I have not got my refund amount and my time for refund has also passed. So what can i do to get it back?
I have been waiting for this refund for a long time but after my long silence there is no refund. My money is going to come or not i very worried about it . The snapdeal customer service is also not responding to me . If am feeling very helpless so please help me to gety refund back i will very glad to get my refund. Please help

I ordered for a titan watch but I received a fake product so I have already requested for a refund or replacement with an original one, kindly refund the money or replace it with an original product.

    Yesterday i received a call and after that i won the tata safari sms worth rs. 12.40 lakh, for which i need to deposit rs. 6000 as the registration fee. And the sum insurance is 45000rs. The total amount is rs. 51000 i gave them the money. And then they told me to pay more traffic charge of rs. 64000, we told us that this trend was frozen, then we and snapdeal cusomer care no. [protected] name rohul gupta says that the employer has paid more than 40, 500 more cars of the transaction. So we told them that you have passed our car rto its proof mercy or the car's chassis no. Mercy forbade them from making and calling them. Please merge our 51000 back together

            We have received order (Order id: [protected]) from snapdeal and the they have delivered quality less product and raised a return requests 7 times (By calling customer care) from the nov 7th to till date. Customer care is not responding properly and giving wrong commitment dates for returning.
            So kindly let me the process for filling case against snap deal.

              I have ordered a shoe and which i cancelled on 15th of december but still haven't got my refund.in 2 or 3 business days the refund money gets back usually to bank account but snapdeal team has disappointed me.
              Moreover,
              Today i received a call from a random man claiming he is an employee of snapdeal who wants me to register a form and give them the money of registration which is 8500. And gave me his id proof details also which seemed fake. And all this he did because i was the lucky winner whose name flashed on top of a certain list or something and i won a car and if i want it i have to register it by giving them that amount. Or else they will send me that 12 lacks cash. It just doesn't make sense.

                Hi,

                I placed an order on 04 dec 2018 from the snapdeal in which i have ordered 3 wigs and the expected date of delivery of these products was 12 dec 2018, so i mentioned that i received those items after delivery date and received a wrong product.

                So for that, i raised a return request in which i want a refund back for those wrong products but they denied to gave my money back and they give me replied like "while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks." for justifying these comments they told me that in your account you have raised so many return request, so i replied to them "if i do not get any right product so why am i not raise any return request, so that's why my return requested are more" so in that case, it is not my fault snapdeal's fault who not deliver me a right product.

                So i just requested to you please help me out to get my money back.

                        I have ordered a product from snap deal few weeks ago and i did not receive the product yet. The product tracking say it got delivered. I dont undeerstand the fact i am not able to contact the team and there is no option to choose the "did not receive" option in help portal of snapdeal.

                        This is disappointing that there no support provided after sending several email to snapdeal no response or calls received.

                        Pathetic and feels like its a scam.

                        Snapdeal very poor coordination. No information is given correctly. They say product will be delivered in ten to fifteen days. But next day without Informing they come to deliver. The product is not reliable also. It looks like fake products they are selling. They don't have contact no to speak to them also.

                          I have ordered american micronic otg 19l in snapdeal. Seriously i felt very bad once i received the order.
                          1. First of all the product is not working dead. Not heating.
                          2. No warranty card, no manual, tong was missing
                          3. Rust on the grill, seems like old product.
                          We have trusted on snapdeal that's y we placed the order.
                          I have filed a complaint in snapdeal help centre but they are not responsing accurately.
                          Note: they mentioned the product is not eligible for return. Simply they were sending defect item.

                            The colour of flowers is yellow only, and in the picture they are showing flowers of purple colour, snapdeal is a fraud. This issue need to taken care of because when it comes to snapdeal i have already experienced many other complaints also.
                            And the product which i am complaining about is purchased by my friends also and everybody said that their flower is yellow instead of purple.

                              I have bought an american micronic 19l otg from snapdeal. Seriously i felt very bad once i received the order.
                              1. First of all the product is not working dead. Not heating
                              2. No warranty card, no manual, tong was missing
                              3. Rust on the grill, seems like very old or used one.
                              We have trusted on snapdeal that's y we placed the order. You can check the same about my order which i placed earlier in snapdeal. Still i have hope on snapdeal. Please kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                                I have order 4 different types of seeds, viz., bonzai, fruit bonzai, roses n mukti colored roses against order id: [protected] having 4 different order ids., viz., [protected], [protected], [protected] n [protected].

                                I had received the products by 3rd or 4th november, 2018.

                                As there was no identification on the seeds, i was unable to identify and verify my order. However, i have complained n ask snapdeal team to resend the entire order with proper name of the seeds.

                                However, as there was no response for 3 days, i have planted the seeds. After about 10 days, the sprouting began and to my surprise, i found that the plants that grew were either some forest creeper or methi n palak bhaji.

                                Immediately, i had lodged a complaint for this n asked for the correct seeds n i felt like i have been cheated. I had got calls from snapdeal customer support team saying that i have to return the seeds, if i want a replacement. Now, how could i return the seeds if same has been grown into plants.

                                I feel sorry to say that snapdeal has cheated me by doing this transaction. 5 days back, i have received a call from snapdeal return department from number [protected] and i had explained them my problem. The snapdeal person acknowledged my complaint and agreed to send the entire order but till this date i have not received anything.

                                Need help here in addressing my issue and help me by arranging the correct seeds for which i have made the payment.

                                    1. Archi collection multicolour alloy stud earrings - set of 6 - sizes which we received the size was very small...
                                    2. Classique designer jewellery multicolour pearl bangle set - ordered 2 set... One satin blue and peach with 2.4 size... Received 2.6 size with dark green colour...

                                    Every time there is some wrong item we have received... When we received the orders we were out of city hence received by neighbours... After opening the return time has expired so cannot return now...
                                    But atleast wanted to know snapdeal about the same...
                                    Kindly look for it... Expect better and corrrct services next time...

                                        Weight 2112 g, warranty 1 year, through snapdeal but seller sending a duplicate product which is very small and duplicate product which is no warranty card and charger and other throw snapdeal.
                                        I just initiated for return and it will take for 3-4 day and canceled. But snapdeal mention there policy 7 day return and replacement but completely duplicate product selling how snapdeal provide access seller its completely wrong people how. Can trust snapdeal. My request is please solve ande return my product and refund pleas.
