I recieved a nike shoes which is fraud fake duplicate after seeing all these i place a return request after sucessful apply for return request when the return pickup is out for delievery no body contact me and without any information they rescheduled the pickup and i am shicked why this happen nothing is written and no body is tgere for my help help me sir/mam help me these company are providing so bad attitude toward customer and we people have nothing to do because we are from low middle class family please sir my shoe cost is 2000 and i want my money back as well as refund sir i am requesting you please help me

    Ref to order id[protected] 06-12-18 regarding purchase of cellrise capsule blue tooth. After using the product it was found that battery time covered only 10 to 15 minutes instead of 4 hours claimed by company. Please go through the same and replace it at the earliest. Battery backup of this product almost nil. Requested to replace or refund my money.

    Very ashamed to tell such a big banner did this to me. I ordered a Lacoste blue glass goggle for 899 INR and what I recieved Is a silver glass poorest quality (may be a 100 INR road side one) Lacoste completely local goggle warped in polythene and packed in a Rayban case. I hope you are closing soon. I want my money to be refunded. Merry Christmas

      My self booked this item in last dec 2018 after delivery i found that product is very poor quality after many time complan they have not pick up the item return after long they send me mail that please send shipment return by self we will paid the courier charge to through neft.

      After passing long time they have still not refund the money.

      His cs no is not connected the call to a cs executive naver???

          The rado watch which i bought for my dad is fake plss do check it n replace it n give original one for the same price n i don't have that snapdeal packing too but please do check the product of rado n pls exchange if it is fake as fast as possible do the necessary waiting for the reply..             Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX7315 for a purchase worth Rs949.0 on POS [protected] at JASPER INFOTECH PVT LT txn#[protected].
            I also tried calling the customer care, but it's completely automated and very few options, what's the point if we cannot actually get proper service from people and we got it from machines, please look into it and faq says it will be refunded instantly but I found no message of credit, it seems like a scan to give offer over debit/credit cards and showing a false gateway to earn money and place no order, please fix this .

              Hi,
              I am writing this to inform you that I am registered as seller on Snapdeal.com since June- July 2018 and writing this to lodge a complaint against Snapdeal for doing fraud and not providing correct resolution over genuine cases and making unnecessary deduction and not releasing payment which is unethical practice of doing business.
              First Case (Query no.[protected]: I generate manifest SM[protected] on 28 Oct, 2018 which was supposed to be picked up on 29 Oct, 2018 but courier person picked up only one manifest that was manifested on same date 28 Oct, 2018 due to biker space issue. As per policy I raised dispute on same day before 11: 59 pm and the have to reschedule the pick up on next day but they didn't arrange pick up for next 3 days and marked all 30 orders in this manifest cancelled on 1st Nov, 2019 at 4:34 pm due to pick up not handover before courier person arrive to pick up shipments to pick up another manifest generated on 29 Oct, 2019( even this was picked up on 1st Nov i.e. 3rd day after manifestation which proves that no pick up schedule on 30 and 31st Oct). As per policy they have to arrange pick up in next 48 hours after raising pick up dispute but no pick up was aligned and cancel all 30 shipments and deduct amount to my account which is very unethical. They always ask seller to follow seller policy even Snapdeal team is not following their own seller policy.
              Second Case (Query no.[protected]: As per policy, I raised this query as I have not received my RTO Shipment after 75 days from date of shipping. Snapdeal team replied with fake electronic POD from Blue dart with someone signature . I have denied this is not my signature and even shipment was not delivered to me. Even they are not validating my signature with all previous POD but they are trying me to forcefully accept the signature.
              For both genuine case, they have not credited the deduction made to me till date.

              These type of practices are not the professional way of doing business. Kindly take suitable action against them so that they never make any fraud with any seller.

                        I Imdad Bari Marbaniang ordered a shoes having Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 23 Dec, 2018. The product which was delivered is not the same one which i had ordered and the brand is totally different.                           I had ordered curtains from snapdeal through 2 separate orders Order [protected] & Order [protected]. I should have received 4 sets of curtains against my 2 orders. But I received only 2 sets of curtains in a single cover on 4th Jan for which I paid Rs 1459/- (Rs 737+Rs 722)( photo of cover attached). Since I received only 2 curtains I put a replacement request. The product was picked up against both my orders on 7th Jan. The replaced product was received on 13th Jan and I was shocked to find only 1 set of curtain instead of 4 sets. So i immediately applied for refund. The product was picked up on 14th jan and Rs 737 credited to my account on 15th Jan against order [protected]. But the balance amount of Rs 722 against order no [protected] is still not refunded. They are sending courier boys for pick up again and again whereas the pick up of single cover including both orders was already done on 7th January. The company is just misleading me and not providing me refund. They are rescheduling pick up again and again. Although pick up was done on 7th Jan refund is not yet done. I want the refund of Rs 722 immediately against order no [protected]

                            I was ordered a camera lens of canon which cost about 9080 and payement was made by credit card.. I was cancelled my order and not attend the delivary but the amount refund initiated vut not refunded stil emi of the payement was made is still continue.. So plz attend my complaint solve my querry.. So the still emi from icici bank is keep deducting. I dont know what was did by snapdeal.. I am getting tensed because of this fraud.. Plz help me

                                Hello i have been trying to contact snapdeal through several meens the customer care number provided is of no use there is no customer support no one you can talk to . I have been sending more than two emails every day since the 2nd of jan to their email support but ì still haven't resolved my matter my hard earned cash is with snapdeal and i want it to be refunded .ur app says refund initiated however the bank ac num for refund is one digit less need my refund in the same bank same neft same ac holder but need to up date ac num which is [protected] IFSC BARBOAMBBAN ac holder name mahesh ganatra. Kindly plz issue my refund .as i have not got a refund since the 2nd of jan regards

                                  Dear snapdeal team,

                                  I had ordered 2 set of bluetooth headset but unfortunately i had received only one piece of different colour out of 2 set without charging cable. Then i had raised our query for replacement but someone has closed without any call or resolution or refund process money.

                                  This is continuously 2 times, i am facing this such issues in snapdeal.

                                  Please don't make us in trouble, if you can't provide better service to us.

                                  How can you closed my consumer complaint as well as Snapdeal complaint both without any call to me Or any confirmation through mail.

                                  If you are not able to sort out my problem or can not refund my money, pl share us your Escalation matrix.

                                  If you have any query, ask to your packing & courier person. How is missing d
                                  Product from the packet.

                                  Take it on priority otherwise I will raise a complaint in court.

                                  Please note down order no in above case.
                                  Return the Bluetooth headset which order has been closed by your team without any confirmation. It's unused. Charging cable is missing.
                                  So please send your courier boy to pickup the same.

                                  How many times, we have to remind to you for a single order.

                                  Why are you co-operating such bad behave with us.

                                  Take it on priority & get it sorted out ASAP.

                                  Pl ask to your packing team member about Bluetooth Headset & return my money on immediate basis. I am totally fed up with this service.

                                  I had never expect such problem. Please you need to improve better in your product delivery service like Amazon.

At the time of courier deliver, on 15 th jan 2019 your courier partner vulcan's employee designated as delivery boy interacted with me by cell phone and behaved as if i was his employee or as he was delivering the order free of cost moreover he used a slang language while talking to me on phone.
                                    Please take a look over my case.

                                      Sir I ordered Three Watches From Snapdeal Order I'd [protected] for Rs 1627 on 14 Jan 2019 but I received only one item in return. Then I requested for return and refund they picked up they ordered item through ecom services. I thought they would refund my whole amount but received only Rs 543 in total on 15 Jan 2019.                                         I have placed a order for Tommy Hilfiger Black Wallet in Snapdeal ID: [protected] on 8th Jan'2019. I got a message and mail which says that product has been delivered successfully on 13th Jan'2019. I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and raised a request at snapdeal portal. The Snapdeal has acknowledged that issue would be resolved within 48 hours, but no reply whether the issue courier service or not. I have sent multiple emails and raised many requests thorough snapdeal portal. Please call me on [protected] to handle this.
