I purchase a fossil watch from snapdeal and they send me a fake or duplicate watch of fossil brand, watch leaving its color and its second hand also moving up and down. Please help me for refund my amount of 3124/- i will never trust again on snapdeal and never purchase from snapdeal. Watch model no. Also not matching with product. I also email snapdeal for this problem.

    I received a letter and two lucky coupons in the name of snapdeal via post regarding that i won i lakh rupees along with 10 lakh from scratch and win. When i called the helpline number provided in the coupon, they asked me to send account number along with ifsc code and account holder name. Is this genuine or fake? Kindly respond.           I ordered a earphone on 22december 2018 but i didn't get the product delivered to my house for more than two weeks after that i cancelled the order and refund was initiated but didn't credited into my account and it says that it normally takes 10 -14 days but it's more than that. If continued will file a complaint against snapdeal in consumer court.

            I have ordered ahead strong original m2 waterproof heart monitoring fitness bands but it was third class and cheap and not at all working.
            As i have ordered 3 pieces together i have not got the refund of 3rd piece.
            In that piece there were missing parts of the watch and not working too.
            I have requested for refund and i recommend not to use snapdeal app.

                I'm Radhika, residing from Kerala.

                Earlier last week, I have received a letter from "Snap Deal", stating that i have received a prize money worth 10, 00, 000/- for an online purchase, (which am not sure when).
                They claimed to pay 1% (as company share) and 3% as (IRT TAX) for thr total prize money.
                Unknowingly I have paid 22000/-, then i came to know from one of my friend that its being faked. Again they are insisting to pay the rest of 22000/-.
                Can you let me know if this genuine? Or they are using your company name for such purpose. I hope you to take some necessary action against this.

                  I ordered two m3 smart band one by one. I paid two product amout while cash on delivery, but received only one product (M3 smart band). The delivery boy told the another product will be received within 2 days, but still i didn't get the product after completed of two weeks.                       I didnt recive wt i ordered. The product is so cheap. I am not able to replace or return the product. Very bad managment. The product i have recieved is not worth a penny.                         I have purchased 2 product on 16th & 18th january 2019 from snapdeal. Product quality was very poor and not worthy so i raised return request on the same day, then till today (24th january 2019) nobody come to pickup the product, and i called up on snapdeal customer care number but that was electronic reply not helpful for me, then i did email this issue but even now not getting positive response from snapdeal.
                        I'm feeling cheated from snapdeal.

                              I have ordered a lastking snap back cap and they said its an imported item so it tooked me almost a month for the item to reach and when i reached they told me to come and get it from the post office and then when i went and get the order i was very upset and this is the very first time they lied to me with a completely different products which is very cheap and that too they debit my money from my card for 731 rupees and what i get does not satisfied me at all and i got angry so i want a refund for that and also would like to cancel the upcoming order as well which is a adidas bag and the earphone and if you don't do anything about this i will let bbb know about what i have experience and will sue your company or your courier service i don't know who ever did that will be responsible and i am saying it straight forward i tried calling that helpline no i doesn't help me at all actually i wanna talk to someone who represents snap deal on the phone live but the robot voice machine only gave me option if i want this press that key and when i am done doing everything they told me to enter my order id and i did entered the correct 🆔 many times but the voice machine it's verifying it incorrectly without a 6 i did entered a 6 as well and here are the id for all my order for the last king cap is [protected]

                                I have returned defect item bluetooth sunglasses, order ID[protected] for replacement on 14 dec 18. I don't get any update this regard. I have requested many times through e mail for replacement item or refund which is possible.
                                But in vain. No customer executive contact to complain this regard..
                                Worst experience with snapdeal.. plz take action immediately.. otherwise permenantly i close my dealing with snapdeal. And i take legal action against snapdeal...

                                  Snapdeal delivered damaged casio watch without waranty card (Which mentioned in product details), when i request for replace/return then they denied as saying your return ratio is very high so, i cant replace/return your dammged product. I return every product due to bad quality and not provided waranty card (Snapdeal selling duplicate of casio, so they can't provide waranty card and its totally fraud with customer as well with casio). Write more then 20 email with cc company ceo (Kunal bahal), more then 10 on twitter and always i got same replied as not possible replace/return. I warned, if you will not replace/return then i will go consumer form and they told what ever you want you can but final is we cant replace/return. And finally i am writting here with hope.

                                  Today, I received reply and snapdeal saying "we replied with best resolve". I got call from snapdeal before 4 days and told same "replace/return not possible". I want what ever snapdeal want to say, tell here transparently . just reply what i asked to write. Today, I connected with casio and he found watch is duplicate item. they suggest me to help in all way to go ahead with complain.

                                    Today i got puma full length socks delivered by snapdeal which was paid in cash. Once i opened the product, i was surprised to see baby socks for 2 year child. When i went to their site to return the socks, it said there is no return policy for this. The snapdeal company is cheating customers through its site - what is shown on the site is not being delivered.

                                        I ordered the above said Aveeno Body Lotion 1.3 ml. But i received Aveeno Body Lotion 532 ML. I sent an email to your customer care @ [protected]@snapdeal.com. However i did not receive the order what i ordered. Kindly send 1.3 ML Bottle or send another 532 ML Bottle or collect the bottle which you sent tot me and refund the money. If not i will be taking the further action.
