I had order London Eye Stag Blue T-shirt with following details: Order ID: [protected] Placed on 02 Nov, 2015 Delivered on 10 Nov, 2015 Return requested on 10 Nov, 2015 Item supply was not of a size order and now the SNAPDEAL is refusing to take it back The return was initiated from my side on 10th October. The Company has no hassles 7 day return policy. Now they are refusing a reverse pick up. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM 30 TIMES BUT THEY ARE REFUSING A REVERSE PICK UP. ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME UP YESTERDAY AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT REVERSE PICK UP THE SAME – I CAN DO WHATEVER I WISH. Please help

Item supply was not of a size order and now the SNAPDEAL is refusing to take it back The return was initiated from my side on 10th October. The Company has no hassles 7 day return policy.

I have written close to 150 times to them, still they are refusing return

      I bought a product Apple Macbook Air- Mjveh2hna (Order ID: [protected]) from Snapdeal on 2nd November and on 7th Nov Snapdeal sent me the wrong product instead of Macbook Air they sent me Macbook Pro. The didn't even bother to verify the product before sending it. So after constantly following up for replacement, they did that on 16th and ordered another prodct for the replacement. and today after almost 3 weeks they are informing me that they have cancelled the product and initiated a refund. They are not sending the product because product price has increased, now on 2nd when I placed and order I was getting similar kind of deal from Amazon and Flipkart but now even in their website the product price has increased. So after waiting for the 20 days and constantly following up they refused to send me the product. and because of their fault I am in total lost, first my money was stucked for almost 20 days and now I have to buy a product for 65000 for which I earlier paid 57000. Request you to please intervene and ask Snapdeal to the send me the product as it was all together their fault.

        I ordered Easy Mop Spin Mop For Perfect Cleaning With Stainless Steel Ring(red) this product on 12th Aug 2015. My Order no. is [protected] and was excited to receive the same but I don't know what went wrong with the shipping I got a message stating that shipping has been lost during transit. So we will not be able to deliver this product but after a month I got a message that I will be receiving the product and to my surprise that very afternoon the product was on my hands. As soon as I tried to see how it works I realize that it was not spinning 360 degree and then the painful journey begins. I would call almost every three days for reverse pick up and you wont believe it! but the advisors said that this product was already lost during shipment and so we don't have anything mentioned over here that you have received it, so we cannot assign any courier service for reverse pick up. You have to manually do it by yourself.Then almost after thousands of calls SNAPDEAL assigned reverse pick up on 26th October 2015. I was waiting for a call from Snapdeal about my refund but didn't receive any response from their side then i called them and asked about my refund and the advisor said within four days i will be receiving it but till now I have not received my refund. Whenever I call them they say that your matter has been already prioritize by us or we have escalated your issue you will soon get your refund but it has been almost a month now after reverse pick up but I have received anything from Snapdeal.I am still struggling for my refund of 800/- Rs till now. I think as a consumer it is my right to get my refund back.

After speaking with one o[censored]r associate she dropped me a mail stating that We have received your NEFT details and have initiated a refund 799Rs for your Easy Mop Spin Mop For Perfect Cleaning With Stainless Steel Ring (red). You'll have it in your account within 4 business days. But again it is said old habits dont go easily...!!! Nothing was recieved!! Dont escalate this issue soo much this is my request!!! As i am not getting anything rather than fake promises from your side!!!

          I Pre ordered a XoLo Black 1X 32GB mobile phone on dated 06.11.15 on snapdeal.com website.Paid Rs.10099/- including shipping charges through my credit card. While I paid the above amount i opted 6EMI . I received a Parcel on dated 11.11.15 around 4Pm.When I opened it i got a Cement Stone in place of Xolo Mobile phone.I immediately called to delivery boy and came after 15 minutes. He advised me to complain at snapdeal customer care. I did the same. Snapdeal executives called me and said they will refund my money to my credit card before 20.11.15. Regarding this i received a mail form snapdeal.com.But today is 20.11.15, there is no amount credited in my credit card form snapdeal.com.One EMI of Rs.1761.73/- also deducted form card including interest and sevice tax. So please advice me what i will do .

            Dear sir, As shows in the pic and discribed in in the order I have booked in snapdeal, after reciving courier 1 item was missing immediately complaint for same they accept and agree to return after all dramas, no one has came and collect, Then raising complaint in snapdeal someone called from snapdeal and told for missing product 400/- composition approved, He told me with 48hrs u will recive after 4-5 days I called customer care they told UTR NO is wrong. I checked again but its correct, they before refunded same a/c in other product, Then I itold him to wt have to do now they send a/c details in query, I have send after4-5 days I have called to c c they with 24hrs, Several times I have called for same they told same thing, 16/11/15 called to c c told him to clearly. Refund the amount or take it back, cc person told 48 hrs it will get credit ur a/c without missing, Buy still not yet, Order id [protected]

                  Snapdeal is delivered the product by Unauthorised dealer and lloyd peoples said said they are not going to give warranty and guaranty for this product.same also i have informed to Snapdeal.

                  today also I received a call from Prijendra singh (snapdeal representative) at 7.20PM and he was directly saying to me snapdeal cant do any thing and he was misbehaving me. I cant expect this kind of service from snap deal aswel.

                  This product i purchased on April 2015 and its almost 7 months and having warranty for 1 yr.

                      I am Hardesh Kumar Sharma writing this message to, I am very disappointed from Snapdeal’s end because they had provide me a fake product.
                      I had placed an ordered as Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank. Order was placed on 12th Nov 2015 from Snapdeal website. Power Bank Order ID: [protected] Rs.1099. After confirmation of this order Snapdeal had provide estimated delivery date which was 18 Nov-22 Nov 2015.I got this order on 16 Nov 2015 by Ecom Express courier service.
                      When i had checked this product, then this product was fake and mismatched as per mentioned product. I had request to replacement this product by Snapdeal app.Instead of replacement Snapdeal had initiated auto refund
                      I want to know below mentioned thing from Snapdeal’s end
                      1. How do you initiate auto refund without my intimation and confirmation?
                      2. What was the actual reason behind of this scenario?
                      3. Is Snapdeal’s Packing and QA validation Team not working in a right way?
                      4. Is Snapdeal’s Manufacture/Vendor Sony or any false body instead of Sony?
                      5. Why are you disturbing other brand (Sony) value?
                      Please answer these question as soon as possible and one more thing I want only replacement with genuine product which was mentioned and committed by you.
                      Finally I want to say one more thing, Snapdeal’s punch line is "Dil ki Deal", , I am very disappointed to say it should be " Fake Product ki Deal".

                      I have same concern with Snapdeal.Either Snapdeal or vendor had cheated all person which place order within this deal.So we can say in other easy word no matter whatever done by vendor finally Snapdeal is responsible for it and they are not playing their roll effectively.
                      I have same concern with Snapdeal and 100 percent sure they will not response you.
                      I am also waiting for response from Snapdeal.

After this Snapdeal had confirmed the order and within two day Snapdeal automatically initiate refund against my order. When I talk with customer care executive regarding same then he replied me as a funny statement "Vender had changed the price and now price is 19, 945.00 INR. so our system initiate automatic refund against this order. however they had returned my money but spoiled my time and increase waiting time against my product wish. After this I have placed same order on Flipkart 19, 200.00 INR and get the product within 5 to 7 business day and service was 1000 time good in comparison of Snapdeal.

                      They Send mostly fake product such Poor Online shopping network(Snapdeal). Consumer Complaints should be taken a hard action on snapdeal so they are never do this type fraud again. Snapdeal punch line is "dil ki deal" but in real this is "Fraud ki deal". I am ashamed to be snapdeal customer. I never Place order via snapdeal.

                      I had placed an order as Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank. Order was placed on 12th Nov 2015 from Snapdeal website. Power Bank Order ID: [protected] Rs.1099. After confirmation of this order Snapdeal had provide estimated delivery date which was 18 Nov-22 Nov 2015.I got this order on 16 Nov 2015 by Ecom Express courier service. When I had checked this product, then this product was fake and mismatched as per mentioned product. I had request to replacement this product by Snapdeal app.Instead of replacement Snapdeal had initiated auto refund. Snapdeal support team had also admitted that they are faulty and apologies for the same then why are you not process replacement.
                      After a long follow up with your support team I am getting a response from your social media executive he had told me “Either we will try to replace your product or reimburse you and also send a response mail for same before Friday i.e. 20th Nov 2015” And today another executive response me as “We cannot replace your product only refund your money according to Snapdeal policy. No matter you will satisfied or not”. It’s another example of Commitment Failure, and we can say in other easy word at your end very great flood proceed as commitment failure and false promises.
                      You can listen all support calls carefully to validate this case completely what was promises occur from your different teams (Media Team, Technical Assistance Team or Support Team) and how they have changed from their statements rapidly.

                              Order Id - Luvlap Cruze Baby Stroller - Blue with Order No [protected]. This order was placed and cancelled within half an hour these guys Inspite of the cancellation and confirmation of the same went ahead to give it to the courier partner after 2 days and though me putting in cancellations the product is lying with FedEx in gurgaon for more than 10 days . Snapdeal says the product will show as shipped and once the product is received back then we will initiate the refund within 6 days after receiving the product back and it will take another 4 days to reflect. 1.Why was the product even given to courier when cancelled immediately 2. Why is the product lying with courier guys and my money kept stuck 3. The delivery date has gone by 4 days now and the date for refund has also gone by 5 days now. Even after multiple requests for installation, they failed to send the installation team. Every time escalating the matter to god knows whom. After 12 days (18th November, 2015) they called and told me to get it installed by a local team while they would compensate the amount. Likewise I contacted the local installer and get his appointment. Now some other team from snapdeal.com calls and tell me that they are sending carpenters. I do not know where to go with this. They would not send me any mail update even on being insisted to do so. How come a company like snapdeal.com have no sync between their own team members is beyond me. To top it all they send me a mail saying I am not reachable on my mobile number. How strange !!!

                                        Hii my self harshit shah, i gave order on snapdeal at 20/08/2015 of 2 products and 1)laurel watches 2)nova trimmer but i cancelled 1 order on a delievery date that is 26/8/2015 and after cancelled my order a deliever boy of courier come at my address and at that time i refuse to take my delievery because of my cancelled order then after i wait 4 days to be refunded at my deducted money a/c, but still not came money in my alc so i call at snapdeal customer care and they reply me it come it very soon after 5 days i do a same call on a number of customer care and an executive same reply as above reply my customer...then i do 6 times call to customer and they reply same answer to me..so uptill to day i do not receive a money refunded and when i see status of my order over there it mentioned reverse pick up...and i keeping told them that u still not change the status and an executive reply the same answer to me...that happen a short time..and that still donot happen..and i donot get refunded my money in my alc 21 days passed as a day i cancelled my order..n i do 100rs..call of an 310rs amt product so please take an immediate action against company..they do fraud with me, pls be helping on getting back my refunded money with interest and callcharges amt of rs.100 and my order id.
