Hi team,

I have not received my order. Yesterday, i have received a msg and email of order delivered, did not receive any call as i was at home yesterday and my number is also working properly. Even i have specifically mentioned the address with floor number also. The total money deducted was 2549 Inr. I already paid online.

I tried to call customer care so many times but number was not contactable. At last, i was helpless that what to do as i do not have even a delivery boy number. I checked with my neighbours too. Everybody denied.so finally put a request of return..so that what response i will get from your company.

Return date is 30 dec. Please send the delivery boy with full receipt and documented things that where he delivered and to whom he delivered. Otherwise refund my money back i do not want to wait now.

Please check this issue and reslove as soon as possible.

        I didnot get my refund money it was initiated on 22 decembet but till now i didnot get my money. And after that 28 december i got a msg that you provide wrong bank details so your refund is rejected you have to provide bank details again.               My name is Tarique Qureshi, i had prepaid order washing machine on snapdeal on 13th december 2018, for the purpose of gift to our relative wedding on 22nd dec 2018, the snapdeal confirmed that they will deliver the product on 18th dec 2018, and after that they not delivered a product, then after snapdeal apologise their irrevelation for not to deliver at a time, they confirmed that the washing machine should be delivering on 24th dec 2018 without fail, unfortunately they not delivered on time, an today is 28th dec 2018 until I not get my product which was prepaid.
              The snapdeal is make my good sense on my relative, because I order it for the purpose of gift to my wedding relevant.
              Actually they not even call for a delivery, on 18th and 24th dec 2018, and had shown the delivery should be unsuccessful, for call not responding, they have two contact number but not contact any one of them.
              Snapdeal is lying with their customer simultaneously...

Certificate prize money is 1 lakh rupees along with scratch and win coupon (after scratch 10 Lakh showing) letter which stated that in order to get benefit of the prize money I will have to use the scratch coupen and call or sms a helpline number.                     Suborder I'd is [protected] firstly a delivery guy came and said it is a used product and I mentioned yes it is used old and a totally different product. He refused to pick and left the packet on road.

                    After calling and escalating to social media you guys called me and said we are arranging a re pickup and again today at 3:00 pm delivery guy and denied the pickup and said the same things... What the hell is going on do you guys even read what the issue is?

                      Needing your help in connecting with the snapdeal people.

                      It is very disturbing that a company can sell products online without even a consumer care and so the so called consumer care number is just a pre - recorded ivr. They are just cheating with displaying a consumer number where it just says you mail us for any help...

                      I had ordered two raymond trouser fabric on dec 11th (Order id: [protected])

                      On delivery, have found both the items are different from the material, i had ordered, both were of lower quality of what i had ordered. I immediately raised a return request on dec 18th. I got a confirmation that both items will be picked for return processing.

                      On dec 20th, both items were picked by their courier agent tirumala prasad ([protected]). He had taken a picture of both the items while taking the return and got a signature from me on the app which they carry on their mobile.

                      Post which i have got refund for one product and haven't for the other. I waited for a week thinking it will be processed it didnt happen and tried reaching customer care but to the shock there's no customer care...

                      I had to mail them about the issue, and the response am getting are all auto generated emails asking me to keep the product ready for pick up, asking me to send pictures of the product.. How on earth can they send these messages where i have clearly have mentioned that the product has been picked up together already...

                      Today, the same agent tirumala walks in to pick the product for return and when i reasoned, he says he had sent both the items together for return and he asks me to get in touch with customer care to get this resolved.

                      He clearly says that he has taken picture of both the items while submitting the return request. Now all the backend team has to do is check the pictures and get hold of the issue.

                      The irony is i get an another auto msg that the pick for return was unsuccessful and they would try this in another day and i have to be ready with the product...

                      For god's sake, how can a company run and do business like this without being accountable, a small shop-seller is responsible to answer a customer on the product he sells... A company of this size doesn't want to talk to their customer (Once they become their customer)... Why not have a call center where i could have raised this issue in 5 mins... Now i have to spend days reaching out to them... And god knows whether they will resolve this...

                          I have ordered watch from snapdeal and they delivered first copy watch so i requested for return and refund but nobody is coming to pick up the order and pick up getting rescheduled from last 10 days. Dropped number of mail and tried calling customer care number as well but no help.

                          First they are dealing with the fake partners who are sending first copy product and then they are irritating customer by not completing the pick up.

                          Also not sure if snapdeal is leaking for selling customer information to the fraud laottery callers as i received call saying guy from snapdeal and i won tata safari for that i have to pay some amount and all.

                          Snapdeal not sure if these issues are intentional or coz these things can be stopped if you have some strict rules.

                          Second your pick up team is delaying the pick up from last 10 days.

                          Third My order information was leaked to a fraud lottery company who called me and talked all rubbish.

                              I bought a product (Nike flip flops) Order no[protected] & Ref no 52881908 from Snapdeal. On 23/12/18 I got a message from Snapdeal about the delivery boy details.

                              The delivery boy Muralidhara has change the status of the product to delivered but I have not received the product.
                              I called the delivery boy Muralidhara @ mob no [protected] on 23/12/18 and he said his bike is not working and he will deliver it on 24th dec., on 24th morning when I called him he said he will deliver it in the evening by 3-4pm but he didn't come and also he didn't picked the call now even after calling so many times. This is very dissapointing. I wrote so many mails to Snapdeal but didn't get any response. Still I have no idea where is my order?
                              From last three days we are writing mails to Snapdeal about my order but didn't get any response. I called delivery since last three days still not able to contact him or any of the Snapdeal help support team.
                              I request you to take urgent action on this issue.

                                Snapdeal must provide option to talk to their representatives on their toll free no. And they can't collect delivery fee if they are delivering wrong product so the amount should be refunded with delievery charge. Company should give any option to talk to their representative. Even after approaching number of times the delivery boy & Snapdeal help support team since 23/12/18, we have neither got any response nor the product.                                         The product (Nike flip flops)with order ID [protected] & ref no.52881908 was undelivered to us but the status of the product is showing delivered. Even after approaching number of times the delivery boy & Snapdeal help support team since 23/12/18 we didn't get the issue resolved.
                                        The only response from Snapdeal support team was that the product has been delivered and they will get back to us with the detailed information about the delivery, but I have no idea how will they get that as the product is still not delivered to us.

                                        We called the delivery boy Muralidhara D @ mob no [protected] on 23/12/18 then he said his bike is not working and he will deliver it on 24th dec(Monday), On 24th dec morning when we called him he said he will deliver it by evening 3-4pm. When we tried calling him so many times again he didn't pick our call.
                                        After this we sent an email regarding this issue to [protected]@snapdeal.com & [protected]@snapdeal.com but haven't received any response.

                                        We request you for the strict action on this issue.
