I had ordered mi band hrx edition for my husband.
When he returned home on 27 nov, he opened the delivered package, we found a fake and cheap m2 band delivered instead of mi band hrx edition. Snapdeal website not showing option to return.
My complaint email to snapdeal helpline fell on insensitive and deaf ears as i got a reply that the fake band can't be returned and instead i was offered rs 50 discount code against rs 859...

I bought a new g shock from snapdeal. But i got a fake one no automatic light sensor known as twin sensor. I didn't expect it from snapdeal very bad snapdeal very bad
It even does not fell even like g shock so shame.. It is very bad quality not good.. So disappointing the model g shock mudmaster g662 is fake in snapdeal. Very bad snapdeal. Twin sensor also didn't work at all...

today i got letter from snapdeal.com saying you won 1 Lakh and their is scrath card which says you might win 10 Lakh and their is winner certificate with my name on it. And their is number upon calling that person says you have to message code and reference to given number then you have to pay certain amount to our bank account and we will transfer won amount to your bank....

This is to bring to the notice of snapdeal an entirely disappointing ordeal. I had ordered a ck in2u perfume 150ml womens at a discounted price of Rs864 which was great since I am a regular buyer of snapdeal . This was a gift for a close friend. Not only was my order delayed to Assam Tezpur, I was delivered a 100ml ck perfume that to mens. The only solace offered by the website was return of the product stating that the money will be refunded...

The perfume bottle is fake and has no fragrance. When we tried it, it smelled like a nail polish thinner/remover. To confirm the doubt we tried removing the nail polish and viola! It removed the nailpolish..

Ordered a nike lycra trackpant order # [protected]. Status shows that item is delivered on 28nov 2018 but i didn't get my product till now. And i hadn't get any call or message of delivery agent for delivery or out for delivery. Only a message i got on 28nov 2018 that item is delivered. I raised a complain same day on provided help care email id but i get nothing no help....

On 4 nov i mail snapdeal for return the product as we r not satisfied with that. They make assure they pick that one... But they don't fulfill their promises.. Two time they call me for... I ask them to take that product away. Now i want money back... I really hated snapdeal.. Worst worst app.. I wish company get closed or liquidated... They message many time that i refuse to give but i never tell this one... I have proof all the thing.....

He told me everyday that i will give u product but he did not deliver this. I want to deliver my order within few hours.. N plz take action against such stupid peoples who make fool people. My name is raj few days back i send a mail in that mail i told to arrange a call back to me but u didn't response when i called toll free number only compute response pres 1or 2 but i need to talk to u wtf service u providing to customers this is the way to attend ur customer's i need call from ur side asap don't reply me on mail i need call from ur side that's it this is the final mail i m sending u after this i will not send any...

Refund against order no.[protected] for casio edifice ex306 wrist watch placed to snapdeal on 1.11.2018 not received yet. The product has been received back by snapdeal and i was informed on 21.11.2018 that refund shall be credited to my account within 4 days but neither the product has been returned not the refund has been credited to my account number....

I ordered the men fashion watch EX306 Blue leather on 13 November 2018 order id no:[protected] that watch I received on 20th November after that i returned back the item to snapdeal, after that i got message and mail from snapdeal on 25th November that the amount is refunded but I did not get any amount from snapdeal....

Snapdeal is cheater, the costomer care not pick up call and sent damage and used product with different colour, if you said return but his delivery boy not coming home and always says he was busy other work and day after day same isuuse fase. After 7 days the replacement policy is end and my money westage for a rubbish and garbage product. I want case for this product in consumer court. I want my money return. And punsiment the courier service....

And today again i got the message at 8:17 am for it to be delayed and at 11:55 i got a message that my product is delivered to me. Also the snapdeal app is showing it delivered but i haven't received any parcel...
