Today i got puma full length socks delivered by snapdeal which was paid in cash. Once i opened the product, i was surprised to see baby socks for 2 year child. When i went to their site to return the socks, it said there is no return policy for this. The snapdeal company is cheating customers through its site - what is shown on the site is not being delivered.

    Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number.

      I ordered the above said Aveeno Body Lotion 1.3 ml. But i received Aveeno Body Lotion 532 ML. I sent an email to your customer care @ [protected]@snapdeal.com. However i did not receive the order what i ordered. Kindly send 1.3 ML Bottle or send another 532 ML Bottle or collect the bottle which you sent tot me and refund the money. If not i will be taking the further action.

        I had bought 3 pairs of shoes from snapdeal. Among the 3 pairs one i had kept and 2 others were to be returned. I had requested a return of the 2 pairs of shoes.
        No pickup agents came home or even called, snapdeal had sent me messages saying they will reach by certain date and also sent me the phone numbers of the pickup person. No on came by the date and i even tried calling them directly many times but no response.
        I then emailed snapdeal help desk, they promptly replied first and ensured it will happen and gave another date, now that date also has passed and still no pickup person has come or called me.
        I sent email back to the help desk and now they have stopped responding. How bad is this? Please help.

          I have received a postal delivery of which it is said that i have won 10 lakh rupees in a lucky draw contest held by snapdeal and there is a coupon code given in the post.. And a mobile no. Is given for that to redeem that coupon. It is also asked to provide my bank account details, pan card details... I was very much frustated by that post for making the fraud calls...

              I ordered jordan ultra-boost dry-fit with size l and black colour on 30 december 2018 for rs. 452. I cancelled my order on the same day and website started showing that refund has been initiated. I have mailed them my problem and has also talked to their customer support but no action has been taken on the matter. It has been 20 days now and there is no money transferred to my account. I want you to please take look into the matter and help me to get my money back. It will be really helpful.

                I bought a combo pack of 1 lakme eyeconic kajal 2 loreal kajal 2 Maybelline colossal kajal and 2 Maybelline babylips lipstick.. All the products were duplicate or fakes with no quality at all.. Please take the product back and refund my money.. I opted cash on delivery and I have Paid rs 330.

                    I ordered ink from snapdeal for my one year old canon g3000. After i refilled with snapdeal delivered ink my printer stopped working. I called canon engineer, they came and tested the ink. Told that it's a duplicate ink.
                    I purchased ink after reading the product description on snapdeal site they mentioned that all are original products but that's really not.
                    Now my printer got damaged and repair costing same as new one. It's really pathetic after one year no warranty given by canon and my 15, 000/- product got damaged by fake products delivered by snapdeal!

                          On 9th january i order sonata watch from my snapdeal account and paid through card. After 5 minutes i recognised that my delivery address was wrong. So i cancelled my order quickly.
                          Snapdeal said that they will refund my money to original payment mode in next 7 to 10 days.

                          Today is 11th day. On app they are showing that refund initiated. But still i didn't get my money to my account. When i try to call costumer care. A computer talks with me. They could not even connect me with their costumer care executive.

                          And that set computer is telling that their is no order found related to your phone number. How is this possible?
                          Snapdeal please tell me when i am going to receive my money?

                                I had mentioned my address properly and still they haven't delivered my item(earphone) until now.snap deal order number [protected]. I guess bluedart couriers are cheating.Without attempting delivery, they are sending alerts of non-delivery.Even pin code is properly given.As its my apartment address it's easy to locate it.

                                  Hi everyone,

                                  I requested a shoe replacement on snapdeal on 8th jan 2018. Since 10th jan i was receiving the message that pickup will be done today with "xpressbees", courier guy contact me and said my address is out of there service boundaries. I reported to snapdeal and they gave me the generic template reply that it will be picked up and since then my pickup was getting failed daily. I contact the courier guy and went to there place personally to drop my package (As he was not ready to pick up from my address), and after receiving the parcel he said he will update it. Its been 4 days now, neither he has updated nor snapdeal is replying on this issue. My money 2015/- is stuck with snapdeal.

                                    On 4th jan 2019 have booked digi smart tv 32 inches from snapdeal. Received a non working tv on 9th jan2019. Same day i booked for return and refund. Inspite of so many mails nothing is happening. One person from [protected] calls on behalf of the snapdeals, which turned be a fake person. I am still waiting for snapdeal to return the product. I suggest never buy products from snapdeal anymore.
