    What the hell was the use of the snap deal. They are always cheating the customers. I have ordered earphones on last month. They gave me estimated delivery time as 5 jan2019. I've been waited for that order yesterday. But no response for my order and they changed the delivery status as delivered in the site. I've shocked seeing that. Without delivery they cheating on us.       Recently i bought iphone 4s 16gb with one year manufacturing warranty subh enterprise - delhi of snapdeal.com with prepaid order but i got iphone 4s 8gb with expired warranty when i contact to snapdeal they are ready to help me and ask me to get written confirmation from apple. But when contacted to apple they told snapdeal is not authorised dealer. They have not even checked the product which they mention in buyer protection policy but rather they are not responsive and the snapdeal customer care call is not ready to listen the problem and disconnected the call.

      I have already forwarded snapdeal all the relevant documents which clearly shows that I got a refurbished Iphone without warranty but still they send me same message again and again. Only I have received automated reply after complaining here. There is no such helpline no. to contact snapdeal.com and now they don’t even reply to my mail. They don’t even provide me dealer details so i can contact Apple for issue. But nobody cares in Snapdeal after prepaid orders. After such experience I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from snapdeal. They don’t have authorised dealer to sell Phones ( Confirmed from Apple India helpline no. [protected] )

      It is more than 10 days but yet nobody is responding from snapdeal such pathetic company nobody cares about customer. according to trustpay policy of snapdeal say they return/refund in 7 days but its more than 10 days buy nobody care about customer and courage to contact customer for problem. They don’t reply to my mails and not even have customer helpline. They will never provide you dealer details because their sellers are not authorised to sell product ( Apple ). Never buy from snapdeal if you want authentic product. Snapdeal is a biggest fraud company with fake policies. It should’ve be banned.

        I ordered a suit from snapdeal on 21st dec 2018 & received it on 3rd jan 2019, i didn't like the product as cloth material was not upto mark & so i raised a return request itself on 3rd jan 2019 at 3.50 pm. The app shows the return request will be reviewed by 24hours but now its 2 days no change in the status. Please kindly solve the issue asap.

          I have placed order on 20th dec 2018 & have recived product on 2nd jan 2029. I have raised a return request with snapdeal as a part of the product is missing. But no pickup is done for the last 2days. As the app shows courier service was out for pickup on 4th jan 2019 but i did not receive any call from the courier and the same thing happened today ie 5th jan 2019.

                I have been trying to reach Snapdeal for a year now.. but they still have not refunded me an amount of Rs.683 /- which I had to pay it 1 products which their courier partner collect the product but my cash not refunded.

                    I had ordered for samsung mlt d111s black order.

                    On 03.01.2019 i received following messages -

                    “order update your order for samsung mlt d 111s black will be delivered today. Amount to be paid is rs.1139. Track your order at snpdl.in/jqdqof9az.”

                    I was not at home. My school going son was at home. While going to office, i had given him rs.1140/- and instructed to collect the parcel if anybody is coming from snap-deal. At 3.30 p. M. One delivery boy came and small packet given to him and collected rs.1140/-. When i came from office, i noticed that one small parcel was given to him, which might have contained small water bottle and not samsung mlt d 111s black toner. I have not yet opened the parcel. Please advise me what to do.

The moment I opened the package, I could see the main item brand box pack was stuck using Snapdeal tape, which meant box is not brand new.                                 I am a seller on snapdeal. I sold many products on snapdeal. But, did not get any payment from snapdeal. No response from them. Snapdeal did not only fooling the buyers, also they are fooling the sellers as well. I get a so much loss of money and my hard work to deliver products to buyers. Snapdeal gets a wonderful commission 4 lakhes ruppes from me. But, i did not get anything else i get a huge loss. I have many time support snapdeal team but they not say anything else please help me.                                   I have placed order on 4th dec 2018, m3 band watch and till now i have not recived product from the snapdeal. I have raised a query with snapdeal but not receved any response from 20 days and when we try to connect customer care it will not reach to them. And i paid amount through net banking and in order status it is mentioned the previous seller is not able to fulfill the product and hence new order is placed on 12the dec 2018 but we donot see any details of it nor we can track it. Could you please investigate thoroughly and help us to get the product or money back to our account.

                                    I just ordered a couple of items 2 days ago and got your notification that it has been shipped.
                                    Today i tried to log in to order something else and got this message "your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons"
                                    Are you guys for real, and is this how you conduct business?
                                    Fortunately i have ordered it for cash on delivery and today i read other customers complaining of a similar situation and not being able to return poor quality and unsatisfactory products. I will not accept your products unless the courier gives me open delivery.
                                    Unless you improve your business practices and attitude i don't see much future for your business here.

                                      I have bought adidas yezzy boost white running shoes on december 23 & delivered on december 27, 2018. The suborder id is 52997652 the shoes was found to be duplicate & damge when i was reported this issue to snapdeal in return the close the return facility now they haven’t contacted me for the same so i kindly request to take strict action against them.

                                        I placed order from snapdeal trusting every word mentioned in snapdeal website. According to the snapdeal policy i can return the product within 7 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product. I raised return request hours after receiving the item and still snapdeal rejected the request. Snapdeal has clearly mentioned that there is "7 day easy return policy" on the product page of 2 items and also mentioned 100% trust pay for 2 other items.

                                        For item 1 - completely different item received = rs.392

                                        For item 2 - i received product but it does not satisfy me or serve my purpose, so i requested for a replacment. What's wrong in it? = rs.508

                                        For item 3 - out of 2 number, 1 number item missing = rs.276

                                        For item 3 - website description and photos mention that there will be 2 numbers. But inside the packet there is only 1. For another item - completely different item received = rs.778

                                        I requested return/eplacement for the items on the same day of receiving items. But snapdeal has rejected my request with an automated email which has no content or reason mentioned about why the return request is rejected.

                                        Snapdeal rejected return request for all 4 products that was delivered to me. The worst part is that the reason mentioned by snapdeal in the rejection mail is exactly the same for all 4 products.

                                        Also there is no numbers to get in touch with snapdeal or with their customer care. Only means of communication is via email and they keep sending automated response rejecting the return request. And finally after the return request is rejected, there is no reply to emails as well.

                                        I tried my best contacting the grievance team of snapdeal as well, but no response from their side as well.

                                        Kindly do the needful to help items get returned.

                                        I will inform that i have ordered a product . The product name is
                                        hanumex omni flash diffuser for nikkoncamera but i have not found what m i want . Thats why i will return it. But my product is not returnded till now .
