My order for supreme 40 pcs combination socket wrench tool kit set has delivered today. When i paid the money to the delivery boy, he gave me a packet of snapdeal. But there was nothing in the packet except a bill receipt. I opened it to verify if there is anything. The packet is empty. This is so unfair. I need the product at the earliest or else refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have Sanpdeal 2 times, both times you have sold a fake and extremely poor quality and wrong type of shoes to me, everytime snapdeal sold me wrong positions and not the one Ordered, after getting replacement, I am very sure that Snapdeal is a poor quality shoes,

      I am very sure that I want my return and my entire refund, and will swear I will never purchase anymore from Snapdeal ever again.

      Snapdeal dealt unfair with me,
      First showed fancy shoes online, then delivered me FAKE and bad quality shoes NIKE,
      This is not only cheating with Indian customers as snapdeal si not returning the FAKE NIKE SHOES (THEY ARE DISPLAYING ORIGINAL NIKE SHOES IN WEBSITE BUT they deliver FAKE NIKE SHOIES)
      THIS IS ALSO DEFAMING AND DESTROYING REPUTATION ON NIKE SHOES BY SELLING FAKE NIKE SHOES..
      SO I AM ALSO REPORTING ON SOCIAL WEBSITES TILL I GET MY REFUND BUT ALSO REPORTING THIS TO NIKE COMPANY FOR THIS SHAMEFUL ACTIVITY BY SNAPDEAL.

        Have ordered the same on 3rd dec, 2018 and was scheduled to delivered on 8th. Suborder Id: [protected]
        I receive the call from courier boy on 10th Dec, that my product has been arrived. As I was not in town so the same was not delivered to me.
        I rescheduled the same to 11th DEC, 2018.
        But on website its shows it rescheduled and will be delivered on 11th DEC between 9am to 1pm.
        But from then I received no calls and msg.The courier service is Vulcan express.
        I want to talk to customer care but the no. when call go to IVR.
        Kindly check and let me know will the same be delivered to me tomorrow if not whom to contact. I need direct contact. The worst exprn with snapdeal.

        I received a call from saying they were from snap deal offer department jamshedpur...and i won a TATA SAFARI car in a lucky draw based upon my last purchase...they said i don't have to submit any money ..but i knew they might ask later and i already read about these scams so i refused...this was the third time i recieved such a call .

              Hii team,
              I am submitting a complaint regarding a fake casio watch delivered by snapdeal.com. On their website they are saying that it genuine product but when i have verified it from the official casio site and i have gone to register my product there was no serial or invoice number mentioned in the product. Also casio claims that casio watches delivered by snapdeal are not authentic they are not covered under warranty. Please help.

                  I have issues regarding snapdeal.com...i have been cheated by the company... I ordered my product on Nov1 it was estimated to get delivered by 8th Dec...on that i received an email indicating the delay of the order till 12Dec and today they are asking for my reviews about the product and the order status shows the product has been delivered though I did not received any product yet... Its nothing short of cheating... I wrote complaint mails several times to the their offical website but no response has been given by them... I need to resolve this issue asap..plzz help.

                      Order status of an order id: [protected] (Placed on 22 oct, 2018 and suborder id: [protected]) is showing delivered but in actual order is not delivered yet.
                      Kindly refer below screenshot which says that order is delivered on 24th november 18 but that order was not delivered to me on the mentioned date.
                      Also refer attached mail in which it is mentioned that order is going to be delivered
                      Between 27 november to 1 december 2018.
                      And i haven't got any order delivery mail or sms for mentioned order.
                      Request you to look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

                          I valerian dsouza placed an online order with snapdeal on 3rd december 2018 order no-[protected] for 2 white and pink barbie printed quilt for kids. Order has been deliverd on 7th december 2018. But when the parcel was opened only one peice of the item orderd has been found in the packet whereas payment has been done for 2 peices. When tracked the order it shaws both the items are delivered. What am i to do now?

                            The product that i had ordered for was a givenchy perfume but to my surprise i received a hugo boss perfume. The invoice is that of givenchy perfume but when i opened i was shocked to see a cheap hugo boss perfume which i can easily buy in the market for cheaper rates. Deeply miffed at this.
                            It seems everyone working in snapdeal is blind or just plain lazy. Or may it is their way of shoplifting the public’s hard earned money. Moreover there is no way of contacting them. The customer care service numbers are either switched off or not working.

So I tried to check the warranty status of my equipment in HP Site and found expired on[protected]. So that I am complaining about this for speedy redressal.

                                I order 40 kg gym item from snapdeal, which i received in september 2018, but it observed damage. I placed return request but snapdeal only arrange pick up but no one comes for the same.
                                Many times i wrote mail and received calls from snapdeal but not getting proper response. Many times they promised to come, i cancelled my plan and wait them but no one come to pick up order.
                                I face lot of irritation by snapdeal service...

                                  I am ordered casio edifice 539d metal chronograph watch
                                  But snapdeal delivered me a totally fake product.
                                  I have received that watch look like very worst finishing, not proper packaging, not having a product manual, guarantee card, not having a qr code in box and box also damaged.
                                  How can they play games with their customers.
                                  Maximum products received from snapdeal looks like picked from road side vendor. Packing was also not quality packing.
                                  No bar code sticker available at the product.
                                  That is completely fake item of casio edifice

                                    Ordered some personal accessory and delived wrong mobile charger. Papers on pack and inside are different. Complaint no 52378084 fine but received a reply that it's not refundable as per policy. Received very irresponsible reply, worst is an cheating in name of policy supplying rs 100 item at cost of rs1499. Worst is if an adult part delivered to some wrong customer. Very pathetic approach.
