Hi my name is rohit, recently my sister ordered a fast track watch for me however there are some deffects so after some day i visited to fast track service center and they confirmed that it is fake product, received on 6th of dec and visited service center on 15 the after email to customer care they are denied to give the refund, really disappointed help me to get the refund as it is not a original product

    I received a call today followed by an sms that i won tata safari worth rs12.40 lacs for which i need to deposit rs.12, 499 as registration fee. Is this correct, please let me know. The person who called from the luck draw center wanted my bank account details and also asked me that he will provide his manager's account details for depositing the registration fee. Please advise what is going on and are you conducting any such lucky draws..

      Hello sir,

      I had placed order for matrix opti. Care straight smooth hair deep conditioner 390 gm pack of 3 through online with snapdeal on 17th october 2018.
      Billing amout was 748 rs.
      Till now i have not received the product. I have enquired many time with vendor through customer contact service but they kept asking me to check with neighbours. I have enquired with security and also neighbours and this product is not yet delivered.
      When i called the delivery boy he says product has been delivered to security. So we asked for signature to show, but he said signature was not taken. So with this how to make sure that the delivery boy has delivered it to the security.

      So again i asked snapdeal to deliver the product as they were not able to give me the prorf of delievry. But now they have sent a fake signature of my name as a proof of delivery and this is not my signature in any way.

      So i need a help to get the product delivered or refund my money.

          I placed several orders for keychains from the snapdeal website. Yesterday i got an email that the items have been delivered but i never received it. I got a message saying it was delivered yesterday, december 14 but i have not received it. Kindly help me located the package. The invoice says dispatched via yida and the awb number is slp[protected] but i haven't been able to locate it.

          No one picks up the customer care number. No one has replied to my help center emails. Even the seller doesnt have an contact info. Please help.

              I purchased a high back support office chair.
              It was delivered before schedule on 11 dec 2018.
              The product i received had some manufacturing defects. A screw was missing due to which it is always tilted on the right side. I had placed a return request on 12 dec 2018. It has been already 3 days and they haven't accepted ny return request. Also to mention, i have sent them numerous emails, to which there was no answer. Please replace the product as soon as possible by arranging for the pick up.

                  I ordered casio fx 991 es plus and received a duplicate copy inside packet similar in look but without any special functions.
                  On box made in thailand was mentioned ob calculator there was a sticker of made in malaysia. Even invoice was not there in package.
                  Looks like a ploy to cheat customers who are not aware of all functions.

                  Please help me in replacing it with a genuine one.
                  As return and refund are not a solution they are unnecessary troubles for a customer placing faith in e shopping platforms.

Courier service provider just miscalled me one time only in which i mistakenly delete their number. Thereafter no any call to me from the courier.                       I think your courier service provider is not doing honest to deliver your items to the customers. Please re-appoint honest persons. Also request to allow pin code 791112 i.e. post office - Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh as your area of service delivery centre.

                                In last few weeks i come across the low priced watches n got excited as on other sites i was getting the same products for much higher price so i ordered 3 watches 1. Pk collection's rado centrix full black ceramic chronograph men's watch (Dial color: black, strap color: black)
                                2. Fastrack sports 3099sm02 men's watch
                                3. Speed time 6078sm01 women's watch
                                I didn't realize that all those products they will send will be fake after 4-6 weeks they stoped working so i went to the authorised showroom (In margao goa, ponda goa) in both the showrooms their staff told me that those watches which i bought were fake so i mailed snapdeal but they didn't reply to any of my mails n now m #ed here i almost lost 5k for nothing i[censored] r reading this please don't buy any snapdeal products as they r fake especially watches they giv some 3rd class watches which has no worth not even 100rs so plz don't buy any products from snapdeal.                                       I have Sanpdeal 2 times, both times you have sold a fake and extremely poor quality and wrong type of shoes to me, everytime snapdeal sold me wrong positions and not the one Ordered, after getting replacement, I am very sure that Snapdeal is a poor quality shoes,

                                      I am very sure that I want my return and my entire refund, and will swear I will never purchase anymore from Snapdeal ever again.

                                      Snapdeal dealt unfair with me,
                                      First showed fancy shoes online, then delivered me FAKE and bad quality shoes NIKE,
                                      This is not only cheating with Indian customers as snapdeal si not returning the FAKE NIKE SHOES (THEY ARE DISPLAYING ORIGINAL NIKE SHOES IN WEBSITE BUT they deliver FAKE NIKE SHOIES)
                                      THIS IS ALSO DEFAMING AND DESTROYING REPUTATION ON NIKE SHOES BY SELLING FAKE NIKE SHOES..
                                      SO I AM ALSO REPORTING ON SOCIAL WEBSITES TILL I GET MY REFUND BUT ALSO REPORTING THIS TO NIKE COMPANY FOR THIS SHAMEFUL ACTIVITY BY SNAPDEAL.

                                        Have ordered the same on 3rd dec, 2018 and was scheduled to delivered on 8th. Suborder Id: [protected]
                                        I receive the call from courier boy on 10th Dec, that my product has been arrived. As I was not in town so the same was not delivered to me.
                                        I rescheduled the same to 11th DEC, 2018.
                                        But on website its shows it rescheduled and will be delivered on 11th DEC between 9am to 1pm.
                                        But from then I received no calls and msg.The courier service is Vulcan express.
                                        I want to talk to customer care but the no. when call go to IVR.
                                        Kindly check and let me know will the same be delivered to me tomorrow if not whom to contact. I need direct contact. The worst exprn with snapdeal.

                                        I received a call from saying they were from snap deal offer department jamshedpur...and i won a TATA SAFARI car in a lucky draw based upon my last purchase...they said i don't have to submit any money ..but i knew they might ask later and i already read about these scams so i refused...this was the third time i recieved such a call .
