    I ordered titan watch on the 16th december 2018 and the product delivered on 22nd december 2018. When i went to titan showroom for quality check of watch whether it is dake or original, then i came to know that the watch which i have got is fake!! And i requested to return and refund of money but snapdeal didn't took any action about this. From this i can tell that snapdeal is a completely a fake online shopping site where u 'll get nly fake products and it's cheated site.
    I 'll complaint to consumer law of court if my complaint is not resolved?!

      When i was talking to those guys i got to know that that's a fraud call. They were saying that i won the tata safari car, need to pay registration fee in order to receive the prize.

      My question is how those guys are aware about the details what we purchased. Looks like snapdeal is either selling customers info or they only trying to do this fraud.

          I bought "nike air max 2018 limited edition" as specified on snapdeal website and received a fake 2017 edition with different colour and cheap material. My father wears 8 and i bought 8.5 and it is still small, there is no size mentioned anywhere on shoe. I filed return request the same day shoe arrived
          Now snapdeal is denying refund and return saying the product differs from picture.

            I had ordered a game from snapdeal on 7 december 2018 and pre paid rs 1393 for it. The product arrived on 22 december 2018. As it turns out, the product code of the game had already been used by another person. This means the entire product is completely useless. It is like buying a discarded candy wrapper. The item cannot even be returned nor replaced. This amounts to no less than ripping off money.
            Even if no help is offered i would like this type of incident to be prevented in the future for all patrons.
            The seller of the product was comprint.

            1. When pressing the return item tab the notification showed that item could not be returned. 2. Went to their help center and gave as much info as possible. 3.Submitted a complaint in this site. 4.Received email asking for screenshots of error. 5.Received call on information of return. 6.After 1 week call came from courier for return of item. 7.Had to go to courier myself to deliver item.(That is the fault of the courier) 8.Received message of inspection of product quality. 9.Refund initiated on 15/1/2019 with reference number.                 I have ordered nike airmax shoes shoes in this month i. E., december, but the size i hot wasnt compatible so i returned it & asked for refund. But still after couple of week snapdeal didnt returned my money & instead of fixing the problem they are just mailing me like "we are working on your problem".                     Order id: [protected], placed on 20 dec, 2018 for rs 899.

                    I placed an order for this with snapdeal and they immediately sent me two emails:

                    1. A thanks message with details of the order
                    2. A promise that - delivery will be made between dec 28 and jan 03.

                    No. 2 above was confirmed through an sms to my phone ([protected]) as well.

                    Since there was a likelihood of the' activation card' being delivered by email, i was tracking my email account too ([protected]@gmail.com). There was no communication whatsoever thereafter. Suddenly, i received an email today (22.12.2018) from snapdeal asking about my experience in respect of this order. On checking the site i found that the date of delivery is shown as 20th dec 2018. No activation card was received by me through email/parcel.

                    What is to be noted is that snapdeal normally sends an sms after an item is delivered. I haven't received any sms in this regard from them. I have complained to them and have received an automated acknowledgement.

                    I do not know where is their regd office. Please take up the matter with them and force them to refund my money rs 899.00. The whereabouts of the company is not available on the net.

                        I got a call from [protected] (Stated mini branch) and [protected] (Stated main branch of snapdeal). They said that
                        Madam congratulation! You are the winner of 1st prize (Car worth rs 14.5 lakhs or amount of 14.5 lakhs) from snapdeal pvt ltd. The charge of your registration service is only-6600. They convenced me in every possible way. They had each and every detail about me related to my previous order from snapdeal. I got fooled and i payed them rs.6600. They said after that within 5 mins your a/c will be credited with the prize amount but they did'nt made any such transaction. Infact they made a fake gst msg which included that firstly i have to pay 3% gst of the winning prize then only my a/c will get credited with the prize money. They also texted their a/c details on my whatsapp. I'll upload the screenshot of the text further.

                            I have ordered my product on december 14, 2018 and i could see status as delivered on december 20, 2018 but i haven't received my item.                               Snapdeal is a fraudulent company causing untold hardships of sorts to hapless sellers and customers like me. There operations are very shady and nothing is transparent. The company does not even provide a transparent tax invoice to enable filing of gst returns.
                              Sellers like me are at the mercy of the so-called “seller help advisors” most of who are incompetent (Not even understanding the issue raised) and insensitive to the sufferings caused to the sellers by snapdeal’s stupid systems and procedures. There’s no one to supervise such wicked “seller help advisors” and my several email communications sent to both the ceos were never even acknowledged, forget about the ability of anyone at snapdeal (Lacking the intent and professionalism) to resolve any such issue raised.
                              In summary, snapdeal is a company that makes a lot of money in cheating of sorts.
                              Stakeholders of snapdeal, please shy away from snapdeal and see that this unethical entity is closed down soon, so hapless persons like me already put to a lot of agony, anguish, injury and financial losses by team snapdeal can be saved further hardships o[censored]nethical entities like snapdeal.

                              Someone from Snapdeal asked for my Seller id and I furnished the same. There's NO FURTHER RESPONSE from that person from Snapdeal!

                              I too wrote to CEO of Snapdeal many a times but there was not a simple reply ever received.
                              Sanpdeal is dead. Do not do any business with Snapdeal.
                              Flipkart is also going to follow the same route soon.
                              As a consumer the biggest mockery of online shopping is that on snapdeal you find several products but all are out of stock. It's like opening a shop and putting a big banner outside stating that products are out of stock.
                              No one will ever step into your shop again. Long back I stopped my business with snapdeal.

                                I have purchased a earphone (Boat bassheads 200 extra bass in ear wired with mic earphones blue) rs 525 from snapdeal in 14 dec. 2018 and i have payment at the time of purchase. But in 17 dec 2018 its showing in status delivered in snapdeal website but i have not received any package. Then i have complain to snapdeal about it but not any action taken by snapdeal. I have mail 4 to 5 times to snapdeal but no body respond it. I have mail to snapdeal everyday but snapdeal not taking it properly. If they not refund my money i will go to police complain.

                                  After complained with you . Today's i want to track my order but i found that in status bar their was mention that my order delivered . I was shocked and now too because I didn't get it still now . I have some screen shots about my order tracking status . But the reality is so far away .

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have ordered 01 no 250 m2 intellegence health bracelet activity tracker with bluetooth, heart rate monitor, water proof, touch led smart fitness band. I have recvd my order today dated 21st dec 2018 but while i have checked found in this device no bluetooth features available because of that device not connecting with mobile and also no user manual inside the pack my order id is [protected].
                                    Please send me actual device with bluetooth features as soon as possible.

                                      Snapdeal is a reputed company. I can't imagine this gamble of snapdeal with me. My order is fashion lover jew. My order status shows delivered but i didn't get that item. This is a fake invoice. My status show delivered but i didn't receive. Plz solve this peoblem. Its very bad working. Firstly you send that item very very late. Then gamble with me. Plz solve it. If company not proceed against my complain. I will report in police complain.
