I bought above product delivered on time and one i open the product it's not working and seems to used one, immediately i request for return the product but no one not come for pickup i have been sending mail but no one not responded and no they are updated request closed how come u close the request without pick up u r product and refund my amount,

Again iam requesting u to collect u r product and refund my amount, otherwise replace good product which is working

      I am submitting a complaint regarding a fake casio watch delivered by snapdeal.com. On their website they are saying that it genuine product but when i have verified it from the official casio site and i have gone to register my product there was no serial or invoice number mentioned in the product. Also casio claims that casio watches delivered by snapdeal are not authentic they are not covered under warranty. Please help.

          I have issues regarding snapdeal.com...i have been cheated by the company... I ordered my product on Nov1 it was estimated to get delivered by 8th Dec...on that i received an email indicating the delay of the order till 12Dec and today they are asking for my reviews about the product and the order status shows the product has been delivered though I did not received any product yet...               Order status of an order id: [protected] (Placed on 22 oct, 2018 and suborder id: [protected]) is showing delivered but in actual order is not delivered yet.
              Kindly refer below screenshot which says that order is delivered on 24th november 18 but that order was not delivered to me on the mentioned date.
              Also refer attached mail in which it is mentioned that order is going to be delivered
              Between 27 november to 1 december 2018.
              And i haven't got any order delivery mail or sms for mentioned order.
              Request you to look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

                  I valerian dsouza placed an online order with snapdeal on 3rd december 2018 order no-[protected] for 2 white and pink barbie printed quilt for kids. Order has been deliverd on 7th december 2018. But when the parcel was opened only one peice of the item orderd has been found in the packet whereas payment has been done for 2 peices.                     The product that i had ordered for was a givenchy perfume but to my surprise i received a hugo boss perfume. The invoice is that of givenchy perfume but when i opened i was shocked to see a cheap hugo boss perfume which i can easily buy in the market for cheaper rates. Deeply miffed at this.
                    It seems everyone working in snapdeal is blind or just plain lazy. Or may it is their way of shoplifting the public’s hard earned money. Moreover there is no way of contacting them. The customer care service numbers are either switched off or not working.

                        I order 40 kg gym item from snapdeal, which i received in september 2018, but it observed damage. I placed return request but snapdeal only arrange pick up but no one comes for the same.
                        Many times i wrote mail and received calls from snapdeal but not getting proper response. Many times they promised to come, i cancelled my plan and wait them but no one come to pick up order.
                        I face lot of irritation by snapdeal service...

                          But snapdeal delivered me a totally fake product.
                          I have received that watch look like very worst finishing, not proper packaging, not having a product manual, guarantee card, not having a qr code in box and box also damaged.
                          How can they play games with their customers.
                          Maximum products received from snapdeal looks like picked from road side vendor. Packing was also not quality packing.
                          No bar code sticker available at the product.

Complaint no 52378084 fine but received a reply that it's not refundable as per policy. Received very irresponsible reply, worst is an cheating in name of policy supplying rs 100 item at cost of rs1499. Worst is if an adult part delivered to some wrong customer. Very pathetic approach.

                                  Those packet i received i opened
                                  I found 1 wired handset
                                  I complaint this to Snapdeal

                                  And Snapdeal tell one return request closed
                                  Without any reason

                                  So i requested to you
                                  Please solve this issue

                                    I had ordered ladies fast track wrist watch. But we had received totally different watch than ordered one.. So we raised a request complaint to return back your product and refund my money back. Once your courier person contacted me asking my address but even after guiding him clearly with my address, he never came to collect or tried contacting me again.. Even i tried contacting him but his number was not connecting properly.. And now we have received a mail telling your order request closed.. Please help me in getting my money back.. Please respond..

                                      Recently sir i have ordered an indulekha natural shampoo 200ml pack order id:[protected] from snapdeal and i recived a duplicate shampoo and i have returned the item . After that almost 20 days has been passed but I have not received the refund and there is no any update on the Snapdeal app. I tried to call to Snapdeal customer care but I received a computer generated answer it was not satisfactory. so i sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal. com today I received a call from Snapdeal they told me that the same product is sent back to the your original address but I requested them to refund me but they are not agree on this issue when I requested to transfer the call to the senior they keep the call on hold and after few minutes the same person told me that the senior will call you back within 2 hours but still I have not received any call.

                                        Address: Kozhikode, Kerala, 673506

                                        My item "pinky pari green rayon asymmetrical hemline kurti (Size: xl)" was small in size and requested for return on 27th october 2018. (Order id: [protected]) the pickup is failed two times. Please note that the courier company not coming to the given address for picking up. Only asking to come to the nearest town and if failed to reach on time, they are making status as failed. It was time killing for us. We feel very bad. Finally the courier company make a return form send to the address given by snap deal on 20th november 2018. (Refer attached photo). Then the refund is not initiated till now.
