I had ordered a Nokia Lumia 730 (WHITE) from SnapDeal.com with order ID No-[protected] on 15-October-2015. I had paid using HDFC Debit Card. I had also initiated a cancel request on 16-October-2015 with reference number 09558143. The estimated delivery time was intimated as October 24-27. However till November 5, 2015- the shipment has not been received. From their website- the tracking details of the shipment is also not traceable. Every time i raise a complaint with the SNAPDEAL team, i only get a mail from the automated mailing system mentioning that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. I also contacted the courier service provider- M/s ExpressBees to enquire about the details of this shipment. One Mr. Ashish Devadiga of the ExpressBees Team has sent a mail saying that the shipment is not traceable. Request for either delivery of the product or to provide refund of the amount paid. I am unable to share my complaints raised through their website as it is not available in the history in their website.

    Snapdeal is worst online ecommerce site to buy anything. In my experience with online buying I have tried Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal and I am very much satisfied with quality and service of Amazon and Flipkart but Snapdeal is very bad in quality and service. My friends also have same feedback. I have tried to buy some products from Snapdeal and every time there is some issue, below are major issues I faced and facing: • Snapdeal take’s order and money even they do not have the product and then cancels the order by themselves without updating client when you call them then they update you. • Snapdeal send duplicate or wrong product as they do not verify it before sending. • If you have taken COD and you return the product your money can get stuck with them. This is the latest issue I am facing. Latest order problem (Order ID: [protected]) I ordered for Soundpeats headphones on COD but I got LG one. I immediately called Snapdeal and told them that I have received LG and please initiate return process. My product was picked next day but 16 days has passed and my money is not yet refunded. Note: I placed COD as previously my money was stuck with Snapdeal for few days as they took the order and product was not available. Customer care talk’s very politely but they are not able to solve the problem, every time they say issue is escalated and will update you in 48hrs. What they have told me is that they have not received the product in their warehouse and they are tracking it with their return partners. I have shared return receipt and other details with them but still they are not able to track it. Now because of them and their return partners fault my money is stuck with them and they are not returning it. This is very frustrating that they are not able to track things in 16 days. Snapdeal says we have easy return policy but I can say they have a very bad policy which is frustrating for clients. Even there is no update on site order tracking history also from last 17 days. I strongly do not recommend Snapdeal for buying anything as they are more in advertisement rather than improving quality and giving services. Regards Abhishek Solanki [protected]@gmail.com

      1) I have purchased 3 items from Snapdeal Online with Order ID [protected] on 18 Jul, 2015 under the ICICI 10% Cashback offer. Total billed value was Rs. 5035/- on my ICICI credit card (statement attached in email) 2) One item (Wills Lifestyle Green Shirt) out of 3 purchased was having size issue hence same has been replaced with other size. As there was no Cancellation of the order, total billed value was same 5035/- 3) According to the offer statement (attached with email), I should get the Rs. 503/- Cashback in my ICICI credit card by 18 September 2015, but I didn’t get. 4) Online complain request filed for the same on 28 September 2015 with Request ID 07981716, After contacting telephonically to customer care number several time, I dint get any Cashback in my ICICI Card. 5) Snapdeal telephonically told me on 26 October 2015 that I m not eligible for the ICICI cash back offer, As I have replaced one item as mentioned at point no. 2). But according to offer terms I am eligible as total buying value was Rs. 5035/-.

      I had received call on 6 Nov 2015 from snapdeal from No: +[protected] and snapdeal promise me to refund my cashback back to my card within 4-5 days.

      But still I haven't received till date[protected].

                I placed an order [protected] HP Laptop on 19th OCT on Snapdeal on EMI basis from my CC, First it should be deliver on 25th OCT according to there estimated delivery After 25th when i called they said it will be deliver on 29th OCT After that They call me on 1st NOV and cancel my order from there end by giving me a silly reason and said me that you will get refund with in 4 days, 4 days has been passed no refund, and i got my CC Statement with first EMI, after that when i call to there customer care they ask me to log in your snap deal account and put your comment in refund status box and send it but everytime when i do that I got error of try again. tell me what should i do now ?? How i will get my refund Immediate ? What should i do with first EMI Which I got with 13 % extra with Interest ? Should i have to pay it ? Should i go to Consumer court this time ? Why should i pay the amount with extra interest for the product which i never got ? Should i directly mail to their CEO Regarding this ? Plz Help me

                                I bought the product(delivered on 26th Oct, 2015) from Snapdeal and they send me a defective product. So, I made a refund request on 29th Oct. Next day, they called me and told me to go to the canon service centre and made a repair from there and provide the jobseet, then only they can refund. Otherwise they can't refund.

                                Snapdeal gives 7 days return/ replacement guarantee. I requested within 4 days but they are not refunding. I need some action against this.

                                  I purchased "Only Navy Poly Cotton Jeans (size-31)" along with 3 other item on 27th Oct 2015 (Order # [protected]). I received all the items on 30th Oct 2015. After trial we realised that Jeans required a smaller size change, hence from SnapDeal portal I requested for replacement item with size-29. After few minutes of replacement request, I received an email saying that your order has been cancelled. Hence I raised a support case # 11135233 to get replacement item of size-29 online and same time I called up customer care where I had been promised that your query will be resolved in next 48 hours and we have raised a request to cancel the refund and initiate replacement with size-29. I did not receive any call-back or communication within or after 48 hour on this matter. On 2nd Nov 2015, item had been picked up from my home and still there was no call-back or acknowledgement on the case # 11135233. On 3rd Nov 2015 00:35, I reached customer care again to get the update on the case. No action was taken so far to replace the item, hence customer care executive had again escalated the matter along with drafting the entire story again and promised me to arrange a call-back regarding the actions taken for this case. However I did not receive any till 4th Nov 2015. On 4th Nov 2015, I again called up customer care executive and demanded the status about the case # 11135233 where they repeatedly saying we escalated this matter to concerned department and required action will be taken in 48 hours. Instead of giving any clear reason for cancellation, they simply tried to confuse the matter by saying that vendor might not have desired size or this will be other vendor than whom I've initially purchased the item. I'm constantly monitoring this item and starting from 30th Oct 2015 to today 4th Nov 2015 this item is available for size-29 from the same seller (Victorious Trades-Ggn-Bluedart-Voi) whom I've purchased the item. I demanded to speak with supervisor, then he admitted there yes this was a mistake from snapdeal side that no one has taken any action since 30th Oct 2015. However now we can't do anything as refund request has been initialized. Saying this he raised his hands saying that once refund is initiated so we can't do anything. He also suggested to forget everything and place a completely new order with updated price which is completely unacceptable as it will close this matter without any logical conclusion and why should customer need to pay extra than earlier purchased item price. I again ask to escalate this matter further and demanded to talk to next level manager who was not present hence not able to talk to him. I have completely lost trust in snapdeal that I'll receive any call-back ever to resolve this matter properly unless I accept my defeat and accept the refund for this item. There are no customer grievance department in SnapDeal where customer can contact & get their issue resolved. Customer care is not at all helpful & never listen to customers properly. They just start speaking their template style dialogs we are here to help you, we have escalated this matter to concerned dept., you will get call-back within 48 hours and necessary actions will be taken etc. etc. may i know the reason for that specially when you say that it will take maximum 48 hours of time to get the solution. and still i keep listening that you are working on it ? Lets even forget about the resolution but no one has even turned up with the updates on it as well, till date. No phone calls no communication for the delay has been done by snapdeal So I really want to understand the reason for this. Why do i have to call up Every time the customer care to know what happened to my complain? why has it not been taken care by anyone? I'm still waiting for that call back to resolve this issue.

                                    I have ordered a mini sewing machine for Rs.899.But they have sent one faulty machine to me.I called the customer care but they told they are not hearing call me after 1/2 hour then another fellow told that call me after 1 hours .They even does not respond to my call also.They are always sending faluty products .

                                    Mini sewing machine is power on but not sewing .(not working)
                                    I want to replace the machine so I marked return in your website.I am physically handicapped person.So only I have ordered the products in snapdeal.I have ordered more than 10 products.In that I have received 2 products faulty.Already I have changed the one product with the help of your parter courier service.So this time also I contacted your snapdeal team to collect the product through your parter courier.But they have told that this facility is not available and I have to sent the product through my own and they sent one email to me and said that it contains the return form .I checked my mail and downloaded the return form .But while opening the form it is empty .I called your customer care 4 times.But their response is very poor.They sent another mail with enclosure.But the mail does not contain any attachement .I called the customer care executive.She teach me, howw to open a mail she think that i do not know mail opening.After some time she checked his system and said that there is some technical problem to send the return form after some time it will be delivered to your email.Till now I does not receive any mail from snapdeal.Is they want me to keep the faulty mini sewing machine as diwali gift and waste my 899 Rs.I am very dissatisfied with your service.Sorry to say that.Please help me replace the product

                                      I ordered a phone yu yunique and other 2 items of total bill Rs.5666 . I have not got my free charge promo codes after 72 hours . I have also not got cashback of rs 276 in my HDFC account.Please solve my problem otherwise i will think that snapdeal cheats people
