It is extremely frustrating to deal with such insensate staff and customer care. It seems like the company and staff continue to act as per their whims and fancies and have no regard for the customers wishes.
First, when they were supposed to pick up my order (Order ID: [protected]) after being delivered, FOR REPLACEMENT as I had an issue with the size, they came to pick it up after 4 days of putting the request, although I requested it the very next day after receiving the product AND the courier company/reverse pick-up order boy kept delaying the pick-up under the pre-text that I am rescheduling. I did not reschedule. I was at home waiting for them for three days. They did not come and kept sending a reschedule request. THAT is completely unsuitable for a big company like Snapdeal.
Snapdeal seems to be the only company that waits for the original product to reach back AND THEN ship the replacement. Then, they picked it up, and JUST LIKE THAT, on the very same day, on their own wish said your amount is Refunded!!! I Requested for a replacement and not a refund. Without even talking and discussing with the customer, what I would like to do if they did not have the size!!!
SO first I wasted 5 days because they did not come and pick it up and then after it reaches them, they tell me (after I called them of course, asking why they have refunded my amount) that they do not have the size probably. However, on the website, it still shows as available. A big company like that can't just do as they feel like.
However, I have still not got the money in my account.
