Snapdeal is the worst company I have come across . It just show big discounted offer to hamper other website sale and the delay most of the orders till u cancel them and make excuses like ‘ product lost by delivery boy’. they have done same with my moto e mobile order no [protected].After product delivery got delayed for 15 days I raised complain so they ask for order cancellation. I didn’t accepted it and ask for my order as soon as possible then they cancel my order and raised new order with new delivery date( without asking me) and expect me to wait patiently as if I have just placed the order so delivery is going to take other 15 20 days.

That I am hearing from past 10 days.Order has been delayed for more than 20 days and you will keep on giving excuses till u want because its a prepaid order.
I purchased it for diwali gift only because it was showing delivery date 24Oct and needed it before 10 .So you have already ruined my order.

    I placed an order on snapdeal for titan raga watch worth Rs 11000 for my wife. I placed the order from Angola online. Today my family recived the courier with empty watch box...now i registered the complaint with snapdeal ref no. 12312133...the supplier is volga retail from Delhi...order no. [protected]

      Snapdeal responded immediately after posting but no use, the person in the other side told to go to dell customer care I told that you have mentioned 7 days return policy is there then why are you telling like that then other side OK sir but up to now (20 days)there is no response about my phone plz respond i[censored] return or not don't waste my time thinking about this, if you don't return tell me immediately I throw the phone I remove snap app & I set myself free...

        I have bought Ricoh laser printer of order no [protected] from snapdeal on[protected] which delivered on[protected], I received a defective one, so placed for replacement, but they haven't provided me return pick up for product so I manually returned it on[protected] through India post to Snapdeal, Nangloi JAT, Veena Enclave Khasra No. 9/24, Nangloi Railway Station, Nangloi, New Delhi Pin code: 110041. through india post. The tracking no is AWB NO: CA[protected]IN and the weight of the package is 10.530 kgs, cost of the courier is 377/- (Three Hundred and seventy seven rupees ) on 13/10/2015 from sangareddy pin 502001 but it go returned on[protected] due to unavailability, i have again sent it through India post on[protected] which was refused at the snapdeal ware house and it got returned to me on[protected], its been month, i product is in transit but undeliverable to their ware house, snapdeal is cheating me, its really annoying, disappointed me through its products and services. Please help me in resolving my problem

          Defective Item(Microsoft Lumia 540) got delivered yesterday and I raised a return request today but Snap deal guys saying that they can't return it. I was given Trust Pay link to surf through the reasons, to my surprise there wasn't a single reason I found due to which the product can't be returned, I mean the website says it clearly that any quality issue / defective product will be returned due to customer satisfaction issues. I want to highlight this experience over here so that other folks can read this and beware of the transactions that Snap deal is into. First shipping defective and degraded products to its customers and when return request is being made they are turning the requests down!

            This is in reference to the order number [protected] placed on 31st October 2015. I placed an order for Intec IV502UHD 127 cm (50) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Television which was confirmed and promised to deliver to me by 11th November. However, on 6th Nov the order status reflected that the order is being cancelled and a new one is being placed. I was told by customer care that the order is on time and I need not worry. However, the same night I got a message that the order is cancelled and the amount is being refunded. The reason being that the item is not in stock. However the item is still available but the price is now higher by 10000. Please reopen my order and make the delivery on time. Thanks

              I placed a total order for 12000 of Computer pheriperals which includes Processor Cooling fan too. When I received the product the package by Snapdeal was Good. But original package was tampered. I initiated return process and stated that the product was not useful to me but didn't mention about the package condition. Snapdeal executive called up and stated directly that this product is not returnable as it was delivered in good condition and product is working fine. But I suggested for return of product and refund the amount as SD cash but they are not ready. Since their response was delayed I bought a new Processor fan too from local shop instead of having 2 no's I planned to replace and make a purchase of 16 Gb perceive for 599. I'm not happy with their customer support and the Free Charge coupons wasn't shared for another order when requested the executive replies through mil that One user would get only one coupon, during the offer period. But no such info was provided on the T&C. Only rule given was that each coupon can be used only once. No rules were stated as one user would be provided with one set of coupons. They have cheated about 500 over there, I need resolutions for both issues I'm making the products non used till I get a proper resolution from Snapdeal. If it keeps on going for sure I'm gonna file a Case under Consumer affairs legally making a compilation of issue so far I have faced with Snapdeal.

                      Order number - [protected] I had ordered a pair of shoes and had received the delivery of the same. Those shoes however were not fitting correctly so I initiated an exchange stating size problem.Without even asking whether I want a size smaller or bigger snapdeal sent another pair of shoes. Before the order was delivered by Snapdeal I initiated return for the same. I got a call from SD CC saying that do not accept the courier and we will initiate the return. When I got call from courier company I told them that I do not want thr product and have initiated the return for the same and hence the product was not delivered. Now the status in SD is showing as received. I have been calling CC since 10days and each time I hear a new story and apologies. Now I have started getting messages and mails that please send the shoes back to us through local courier service.How do thr expect me to send the courier I have not received? This is height of harassment for a customer. Thr most worst experience of my life with online shopping company which is so renowned. Don't think going ahead would be ordering anything from snapdeal.                       Hi,

                      I was supposed to get a response in 48 hrs but it has been 9 days and there is no response.

                      I am now being forced by you people to take this up legally as it has been almost a month now and my complaint is not getting resolved.

                      Even today i had called up the customer support and the representative was laughing at my complaint and while laughing he kept my call on hold and afterwards said that he will arrange a call back from his senior.

                      Must say pathetic services and no respect or customers.

                      Will need to take this matter into court now.

                        I purchased a hero sprint single speed cycle online on 5th Nov 2015. Now I decided to bye a gear cycle and wanted to cancel the existing order and place a new one. After cancelling, It shows that the cancellation request is under process without any reference number. I called the customer care and they said that it will be dispatched to me and then I should deny at the time of receiving it. Then it goes back to them and after they receive it, a refund will be placed. And the funny part is the order is not dispatched. He says that it is the process. The product is not yet dispatched and they don't want to cancel the order when it is with them. I really don't understand.

                          I recd a reply from SNAPDEAL:

                          "Your item cannot be picked up as your address lies outside our serviceable area. Please send it to our address as mentioned below via any national courier: Building K1, Gala No-3 To 10 Sagar Warehousing, Ova"

                          We will also refund the courier charges in your FreeCharge Account."

                          But courier charges will be 24000/-. Why should I block my huge money to useless Freecharge Account.

                          If SNAPDEAL deliver the product at my address, why they are not arranging reverse pickup.

                          First SANPDEAL deliver the damaged product and insist buyer to bear the all troubles instead of providing fare solution.

                          Is it business policy?

                          Pl help to protest me for my rights.

                            Hi, This is Manuel Roche. I had ordered Kshyatriya Grass Cutter and Crop Harvester item from Snapdeal on 28 August 2015 under order id [protected]. Since only Partial product had come I had asked for replacement. Snapdeal initiated and took the product back. Since replacement never happend till 15 days I had asked for refund of Rs. 8, 757/-. Till now I have called n number of times and no refund has been initiated from Snapdeal. I have received 3 mails from Snapdeal saying we have verified your NEFT details and amount will reflect in your bank account within 4 Business days. But till now nothing has been credited to my account. The Customer Care centre of Snapdeal says 'We apologize for the delay and amount will reflect within 24 hours'. The same dialogue they repeat each time. I have even attached screenshot of my snapdeal login page where the status of that order is still not updated. Please help me.

                            There were calls from Snapdeal Social media team where they finally told me that they came to know the exact problem why the money was not refunded and will be done as soon as possible. Therefore it only took them 15 days after my complaint lodged on Consumer Complaints forum. I would sincerely like to thank Consumer Complaints Team for helping me in getting my refund back which I alone could not do in 2 months even though I called n number of times to Snapdeal Customer care.                             This is also for your kind information that several ticket no.s/reference no.s were given to me each time when I asked for the refund of my amount with Snapdeal. Some of the reference numbers are given below for my order id [protected].
                            Reference no.: 06756726: Initially given when I had asked replacement for the partial delivered product from Snapdeal.
                            07141215: Given when I had asked for refund since they did not send me replaced item after they took back the partial product from my house using courier.
                            07825605, 07825803, 07345693, 07345124, 11277743, 10244863: All these were given when I had sent query request from using help tab from Snapdeal login page.
                            When asked Customer care they told even though reference numbers are different, order id remains the same so there should not be any confusion. I have also attached screenshot of the mail that I have received from Snapdeal towards refund status which till date never happend.

                            As per the comment from Snapdeal for the complaint raised towards my order id [protected] they have asked to write down to '[protected]@snapdeal.com'. Accordingly I have sent mail to the said id and the screenshot of my sent mail has been attached. Also when I had called Snapdeal Customer care they even told me that refund process is already done using NEFT and when I had asked for UTR no. they were left dumb and then said me that refund has not been taken place. This is happening from last 2 months and Snapdeal Customer care were only apologizing saying refund will take place within next 24 hours/48 hours but nothing happend so far.

                            Hope this time there will be some positive results. Earlier Snapdeal Customer Care had already escalated my case of refund several times but there was no result. I have already given my NEFT details for Corporation Bank and if require any further requirements from my side, mail me on my registered mail id or phone number and please refund the amount immediately as this has crossed 2 months without any action from Snapdeal side even after my several emails and calls to Customer Care of Snapdeal.

                            There was a call from Snapdeal Customer Care today and asked me whether I had received item cancellation mail and also NEFT details filling mail. I have already updated then verbally but again I am attaching the screenshot of the mail which I received on 19th of September. But when I click the NEFT detail link and update my details and press submit button I got error "Sorry it is not possible to change Bank Details as refund is under processing". This error I got from the very first day itself so I had contacted Customer care on 19 September and they told me to update my NEFT details via 'help' tab in my snapdeal account which I had done. I have attached the screenshot of the mail and also the error i had got while updating my NEFT account. Hope all this will help you to make my refund at the earliest.
                            Snapdeal Customer Care person today heard all this and he told me to wait for another 48 hours that is till 10 November, 2015. Hope this time everything will be sorted out.

                            I have received 2 calls from Snapdeal Social Media Team that the issue will be rectified within 24 hours. They said there was issue with software specially with refund cases from September and that was the reason for the delay. Now the software is working fine and hope to get the refund with 24 to 48 hours. But till now there is no mail or any notification to my registered mail id regarding the refund. Hope the issue will be sorted out soon.

                            Its 2 days there is no mail communication from Snapdeal towards refund. Please expedite this as its already 2 months crossed and nothing has been done so far from Snapdeal end. Just receive call from Snapdeal Social media team and apologize for the delay of refund. But if we see even my Snapdeal login order page is also not updated, that is still it shows waiting for courier pickup from September 10, 2015 wherein this order is cancelled and I am waiting for refund of Rs. 8757/-. Hope everything will be set alright within 15 days else I may have to look consumer court and other channels for escalating this matter of refund from Snapdeal which is not happening from last 2 months.

                                Reference : Snapdeal Order No.: [protected]. I ordered "DUCKBACK RED HOT WATER BAG" vide Snapdeal Order under Reference. 'DUCKBACK" is a leading brand for raincoat, hot water bag, etc. The item was delivered on 05-Nov.-2015 and I was shocked to see that the package contained "DEBLOK" brand hot water bag. "DEBLOK " is a local product duplicating the reputed "DUCKBACK" product. Just a counterfeit product delivered. It is not only the money paid, but the quality of Product and supplier's genuinity in dealing with customer is primary concern. Snapdeal don't have any Quality Control policy. They don't have any check to ensure that right product being dispatched. Order placed on Snapdeal, but the invoice does not show Snapdeal's name. only supplier name and buyer name displayed.

                                  Order no - [protected] was returned on oct 1st with two set of sarees. I had called customer care on oct 16 again on oct 20 and on nov 2 and finally on nov 4 but still now i didnt get my refund.On oct 20 they had sent me an email saying its intiated, however I didn't receive any refund. They say 7 days return policy and whenever i have called they just apologizes and tell they will initiate asap and give me a call back for confirmation but no one comes back till I call them again.

                                    I bought Puma brown leather wallet on 7th july 2015 using my icici credit card.
                                    My Order ID : [protected] and
                                    sub-order number was--[protected]
                                    Since i didn't like it i returned it to snapdeal on 9th July 2015.

                                    For returning my wallet refund ticket number was 03606426 .
                                    I received confirmation mail from snapdeal also.
                                    On 14 th july i received mail regarding that my refund was successful. But when i checked it didn't reflected in my account. I contacted to snapdeal they asked me to confirm with my bank. I did that too.

                                    Then they asked me to submit my bank statements which i did for couple of times. The request numbers for every complaint i registered are

                                    09825170.

                                    In such case what can i do?

                                      I ordered an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor order number: [protected] on 8th October'15, they said that it would be delivered by 18th Oct'15, when the same wasn't received I called in the customer care where they said it would be delivered shortly.
                                      I waited for some more time and out of patience i cancelled it but the Refund is yet to come. Its 6th Nov'15 today.

                                      Snapdeal has stoop to such a level that it has no value for the customers and their trust.

                                      Snapdeal must understand If someone pays money to you before getting the product it does not mean that now the money belongs to you, its the trust people showed in you and you are supposed to keep and strengthen it not break it with such a cheap service.
