      I ordered for 'Izotron Quattro X7 calling tab-Gold' on 11/11/2015 at 'snapdeal.com'. On 16/11/2015 I received this product. I found that the product is defective and faulty. So, I requested for the replacement of that product on 19/11/2015. On 20/11/2015 I got a phone call from 'snapdeal.com' asking me to repair the product in nearest service centre. But, I received a defective and faulty product from 'snapdeal.com', so why they are asking me to repair the product? It is their liability to give replacement/refund as per customer's request. And as the product is defective and faulty, it covers the 'no question easy return policy of snapdeal.com'. So why they are asking me to repair the product??? So, I called at the snapdeal customer care on the next day (i.e. 21/11/2015) for further clarification, they informed me that the reverse pick-up will be made soon and snapdeal's higher authority will contact me about the problem. But, after waiting 2 business days, I am writing this to you that I received no feedback from them about the problem. This type of service is not expected from 'snapdeal.com'. Now, I am writing this to you that I am not further interested in 'replacement' and I want 'full refund of my money back to my bank a/c'. Order details- Ordered for- Izotron Quattro X7 Calling Tab-Gold Order ID- [protected] Sub-order ID- [protected] Order placed on - 11/11/2015 Order received on - 16/11/2015 Return request created on- 19/11/2015 Case ID for return[protected] Email ID- banerjee.[protected]@gmail.com Registered phone no - [protected] I am also giving you the details of the problem which I faced in this tab - 1) When I opened the tab it starts blinking at the left and right side of the Tab's screen. 2) I found that the screen of the tab is bend. If you put the tab's screen at your eye-level you could surely find that the screen is bend and the left side of the screen is slightly upper than it's right side. 3) When I tried to press any app at the left side of the tab, the left side of the tab's screen moves downward and when I take back my finger it comes outward. So, after seeing this problem you could easily understand that the product is defective and faulty which avails the 'no question return policy of snapdeal.com'.         I have ordered iPhone 6 16GB in snapdeal on 17th Nov. Order# [protected]. They have delivered iPhone 4S 8B. I have raised a return and complaint. But they are denying this and informed me that they have delivered the right product. They have closed my complaint. They told me that they can't do anything. They are not confirming the investigating report through mail. This shows they are cheating.. Please help us in getting the phone which we ordered. We have the IMEI no. Of iPhone 6 in invoice ..             I had give order from snapdeal in 10% cashback offer from SBI bank, and snapdeal said that end of the september 2015 we will add your cashbank in your account if you choose creditcard/debit card option for payment.

            so i choose Atm cum Debit option but still now i cant get my money back...i had already 3 to 4 times complain writed down on snapdeal but not given me ANY response & now snapdeal said that its not our fault - Responsibility, you discussed with your BANK. & i also going in my branch of SBI, He said its a snapdeal co.'s responsibility...We cany do anything...

              Hi I have purchase Xolo Black 1X 32 GB from Snapdeal order id [protected].Phone configuration is 32 GB memory+ 3 GB Ram, 13 MP back camera and 5 MP front camera and but camera quality is very poor when i received this phone same date i initiate the refund/return of this mobile due to poor camera quality and call to Snapdeal customer care and they give me Xolo ghaziabad service centre address and ask me to visit, when i go to service centre they said phone is ok and Lava company give this camera quality. i inform to Snapdeal people they said its not return, i purchase this phone to 13 mp camera but company give poor quality camera in this phone, please let me know what i mistake, they mention on there site about camera quality, My question is without physical check the product how i know it is not good, if i purchase this mobile to shop then i will be check each and every thing but on-line shopping when i got the product than after i know this is not good as my conditions. now snapdeal said to me this product is not return. Then it comes to me on 17oct 2015 and i take it.but when i cheked it then the configration is miss match to the actual configrstion of laptop which i ordered.                         I received a call from snap deal yesterday but its very unfortunate that they said they can not do anything as my request is not valid but my question is that if the product is in warranty what remedy lies with me as it is the snap deal who send me the product through Abdullah Jewellery, so its their headache to take up the matter with him and when contact they reply me as follows...

                                Snapdeal Team, if you have eyes and ears to hear to the customers, then let me tell you that out of all the e-commerce websites yours is the most pathetic when it comes to customer support.Most of your sellers are fraud. Items in the pictures shown are of reputed company but the items delivered are of local made. Once customer orders they fall in the vicious circle of replacement/refund. Now i realize the inner meaning of your TV advt which shows that snapdeal helps every seller..and i know what you help..possibly all tricks to do the business in a fradulent manner,

                                  We have ordered memory card but they did not delivered and they cancelled my order and said to refund on 8 november 2015 but they not even refunded in my bank account and not even delivered after getting so many reminders also ...due to this bad delivery j just want to take action for snapdeal

                                    Order no. [protected] I had ordered external hard disk from Snapdeal on Cod basis The delivery boy took payment and signature from my mother and left without giving product. Delivery company is velex Logistics. I complained several times to Snapdeal. The amount of the product was Rs3600 Snapdeal is least bothered abt the complaints Big names and no loyalty.

                                      I ordered one cfs i love you perfume 0n 07/11/2015,
                                      they showing one, and delivered one, on 11/11/2015 . i given a complaint to snap deal on 12/11/2015. they called up me on 21/11/2015 and asked, did you open and used the perfume?
                                      i said yes. i ordered for using perfus.
                                      they says sorry we cant replease that? if you got wrong product you have return that.
                                      i asked him who will wait that much of time? we don't have any works? always we have to open snapdeal.com and check our stetas? why your delivered wrong product?
                                      he sempilly says, that is our mistick, but your saying you used that? so we can't replace that ?
                                      i said lasttime i given complent for riya melody, they are returned that na.
                                      that product have a verent,
                                      i asked him where did you mantion if you used the product we con't returnd that? and where did you mantion warenty details?
                                      he says simpilly sorry we can't replesed that?

                                        I have purchased a product at snapdeal on 30th oct 2015 and the product was not the right one. Have placed for a return after couple of days and I have followed up almost 5 days, no one has helpded me to return till date, they say it will picked up tomorrow and the same reply from all the rep.
