I have placed a order for Tommy Hilfiger Black Wallet in Snapdeal ID: [protected] on 8th Jan'2019. I got a message and mail which says that product has been delivered successfully on 13th Jan'2019. I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and raised a request at snapdeal portal. The Snapdeal has acknowledged that issue would be resolved within 48 hours, but no reply whether the issue courier service or not. I have sent multiple emails and raised many requests thorough snapdeal portal. Please call me on [protected] to handle this.

    I ordered a fastrack speed time nb3039sm02 blue analog watch few weeks back.

    But i watch which i received was black.
    I meant the interior of the wrist watch is black, but on the snapdeal.com site it showed "blue"..

    Not only that, the item i received was too bad. It seemed like someone has already used it before me & the quality of that was also not upto the expectations.

    I returned the item and requested for refund.
    After waiting for nearly 2 weeks the refund was cancelled & it shows oj the snapdeal app that "your item will be sent back to you."

    Kindly refund my money.
    I don't want your fastrack watch because the one i received is very bad of quality.

        I had ordered a fossil watch which was delivered on january 14, 2019.

        To my surprise it was just a empty box with no watch in it!

        Is this some kind of a joke?

        I tried reaching customer care. However it seems there is no way i can talk to them.

        I need a refund with an apology for such bad service. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and this turns out to be nothing.

            I have ordered nike uk 8 size on snapdeal but they have sent uk 7.5 so i've raised replacement in which they have sent uk 8.5 as replacement. I have purchased fasttrack watches from snapdeal. I have placed this order on 07jan. 2019 & the product has been delivered on 11 jan. 2019. My order i. D is [protected]
                  The product has delivered different model of fastrack. So i want to return / refunds my order
                  I returned requested on snapdeal app on 11 jan 2019.
                  There is no response form snapdeal. I waited more than 3 days from return requested. So i requested to you sir please refund my money back immediately.
                  I had never such issue with any other e-commerce companies. If this is the kind of business snapdeal does, it’s better to shut shop and beg for money.

                    I happened to see a product vivo y95 in snapdeal app at an unbelievable price of just ₹5000 however i placed an order for it and got a confirmational email and message saying that the order was successfully placed. Next day i got another message saying that the seller could not fulfill it and the order was auto cancelled. I feel cheated by this fraudulent activity.

                                Respected sir/ madam,

                                Received the delivery from snapdeal owned and managed by jasper infotech private limited on 11th jan 2019 against the order for samsung clt c406s, y406s, m406s, k406s 4 toners for samsung xpress c460w printer ordered on 5th jan 2019 with order no [protected]. Immediately on the same day evening after coming home from office realised the damage and non-compatibility and initiated the return process on 11th jan 2019 night itself. However the same was closed by snapdeal stating samsung need to confirm in written that its fake or duplicate. My concerns are:
                                1. Snapdeal and its vendor packaging the toner was not good due to which toner powders were spilled inside packs when opened the parcel & packs on 11th jan 2019.
                                2. The toner seem to have incompatible chips which i got to know when i installed the toners even though it was damaged in my home samsung c460w printer it was displaying the error "non-compatible toner". That itself is clear indication that the toners are not original! Because samsung printers gives that error only when wrong chip toner gets installed in it and if samsung or its authorised manufacturers manufactured it, non-compatibility error wouldn't have come up. No need of extra verification.
                                3. Why shouldn't i as customer sue jasper infotech private limited owning the snapdeal portal issuing wrong and damaged products for cheating the customer under ipc sec 420 and for wrong trade practices? Seeking refund of my money and also mental harassment getting caused due to snapdeal and jasperinfotech's wrong trade practices and wrong customer interaction behaviours.
                                4. I don't think snapdeal anyway would initiate return process since its closed the request automatically without giving a chance to hear from customer, hence need help to get this product returned & my money inr10, 056/- refunded to me at the earliest.
                                5. Amount mentioned in the invoice is overall amount where as i got a discount of inr250 for using bhim upi.

                                After initiating the consumer complaints and further steps, Snapdeal realised the damage which would happen beyond the cost of refund and took back the product and refunded the amount on 30th Jan 2019.

                                  I have order samsung level u earphones in snapdeal they have delivered a fake product then i requested for return and refund they had taken my courier back and they are not updating it in my orders page and not refunding my money.
                                  Even my snapdeal customer executive is not responding for my request.

                                  Kindly take action on snapdeal and make them to refund my money.

                                    Placed order with snapdeal for curtains. Order no [protected] sub order id [protected]. Received part order on 4th jan. Since i recd part order i applied for replacement. They picked up my order for replacement but neither replaced it nor gave me refund. Total cash paid rs.1459/- on 4th jan.                                     Issue still remains unresolved. Pick up already done on 7th January, still sending courier boys for pick up again and again. Rs 722 still not refunded to my account against order [protected]. Total amount paid Rs. 1459/- out of which Rs 737 is refunded Immediate refund of Rs 722 required. No further excuses or extended time period will be entertained

                                      This is harenath kumar singh. I am registered user of snapdeal. On snapdeal my user name is : harenath, registered mobile no. Is [protected] & registered email id is : [protected]@gmail.com. I have purchased indulekha hair oil from snapdeal. I have placedthis order on 02 jan. 2019 & the product has been delivered on 11 jan. 2019. My order i. D is [protected]. Earlier i was a regular user of indulekha hair oil. I have used this oil from year 2010 to year-2016 regularly by purchasing the product from shop. When i received the product and opened the bottle, its smell and colour was different from the original. Then, i went to market & purchased a indulekha hair oil. Now, i compared the two indulekha hair oil (Received from snapdeal & purchased from market). I found that the indulekha hair oil from snapdeal is fake.
                                      Hereby, i request to send this indulekha hair oil to laboratory and punish the culprit.
                                      This is an extremely awful experience with snapdeal. I had never such issue with any other e-commerce companies. If this is the kind of business snapdeal does, it’s better to shut shop and beg for money.
