I purchased "Only Navy Poly Cotton Jeans (size-31)" along with 3 other item on 27th Oct 2015 (Order # [protected]). I received all the items on 30th Oct 2015. After trial we realised that Jeans required a smaller size change, hence from SnapDeal portal I requested for replacement item with size-29. After few minutes of replacement request, I received an email saying that your order has been cancelled. Hence I raised a support case # 11135233 to get replacement item of size-29 online and same time I called up customer care where I had been promised that your query will be resolved in next 48 hours and we have raised a request to cancel the refund and initiate replacement with size-29. I did not receive any call-back or communication within or after 48 hour on this matter. On 2nd Nov 2015, item had been picked up from my home and still there was no call-back or acknowledgement on the case # 11135233. On 3rd Nov 2015 00:35, I reached customer care again to get the update on the case. No action was taken so far to replace the item, hence customer care executive had again escalated the matter along with drafting the entire story again and promised me to arrange a call-back regarding the actions taken for this case. However I did not receive any till 4th Nov 2015. On 4th Nov 2015, I again called up customer care executive and demanded the status about the case # 11135233 where they repeatedly saying we escalated this matter to concerned department and required action will be taken in 48 hours. Instead of giving any clear reason for cancellation, they simply tried to confuse the matter by saying that vendor might not have desired size or this will be other vendor than whom I've initially purchased the item. I'm constantly monitoring this item and starting from 30th Oct 2015 to today 4th Nov 2015 this item is available for size-29 from the same seller (Victorious Trades-Ggn-Bluedart-Voi) whom I've purchased the item. I demanded to speak with supervisor, then he admitted there yes this was a mistake from snapdeal side that no one has taken any action since 30th Oct 2015. However now we can't do anything as refund request has been initialized. Saying this he raised his hands saying that once refund is initiated so we can't do anything. He also suggested to forget everything and place a completely new order with updated price which is completely unacceptable as it will close this matter without any logical conclusion and why should customer need to pay extra than earlier purchased item price. I again ask to escalate this matter further and demanded to talk to next level manager who was not present hence not able to talk to him. I have completely lost trust in snapdeal that I'll receive any call-back ever to resolve this matter properly unless I accept my defeat and accept the refund for this item. There are no customer grievance department in SnapDeal where customer can contact & get their issue resolved. Customer care is not at all helpful & never listen to customers properly. They just start speaking their template style dialogs we are here to help you, we have escalated this matter to concerned dept., you will get call-back within 48 hours and necessary actions will be taken etc. etc. may i know the reason for that specially when you say that it will take maximum 48 hours of time to get the solution. and still i keep listening that you are working on it ? Lets even forget about the resolution but no one has even turned up with the updates on it as well, till date. No phone calls no communication for the delay has been done by snapdeal So I really want to understand the reason for this. Why do i have to call up Every time the customer care to know what happened to my complain? why has it not been taken care by anyone? I'm still waiting for that call back to resolve this issue.

    I have ordered a mini sewing machine for Rs.899.But they have sent one faulty machine to me.I called the customer care but they told they are not hearing call me after 1/2 hour then another fellow told that call me after 1 hours .They even does not respond to my call also.They are always sending faluty products .

    Mini sewing machine is power on but not sewing .(not working)
    I want to replace the machine so I marked return in your website.I am physically handicapped person.So only I have ordered the products in snapdeal.I have ordered more than 10 products.In that I have received 2 products faulty.Already I have changed the one product with the help of your parter courier service.So this time also I contacted your snapdeal team to collect the product through your parter courier.But they have told that this facility is not available and I have to sent the product through my own and they sent one email to me and said that it contains the return form .I checked my mail and downloaded the return form .But while opening the form it is empty .I called your customer care 4 times.But their response is very poor.They sent another mail with enclosure.But the mail does not contain any attachement .I called the customer care executive.She teach me, howw to open a mail she think that i do not know mail opening.After some time she checked his system and said that there is some technical problem to send the return form after some time it will be delivered to your email.Till now I does not receive any mail from snapdeal.Is they want me to keep the faulty mini sewing machine as diwali gift and waste my 899 Rs.I am very dissatisfied with your service.Sorry to say that.Please help me replace the product

          I had ordered for an Elica Fs 301ss LTW 60 cm Chimney.. Order ID: [protected] The order was made on 6th October 2015 and delivery received on 14th October 2015. Due to renovation work in my house I had requested the Snapdeal installation engineer to come post 30th October. I had also called Snapdeal Customer care and informed about the same and they agreed to oblige. On 4th November 2015 when the Installation engineer finally arrived he opened the still unopened package and pointed out the 2 mesh parts missing in the package sent by Snapdeal. I called the Snapdeal customer care and the bluntly refused to honour their commitment to send me a complete product. Snapdeal's arguement was that i shoudl have called in 7 days from the date of delivery. Snapdeal go get a life!! I am not an engineer to figure out what is missing and what is not.. I AM CUSTOMER so how am i supposed to know.. Is Snapdeal not responsible to send me a complete product when they took the complete charge from me for this product?? Where are my rights as a consumer.. I am now going to approach a Consumer forum and take this forward... PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER OR SNAPDEAL!!

              On Mobile Day "25th May 2015" I bought mobile. There was offer of 10% cashback. I didn't got that till today. I called and sent mail to snapdeal many time but till now i didn't got cashback of "Rs 859". It is now 6 months i did't got my cashback in my ICICI account.                 I bought pume black street rider and product finishing is not good.

                Snapdeal gives 7 days return/ replacement guarantee and comparatively other cites like fashion and you & myntra given 30 days return guarantee. I want aware and ended up calling snap deal after 10 days of order as i was out of town. They were very strict to their policy of no replacement.

                Very disappointing snap deal. I need some action against this.

                Puma being a brand and snap deal being online marketing brand has disappointing

                Order received on 18th of october 2015 and i a trying to make complaint since 28th of october no one take the call as customer service people are busy

                      I bought a Infocus M350 mobile online on 2nd of October. This mobile had 2 major manufacturing defects, 1. When I make/ receive calls I am not heard at the other end. 2. The SIM 1 slot does not hold the SIM card.
                      For the above reasons, I logged in to snapdeal.com to return the product. But my order was not listed there. As there were no options to return online, I wrote to '[protected]@snapdeal.com' on the 5th of October before the 7 days to return the product. But there was no response. I searched for alternate options but the website directed to 'myorders' page where my order was not listing. So I searched for another email id from snapdeal website and wrote to '[protected]@snapdeal.com' on the 16th of October. Still there is no response. I have written in few forums but that is also in vain.

                      I took the mobile to the service center on the. None except one service center listed in the website not accepted the mobile for service. The website needs update. The women at the service center first denied to return the mobile and immediately asked if the mobile has the above said complaint (Complaint No.1). There was a code mentioned in the complaint copy for this, which meant that this is a known issue with this model. The lady missed to include my second complaint in the file. The call id is INFCNN[protected]DW. I was told to collect the product by the 3rd day but still the status is pending- PNA. When I call, the attender is not in a position to give an ETA. They have no clue on when they will get the parts replaced. I am experiencing hassle by switching SIM cards in mobile phone and loosing data pack validity. Infocus/ Snapdeal has to share the responsibility of the losses and the hassle caused.
                      I don't want to waste my time, providing these. Give me an ETA to resolve from the time you receive the email.

                      The service centre informed that the issue has been fixed. But when I went there it was not so. Both issues were still there. They say that this is not a manufacturing defect and there is an issue with the SIM Card. The same SIM was inserted in another M350 that they had and was ok. For this they said that every unit has different standards. I said that it should not be called 'standard' in such case. Then they said they will have to change the PCB. That is where I am now and it is 2 months since I used this mobile and am waiting to get the manufacturing defects fixed!! How long do you expect someone to be patient?

                          It is extremely frustrating to deal with such insensate staff and customer care. It seems like the company and staff continue to act as per their whims and fancies and have no regard for the customers wishes.

                          First, when they were supposed to pick up my order (Order ID: [protected]) after being delivered, FOR REPLACEMENT as I had an issue with the size, they came to pick it up after 4 days of putting the request, although I requested it the very next day after receiving the product AND the courier company/reverse pick-up order boy kept delaying the pick-up under the pre-text that I am rescheduling. I did not reschedule. I was at home waiting for them for three days. They did not come and kept sending a reschedule request. THAT is completely unsuitable for a big company like Snapdeal.

                          Snapdeal seems to be the only company that waits for the original product to reach back AND THEN ship the replacement. Then, they picked it up, and JUST LIKE THAT, on the very same day, on their own wish said your amount is Refunded!!! I Requested for a replacement and not a refund. Without even talking and discussing with the customer, what I would like to do if they did not have the size!!!

                          SO first I wasted 5 days because they did not come and pick it up and then after it reaches them, they tell me (after I called them of course, asking why they have refunded my amount) that they do not have the size probably. However, on the website, it still shows as available. A big company like that can't just do as they feel like.

                          However, I have still not got the money in my account.

                            Hum ne 2 shut aur ek juta order diya tha 17 oct ko jo sms me dene ka bad kiya tha 22 oct ko lekin abhi tak nahi mila kiya apka service dene ka yahi tarika hai agar yahi tarika hai ta online band karo consumer ko paresan karna band karo hum log zee news may apka bahat ghotale ka tarif suna hu kiya yahi suchai hai apka lagta ta yahi hai koi consumer apse free of cost may saman nahi leta hai mind it.

                              I booked a product from snapdeal app on 31st Oct (My order no [protected]). But snapdeal cancelled my order on date 3rd Nov without my consensus, & reason snapdeal is giving 'your product is out of stock so we cancelled your order'. My complaint is- After receiving confirmation and order number generation how Snapdeal can cancel my order?

                                I ordered babyliss pro perfect curler on 27th october 2015 and now its 3rd november I got this product and its not working as in its a fake product and then I ask them to return it back they said simply they cant because seals are broken, what is that? How can check any thing authentic or not without opening it ridiculous seriously regretting to buy a costly product from snapdeal.

                                    I have received i3 4th gen but i paid and ordered for for i3 5th gen. m asking for refund from last 10 days but no favourable response from snapdeal. "if you wanna cal me then cal me after 5pm on [protected], and you can take your laptop back at any tym from my house by contacting on this reg no. [protected]" I have send this mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com many times and called the cust care many times, everytime they say we wil cal you after 5 pm and also we wil refund you and take laptop back but there is no cal and no refund till now. Now If they will refund me my money but what about i m suffering from 13 days and calling them again n again. For my that suffer what will be done. Worst Customer Service by snapdeal totally disappointed.

                                    After Complaint they solved my prob on urgent basis ..i was unhappy with snapdeal but now m happy as they solved it and i got my refund in 2 days after they took laptop back..Snapdeal just give like this service not like that you were giving me in start of the complaint..Atlast Snapdeal make me satisfied with their service i will deal with you again now...

                                      I have purchased the laptop from snap-deal via icici internet banking along with android app of snapdeal.i am eligible for 1000 rs cashback from snap-deal in my icici bank but after the time i didn't got the cashback amount.i have called 15 to 20 time regarding this but no solution provided by customer care, also i have chain of email in which i have clearly mention that i am eligible for the offer but they are just making me fool since 1 month .
                                      Now its too hectic to discuss with them.The name of the team leader who is making me false agreement is Dignesh Murgghum and Mohit.Also their are so many people who talk with me but i remember only these two names.

                                        Hello, I have order Samsung 43J5100 Full HD 1080 led TV 43" from Snapdeal on 20th Oct 2015 prise 26999 with courier charges of 699 and delivery was supposed to be done by or before 2nd Nov 2015, however after 11 days I am getting to know that Vendor/merchant does not have LED in stock and order is getting delayed. when I am searching for the product even now it is showing In Stock, this is cheating and misleading for Customers who put the order and the money is deducted and there is not even a single satisfactory answer or response or any courtesy call from Snapdeal made to me in order to let me know what to do next. For 11 Days the status was Vendor informed to process the order and this status was put on the day i put my order. If the product was not available with the Vendor how could snapdeal show the status In Stock on their website which is very misleading for the customers. I need a very strict action against the Snapdeal so that other innocent customers could not be tricked into spending money on orders and have to suffer without getting their products delivered.
