I have bought the Boat Headset 225 from snapdeal on 22october 2018. Recently i have got some issue with headset then i have sent the product Boat Company (Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd) for replacement. I have got a reply to mail saying that what i have bought is turned out to be a fake product and cant be replaced under warranty. I have got the product with original packing box of boats and warranty card. Boat company further alleged that snapdeal sold a fake product to me. This is indirectly encouraging fake products to be sold in the market with their brand. I need refund of money or new original unit from snapdeal and proper action to be taken against them as this comes under cheating and fraud

    I am passionate about watch and snapdeal shows some extremely cheap offers on authentic watches. But please do read the name description of the watch, they don't mention the brand name that the picture displays. They name like 'shock proof men watches' and sell display fake gshock/fossil watches.
    To name a few vendors due to which i also was fooled once,
    Wathes store
    Just on time

    They sell absolutely fake products and snapdeal is advertising them on social media! Why is law silent on this? I am gonna file a case against these vendors and snapdeal as well to endorse fake products.

    This is to aware you all, snapdeal endorses fake products. Stay out of this site.

    Please stop promoting fake products. I bought a product but I realized its a fake product that vendors are selling in name of GShock!
    Why your team is not taking action against these vendors?

    Why should I mail your customer support? Its visible to public that your organization sells fake products.

        I order 2 products from snapdeal but it's gets defective and trying to contact via call or email but still it's not available or they never respond on email as well and there calling service through also i'm trying to contact with him but still this is also not available.

          I purchase a fossil watch from snapdeal and they send me a fake or duplicate watch of fossil brand, watch leaving its color and its second hand also moving up and down.             I received a letter and two lucky coupons in the name of snapdeal via post regarding that i won i lakh rupees along with 10 lakh from scratch and win.                   I ordered a earphone on 22december 2018 but i didn't get the product delivered to my house for more than two weeks after that i cancelled the order and refund was initiated but didn't credited into my account and it says that it normally takes 10 -14 days but it's more than that.                         I'm Radhika, residing from Kerala.

                        Earlier last week, I have received a letter from "Snap Deal", stating that i have received a prize money worth 10, 00, 000/- for an online purchase, (which am not sure when).
                        They claimed to pay 1% (as company share) and 3% as (IRT TAX) for thr total prize money.
                        Unknowingly I have paid 22000/-, then i came to know from one of my friend that its being faked. Again they are insisting to pay the rest of 22000/-.
                        Can you let me know if this genuine? Or they are using your company name for such purpose. I hope you to take some necessary action against this.

                                I have purchased 2 product on 16th & 18th january 2019 from snapdeal. Product quality was very poor and not worthy so i raised return request on the same day, then till today (24th january 2019) nobody come to pickup the product, and i called up on snapdeal customer care number but that was electronic reply not helpful for me, then i did email this issue but even now not getting positive response from snapdeal.
                                I'm feeling cheated from snapdeal.

                                      I have ordered a lastking snap back cap and they said its an imported item so it tooked me almost a month for the item to reach and when i reached they told me to come and get it from the post office and then when i went and get the order i was very upset and this is the very first time they lied to me with a completely different products which is very cheap and that too they debit my money from my card for 731 rupees and what i get does not satisfied me at all and i got angry so i want a refund for that and also would like to cancel the upcoming order as well which is a adidas bag and the earphone and if you don't do anything about this i will let bbb know about what i have experience and will sue your company or your courier service i don't know who ever did that will be responsible and i am saying it straight forward i tried calling that helpline no i doesn't help me at all actually i wanna talk to someone who represents snap deal on the phone live but the robot voice machine only gave me option if i want this press that key and when i am done doing everything they told me to enter my order id and i did entered the correct 🆔 many times but the voice machine it's verifying it incorrectly without a 6 i did entered a 6 as well and here are the id for all my order for the last king cap is [protected]

                                        I have returned defect item bluetooth sunglasses, order ID[protected] for replacement on 14 dec 18. I don't get any update this regard. I have requested many times through e mail for replacement item or refund which is possible.
                                        But in vain. No customer executive contact to complain this regard..
                                        Worst experience with snapdeal.. plz take action immediately.. otherwise permenantly i close my dealing with snapdeal. And i take legal action against snapdeal...
