul, 2015 under the ICICI 10% Cashback offer. Total billed value was Rs. 5035/- on my ICICI credit card (statement attached in email)
2) One item (Wills Lifestyle Green Shirt) out of 3 purchased was having size issue hence same has been replaced with other size. As there was no Cancellation of the order, total billed value was same 5035/-
3) According to the offer statement (attached with email), I should get the Rs. 503/- Cashback in my ICICI credit card by 18 September 2015, but I didn’t get.
4) Online complain request filed for the same on 28 September 2015 with Request ID 07981716, After contacting telephonically to customer care number several time, I dint get any Cashback in my ICICI Card.
5) Snapdeal telephonically told me on 26 October 2015 that I m not eligible for the ICICI cash back offer, As I have replaced one item as mentioned at point no. 2). But according to offer terms I am eligible as total buying value was Rs. 5035/-.
