Dear sir, I had bought my mobile phone micromax mt500 through snapdeal.com. after purchasing that mobile phone one of the feature which was specified by snapdeal was not working i.e 3G connectivity. then one day after i contacted to the snapdeal customer care to return my product, but they straightly refused to return or replace that mobile phone....

Snapdeal.com automatically cancelled my order without consent after taking money from me. And they are giving me lame reason that it is due to technical issue. This has caused huge dent in my confidence in Snapdeal.com Other website like flipkart, amazon and even newbie paytm are way ahead. Snapdeal products are duplicate they are making fools. my laptop which i buy from snapdeal has local display i came to know about this when i was facing problem in display it has gone blackish then hp service center told me that display in this laptop is local. and clothes which i buy from snapdeal are going fade in one wash i am just fed up of this snapdeal i have return my trouser near about 15 days but money is not credited in my account...

I bought the product(delivered on 26th Oct, 2015) from Snapdeal and they send me a defective product. So, I made a refund request on 29th Oct. Next day, they called me and told me to go to the canon service centre and made a repair from there and provide the jobseet, then only they can refund. Otherwise they can't refund.

Snapdeal gives 7 days return/ replacement guarantee. I requested within 4 days but they are not refunding....

I purchased "Only Navy Poly Cotton Jeans (size-31)" along with 3 other item on 27th Oct 2015 (Order # [protected]). I received all the items on 30th Oct 2015. After trial we realised that Jeans required a smaller size change, hence from SnapDeal portal I requested for replacement item with size-29. I bought pume black street rider and product finishing is not good.

Snapdeal gives 7 days return/ replacement guarantee and comparatively other cites like fashion and you & myntra given 30 days return guarantee. I want aware and ended up calling snap deal after 10 days of order as i was out of town. They were very strict to their policy of no replacement.
