The above COD order came in two packages delivered at the quick pod locker. To open the locker using OTP you need to make the payment using a link. On submitting an OTP at the quick pod locker, i received only a single package and not the above order. Snapdeal customer care does not allow you to have any sort of communication with the CC agent/executive or a supervisor. When mailed snapdeal several times, i received only one response - it shows that the package is delivered! no further follow up.. no response to mails etc.

    Order# [protected]

    Ordered 128gb sandisk pendrive from snapdeal. Received item on the 29th dec 2018. Product worth rs.2149.

    Checked with sandisk to register for warranty. But later understood that this product is counterfeit and barcode numbers do not match with product numbers at san disk website.

    I requested return for the same on the same day within 2 hours of receiving item. But snapdeal has rejected my request with an automated email which has no content or reason mentioned about why the return request is rejected.

    The product is found to be a counterfeit sandisk as it's barcode model number scdz430-128g-i35 does not match with product numbers in the "www.sandisk.com" website.

    And according to the snapdeal policy i can return the product within 7 days if i am not satisfied by the quality of product. I raised return request 2 hours after receiving the item and still snapdeal rejected the request.

    Also there is no numbers to get in touch with snapdeal or with their customer care. Only means of communication is via email and they keep sending automated response rejecting the return request.

      I have ordered a omron 7120 automatic bp monitor from snapdeal @ ₹ 1676/-, order id: [protected].
      But unfortunately i have recieved a different bp monitor: dr morepen bp 02 bp monitor, and also contact to the seller and the seller said that we have both monitor (Mentioned above) in stock & even the seller is ready to help me but because it is not in his hand to provide the refund or arranging the pickup he can't do anything.

      But when asked to snapdeal they close my return request mentioning on email that we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, but we can't provide the refund as some transactions in your account don't pass our internal checks.
      So it is just a way to cheat the customers and take there money, i even said to call me but as no call came i have the only way left is a consumer complaint.

      So, please help me by providing the refund amount ₹ 1676/-.

            Hello sir, sir maine ek order kiya tha xiomi phone computable mi band 3 watch but jab ye product mujhe mila to wo m2 band tha jo mujhe achha nahi laga aur finally mai m2 band use kar chuka hoon, ab jab usko return kiya to mujhe koi update nahi mila only ek hi message aata hai {we are working on your request} sir jab return nahi karna hai to fake product kyu dete ho agar aukaat nahi hai to band kar do na apni sadi hui dukaan.

            Apna feedback kharab mat kijiye aur ye apna product le lijiye aapke hi kaam aayega mera refund kar dijiye.

                I had ordered a kitchen weighing machine which when opened was broken.it was collected back by the representative. However I have still not received any replacement or the refund just getting this reply after contacting customer care

                      In the website, snap deal says that they will refund the money within 2 hours of picking up the item!! I receive a message saying i will get a refund in 1 - 3 days!! When i check the online status it says, the refund will be given on[protected]. It has already been more than 24 hours and there is no update from them yet!! I don't on which update i need to rely on!!

                      When i send them an email, there is an automated email i get from them stating that they hear me!!

                      Mr. Kunal, you are really running one of the worse ever e-com!! You better get to learn from flipkart!! They are always on time and they never delay their promises!!

                        Snapdeal is a company of #. They should keep the note of this and paste on their desk.

                        Now, the matter is, i placed an order id: [protected] but no one has come to my office to deliver the package. Courier company named vulcan, the # company with tracking id awb number: jvlsd[protected] is falsely showing delivery attempt and even falsely showing delivered status, after crossing your committed time, you are failed to deliver your product within prescribed time. Why you are falsely mentioning that "delivery attempt" and "delivered status" as of now i. E. 01/01/2019

                        Delivery company vulcan and snapdeal both are # customers. Do not ever buy products from snapdeal the # online site.

                        I will escalate the issue to consumer court and social media too.

                          Our staff by mistake print the manifest but our product is not ready for shipment, and i don't find any seller support number to talk to someone regarding this issue. I am not getting the option to reschedule on app nor on site.
                          Can you please explain how we can reschedule the pickup for our order. Or is there any way to contact to you any helpline no for the seller.

                              I had ordered a women's watch (Orion 2455sm01 analog women's watch) on snapdeal.com on 17 december 2018 with order id: order id: [protected], which was delivered on 20 december 2018. The product, which was supposed to be gifted, was of very bad quality and i subsequently applied for return (And refund), which was accepted by snapdeal. The product was picked up from my residence on 22 december 2018 and refund was initiated on 22 december 2018. I have not received refund as of today (31 dec) while the website claims refunds are credited to the account within 2 hours of initiation (For cod orders). I tried calling on their helpline ([protected]), but there is no option provided to speak with a customer service rep (Ivrs prompted that refund was issued).

                              I then wrote at [protected]@snapdeal.com following which i received a text message indicating that neft details were incorrect and had to be provided again at the same email id. I did so promptly (Within a few hours) but since then i've been getting emails every alternate day stating that they were unable to contact me or that the issue would be resolved soon. Some of my emails are copied to mr. Kunal bahl (One of snapdeal's co-founders) but nothing has happened so far.

                              Most of the links on the order page are broken. For e. G. If i want to change neft details on snapdeal's website i always get an 'internal server error'. Even prompts on helpcenter page are broken/not working. On top of it there is no consumer helpline where one can explain an issue or hear regarding resolution of an issue.

                              In my last email (Sent today on 31 dec 2018) i have suggested that snapdeal credits my account with sdcash in case neft is proving to be rocket science.

                              Never have i experienced something like this with any e-commerce platform - it seems that either snapdeal does not know the basics of customer service or they are in shutdown mode (Everything be damned)!

                              I hope they have the basic courtesy of resolving my issue concerning a simple (Accepted, confirmed, legitimate and expected) refund.

Going forward it will be good if their CRM is more responsive along with a stable web/app interface and a phone based customer service platform (IVRS+telecalling executives) - other popular e-commerce portals are much better equipped to handle customer queries and grievances with super swift turnaround times.

                                  This is to let you that i have faced an issue with the return of the item. The item code is [protected]. I trusted snapdeal as one of my friend told me that it is a reliable website for ecom. Never in my dreams that i dreamt that it would be so pathetic. How is it that you don't update the pickup tracker time to time? Do you even do the quality check of the product even before you ship the goods? Do you even think that this is a draw back when the customer gets a faulty product?

                                  Mr. Kunal, i do not really want to share this but, flipkart has been the best ecom partners for life. They have touched many people's hearts by serving them right! Please do learn it from them!
