This is very Shocking for me that brand like Snapdeal is doing these kind of fraud with their customers..I ordered the original Rayban aviator sunglasses and received the duplicate Product.. Can't expect these kind of scams from Snapdeal..My humble request don't place any orders to Snapdeal and beware of online scams.

      I am facing too much problems with the service provided by snapdeal. This is the worst experience of mine in online shopping by snapdeal.
      I have ordered the pendrive in combo offer. But i have recieved only one pendrive in that. I have complained the same issue to the customer care service. They are not at all responding for my call. And moreover i have filed return request. But till today they are not taking my pen drive back. And they are saying the return request has been closed. Please help me in returning the product back.

        Ordered a game with the order name transformer: rise of the dark spark (Ps4) and they delivered a big box with a rewritable dvd, not the original product. And the product has no return or replacement policy to it too, the order id -[protected]. When i raised complaint in snapdeal they sent a delivery boy who took the product but didn't update the return. Then i got a message that i wished not to return the product (Who the hell wants fake products to keep). And then return request no 53379685 is closed.
        I either need the actual product delivered to me or my money back, plss look into the matter

        Definitely they gave response, thank you for that consumer complaints team.
        On 15th Jan 2019, I received email from Snapdeal stating that "We are working on your concern..
        Please allow us a maximum of 48 hours more to get back to you on this. We will update you with the resolution at the earliest and will keep you updated via email or SMS."
        Now till 19th Jan I didn't get any response.
        How many 48hr they need to resolve my complaint.
        I think they are not willing to do so.

          I ordered two smart band from snapdeal using cash on delivery method order id [protected] & [protected]. The seller shipped both items in a single invoice and a single packet both the item reached on 07th january 2019 in a single packet and also paid the money. But after opening the packet it contains only one item. Then i initiate a return process and also give the bank details.. Two days later one message received add bank details for initiating neft and also provides a link.. But i cant add my bank details in the app. There is no option for adding the same in the snapdeal app. It means snapdeal chetaing the customers. So i kindly take necessary action for refund

            With regards to snapdeal order id: [protected] dated[protected] for purchase of epson m200 printer ink. The product i received, damage the part of brand new printer model m200 which i purchased in may 2018.
            As printer is within warranty period epson engineer visit for repair of printer. According to epson ink which i purchased from sanpdeal wide above said order id is non genuine, due which epson warranty is over.
            Due to non genuine product sold by you epson is demanding rs 3650 for replacement of part of printer. As product is purchased from your site, snapdeal is responsible for the same.
            I request snapdeal to arrange repair or replacement of printer. If no action taken by snapdeal within 7 days then i have to knock the door of competent court of law for damages & mental harassment.

                I placed an order of bedsheet set with snapdeal the packet was delivered on 30th of december. We opened the same an found theproduct to be torn. I looged in and requested a pickup towards replacement. To my horror nobody cmae and now i am chasing them and they are sharing custom revert that the dealine to replace has crossed.

                At first the item is damaged and as i consumer my interests should be protected. Next it is their fault that they did not send a pickup. The company in my view cannot refuse.

                I have shared the screenshot with them as well.

                  I may bring your immediate attention to the matter mentioned above and inform that your online trading company has sent me an envelop containing a scratch and win card along with a certificate of achievement citing that i have been selected as the winner of rs. One lakh while scratch prize of ten lakh. Following days one mr. Inderjith singh claim to be snapdeal official dialed me several times from the cellnos.[protected], +9178+0076208 and informed to remit an amount of rs.8800/- as bank charges for transferring the fund to my bank account. Is there any authenticity of such calls and letters? How can i book such culprits? Is it possible to loot money from my bank account directly by them? Expecting your kind and unrgent reply

                      I purchased a casio edifice watch from snapdeal but its orginal price was around 9500 in other but in a sale the snapdeal was offering it for just 2650 so i thought it would be original so i ordered it and after buying it when i actually compared the product price with other websites like amazon and flipkart the price was still around rs 9000. How would it be possible for anyone to give the orginal watch of the same brand in a very low price. So obviously it would be fake only. Details are below mentioned casio edifice g371

                            Speakers color is different there is no logo of any company

                                I purchased Auto furnish highest air flow from snap deal and received 2nd hand product and not the one which i had ordered .when I asked for replacement they asked me to courier the product .i informed that i cannot courier the product please pick up the product and give me replacement . they did not replaced after multiple requested .please help me in getting the replacement

                                we connected with the snapdeal team multiple times for getting the replacement but they asked us to courier old product .after telling them so many times that we will not be able to courier the product .please send person for pick as it is their fault that they have given me faulty /second hand and wrong product. I have attached both the invoice copies .if they can deliver the product to my location then why they cannot pickup the product for the replacement.Please help in getting me the replacement .

                                  This is for your kind information that i have ordered maybelline colossal & super black+loreal magique bold & supreme black+lakme eyeconic kajal+lip balms (Pack of 7) for rs,. 281. I have opted for cancellation of the item but as it was dispatched and came to my address for delivery, my colleague on my behalf accepted the order and paid rs. 281. But i am shocked to say that all the products were fake. Do you people have any idea that how dangerous it could be if i apply those kajal on my eyes. You people are playing with people lives. I want my money back. Shame snapdeal. I will spread this message and will definitely see that i can save people from "so called fake snapdeal"

                                  I have ordered lucky jewellery ethnic marron gold plated padmavati jewellery through snapdeal . i didn't like the product .product quality is very poor, its not match with prize.its prize only 400 rupees, snapdeal showing 4000 so i raised a return request many times.
