My order no [protected] and sub order no is [protected], when i have received my product continuously ihave tried to return since 14 dec morning, because it is used and fake product, i have paid full amount for that, so why should i suffer with fake product, but costomer care not giving me proper information that will i get my refund or not, pls help me...

My order id is: [protected] i had ordered a woman watch and they have delivered an absolute fake one i have confirmed it from official service center that the product is not genuine and refused for service. They suggested me to contact to the snapdeal. When i contact to them, they did not reply me.
Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action....

I ordered casio fx 991 es plus and received a duplicate copy inside packet similar in look but without any special functions.
On box made in thailand was mentioned ob calculator there was a sticker of made in malaysia. Even invoice was not there in package.
Looks like a ploy to cheat customers who are not aware of all functions.

Please help me in replacing it with a genuine one.

I ordered adidas black... Sports jacket on 30.11.2018 and supposed to deliver on 12.12.2018 but unfortunately not yet getting it. Courier service provider just miscalled me one time only in which i mistakenly delete their number. Thereafter no any call to me from the courier. Now it is seen in the tracking details that delivery attempt unsuccessful. I think the item is returning back... Now what shall i do for it....

I ordered american touristor bag through snapdeal but snapdeal given a duplicate product.i just initiated for return and it will take for 5 6 days i was waiting for the product but snapdeal cheated me the bag price should be 300 but due to american touristor the taken 800 rs i want my m9ney back and compensesion for my money and time

But yet i have no refund received - have sent several mails but no revert.

Sorry but ur cuorier boy was nt giving product. On 11dec he was called me and said that sir i was give u product tommorow but for my performance i was click here to delivered product. I said that 'ok'. And tommorow to 13 dec he has not call me now. This very disappointing for me to write and follow you continuously...

In last few weeks i come across the low priced watches n got excited as on other sites i was getting the same products for much higher price so i ordered 3 watches 1. Pk collection's rado centrix full black ceramic chronograph men's watch (Dial color: black, strap color: black)

My order for supreme 40 pcs combination socket wrench tool kit set has delivered today. When i paid the money to the delivery boy, he gave me a packet of snapdeal. But there was nothing in the packet except a bill receipt. I opened it to verify if there is anything. The packet is empty. This is so unfair. I need the product at the earliest or else refund my money as soon as possible....

I have Sanpdeal 2 times, both times you have sold a fake and extremely poor quality and wrong type of shoes to me, everytime snapdeal sold me wrong positions and not the one Ordered, after getting replacement, I am very sure that Snapdeal is a poor quality shoes,

I am very sure that I want my return and my entire refund, and will swear I will never purchase anymore from Snapdeal ever again.

Have ordered the same on 3rd dec, 2018 and was scheduled to delivered on 8th. Suborder Id: [protected]
I receive the call from courier boy on 10th Dec, that my product has been arrived. As I was not in town so the same was not delivered to me.
I rescheduled the same to 11th DEC, 2018.
But on website its shows it rescheduled and will be delivered on 11th DEC between 9am to 1pm.
But from then I received no calls...

I bought above product delivered on time and one i open the product it's not working and seems to used one, immediately i request for return the product but no one not come for pickup i have been sending mail but no one not responded and no they are updated request closed how come u close the request without pick up u r product and refund my amount,

Snapdeal you are fraud you are cheating for me..
I am purchasing the apple original lighting USB cable 20/11/2018 but cable are not in package. Package is totally blank...
But I sent many mails in snapdeal but they not respond for me... Not refund giving to me...

I am submitting a complaint regarding a fake casio watch delivered by snapdeal.com. On their website they are saying that it genuine product but when i have verified it from the official casio site and i have gone to register my product there was no serial or invoice number mentioned in the product. Also casio claims that casio watches delivered by snapdeal are not authentic they are not covered under warranty. Please help....

Pcmp[protected] having the reference number of product which i ordered on 3rd dec but snapdeal cancelled my order on 7th dec without my permission, i was waiting for my battery (Product). Today is 11 dec and still they didnt refund my money. This is ridiculous service they are providing. They waste my 10 days. Kindly plz send my money immediately in my account....
