Dear team,

I have ordered an nike shoes worth rs.2500 on snapdeal, since they have mentioned as genuine products only snap deals with but i have been received an fake product also i am asking snapdeal to refund but customer care team is not responding i need my full amount to be refunded.

Also i contacted them via twitter and email no response from snapdeal, they simply telling they tried to contact me but no single call has been received yet bogus site

    I have been trying to contact a snapdeal customer care executive but unable to do so even with their customer care number. I ordered a red dead redemption 2 ps4 game cd and paid the full amount but got a fake cd in return...Then I oredered for a replacement and got a fake cd again!! Please, i dont need any more replacements.. I just want my refund.

    Got a email from snapdeal to return the item in the same condition and after a day the refund was made...it took about a week's time to get the refund after registering the complaint but it got resolved so cheers to snapdeal for this

    Your team is so lame, they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again...Not a single step has been taken yet. I have kept the package as it is until now..Will probably take a video o[censored]npacking and exposing the scam item inside it and share it on twitter and facebook so that the customers will know the fraud your website is doing to the people

      Hello snapdeal,
      I have been trying to reach you with emails, there is no update at all, it's been more than 4 days, still there is no update on my cart. Why is your services so late? Why do you guarantee to satisfy your customers, if you cant.

      You guys reply, the courier services are working on it, when inquired they say they have not received from snapdeal.

N i will request all customer not to buy any product from snapdeal. Totaly fake dealer n strictly informed the customer not to purchase anythings from this deal. All fy frnd n colleuge is regreting after this deal so every shuld file case against it.

            With regarding to order id [protected]
            Order name-humser 24v 250w electric bicycle kit.
            I ordered this product worth 8475 on 1st of Jan.
            On 6th of Jan i got a message that product has reached indore and will be delivered soon.
            Surprisingly on that evening the product got delivered.
            I didn't even got a call from the delivery person so that i can have a open delivery for satisfactory confirmation.
            I gone through all my texts message but didn't got the delivery boy mobile number.
            I placed a return request but it was cancelled automatically.
            I contacted snapdeal thorough email and in that reply they said that in my account they found some transactions that do not pass their internal check.

            Now what the surprising thing is...
            It was my first ever order on snapdeal so how do they found other transaction.?
            Firstly the worst thing about snapdeal is you can't contact them to their customer executive through call.
            You will just keep on pressing digits to enter this option that option..
            Again and again i contacted them through email but got the same reply every time.
            That they found transaction on my account that do not pass internal checks.
            I mean what kind of internal checks?
            Make it clear that it was my first ever order.

            I forgot to mention the issue.
            The issue is 3 parts are missing and i got some different model kit as described in product picture on snapdeal app.
            For example, On snapdeal app there was a separate head light and a piece which was electric key lock.
            But what i got is a big head light in which already key switch was attached.
            Means that what i saw in the product picture and what i got are different.

            Even my snapdeal app doesn't showing any updates.
            Today at early morning 3:21am i got a message from snapdeal that this product will be delivered today.

            Got the update on snapdeal app for delivery of this same item but in my orders didn't showing nothing order placed or any shipping update or any kind of replacement.
            Nither i received any message regarding courier service details.

            Snapdeal customer service contact but just gave silly reasons..
            That any other person of my home using their account on my phone have returned some items so they can't help be beside having a fresh account.
            And they said that the update for delivery which today i got for item delivery was due to their technical issues.

              I had bought NIKE branded jacket and the same was delivered to me on 24DEC2018. As i was travelling could not check the product. on 4th jan 2019 i made a complain to snapdeal to refund the amount by collecting the product as the product turned out to be Fake NIKE brand. All the logo stickers were pasted on the jacket unlike pre printed if its original product. Same can be seen in the attached file. But snapdeal rejected to refund mentioning i was supposed to inform them with in 7 days.

                I have ordered a timex watch from snapdeal and it's completely fake. I double checked with the timex showroom. As there is no way to contact snapdeal representative. I don't know what to do. Fraud website that sells fake products to their customers. Even you can't provide original product then don't list it. Not even replying to email and no customer care executive number..
                I will file a case against these guys for fraud and selling fake products

                        Hi team,

                        I order a casio edific watch from snapdeal and they delivered a cheap looking duplicate product to me. I requested for return, they have taken the watch and later i received a mail stating that "its different from what we have delivered due to which, we are unable to process your refund/replacement".

                        Snapdeal is really cheating their customer like this. Strict action should be taken on snapdeal for this. Its hard earned money for everyone and they should respect that.

                            I have ordered a fitness watch from snap deal, when i received the product it was damaged so i send a replacement request to the company but by mistakenly i canceled the replacement product so i tried again to replace it but they are not replacing it. They are telling that the replacement request is closed. Now i have an damaged watch and it is of no any use and the replacement request is send on the day of delivery on the moment i saw the damaged watch. But they are not helping me and there automated customer service care is of no use.

                                    What the hell was the use of the snap deal. They are always cheating the customers. I have ordered earphones on last month. They gave me estimated delivery time as 5 jan2019. I've been waited for that order yesterday. But no response for my order and they changed the delivery status as delivered in the site.                                       Recently i bought iphone 4s 16gb with one year manufacturing warranty subh enterprise - delhi of snapdeal.com with prepaid order but i got iphone 4s 8gb with expired warranty when i contact to snapdeal they are ready to help me and ask me to get written confirmation from apple. But when contacted to apple they told snapdeal is not authorised dealer. They have not even checked the product which they mention in buyer protection policy but rather they are not responsive and the snapdeal customer care call is not ready to listen the problem and disconnected the call.

                                      I have already forwarded snapdeal all the relevant documents which clearly shows that I got a refurbished Iphone without warranty but still they send me same message again and again. Only I have received automated reply after complaining here. There is no such helpline no. to contact snapdeal.com and now they don’t even reply to my mail. They don’t even provide me dealer details so i can contact Apple for issue. But nobody cares in Snapdeal after prepaid orders. After such experience I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from snapdeal. They don’t have authorised dealer to sell Phones ( Confirmed from Apple India helpline no. [protected] )

                                      It is more than 10 days but yet nobody is responding from snapdeal such pathetic company nobody cares about customer. according to trustpay policy of snapdeal say they return/refund in 7 days but its more than 10 days buy nobody care about customer and courage to contact customer for problem. They don’t reply to my mails and not even have customer helpline. They will never provide you dealer details because their sellers are not authorised to sell product ( Apple ). Never buy from snapdeal if you want authentic product. Snapdeal is a biggest fraud company with fake policies. It should’ve be banned.

                                        I ordered a suit from snapdeal on 21st dec 2018 & received it on 3rd jan 2019, i didn't like the product as cloth material was not upto mark & so i raised a return request itself on 3rd jan 2019 at 3.50 pm. The app shows the return request will be reviewed by 24hours but now its 2 days no change in the status. Please kindly solve the issue asap.
