Hsn: 91011100 is placed on 22.11.2018 and it's delivered on 27.12.2019 as per snapdeal. I received a message saying the product is delivered. But i didnt receive any product till or courier parson called me. Even in the status of snapdeal site, it shows delivered when i didnt even receive the product. Please look into the matter.

    It was a prepaid order placed on 10th. Nov'2018. On 19th. Nov'2018 i received a massage that my item had been delivered. While it has not been received by me yet till today. Several mail have been corresponded, but from snapdeal it has replied that they are woking on it. No outcome. Even during last few days they have stopped from giving any intimation about my order. Now i am in doubt that during shopping through snapdeal one should consider chances of this type of fraud. Someone may not receive prepaid item ordered like me.

      Dear snapdeal!
      I think this is not a good way you treat your customer.
      As i didn't got my order and now you are behaving like you didn't know me.
      From your point of view i did the huge mistake as i choosed sanpdeal for shopping and now i will tell everyone that not to do shopping with sanpdeal as they all are a theft.
      You said that you didn't return my money bt atleast give me some solution, what can i do now for a sue. And giving a reply of my mail or contact me.

      You said that your company members completed the research and didn't found any proof of cheat, then send me the copy of that research.
      There are following description in the order which i got:
      1) the parcel is not in the snapdeal box.
      2) there is no snapdeal tape on outer and inner boxes.
      3) i received the order one day after the delivery date.

      I was complaining through snapdeal customer care service but didn't get the positive response. All time they said one thing that the parcel is delivered and i don't know that how many times i will say that my product is not there and lost my money. They always said that your money is safe with snapdeal trust pay policy but i didn't think so. My order no. Is [protected]

      They didn't call me yet for my complaint and always send me one mail. Even now, they stop replying to my mails.

        I ordered a set of watches (2) on 21.11.18. They delivered that order on30.11.18. At the time of delivery i checked that pack, there is only one watch (Golden watch). Other one (Pink watch) is missing. The snap deal app shows product delivered on 29.11.18, but the product is delivered originally on 30.11.18 (12.50pm). The cancelled my replacement request.           I had bought a timex wrist watch from snapdeal, unfortunately it doesn't work after 3-4 months. As i contact service center they refused to repair according to them my seller is not authorized. When i email this to snapdeal they have no correct answer to solve my query.                   I had ordered mi band hrx edition for my husband.
                  When he returned home on 27 nov, he opened the delivered package, we found a fake and cheap m2 band delivered instead of mi band hrx edition. Snapdeal website not showing option to return.
                  My complaint email to snapdeal helpline fell on insensitive and deaf ears as i got a reply that the fake band can't be returned and instead i was offered rs 50 discount code against rs 859 paid to snapdeal!!!

                    I bought a new g shock from snapdeal. But i got a fake one no automatic light sensor known as twin sensor. I didn't expect it from snapdeal very bad snapdeal very bad

                        This is to bring to the notice of snapdeal an entirely disappointing ordeal. I had ordered a ck in2u perfume 150ml womens at a discounted price of Rs864 which was great since I am a regular buyer of snapdeal . This was a gift for a close friend. Not only was my order delayed to Assam Tezpur, I was delivered a 100ml ck perfume that to mens. The only solace offered by the website was return of the product stating that the money will be refunded to my account which is 7-14working days. Despite repeated emails and calls they were unwilling to address the problem which was the need to replace my order with the correct item given that the mistake was entirely that of snapdeal and I have waited long enough. If I have to reorder the product I will have to pay more than double cause the price which I bought it for was a one time discount. This is utterly shameful for this website to do nothing to rectify delivery of a wrong product and have no compensation to the inconvenience caused by the customer. All am asking for is atleast replacement with the correct delivery item after returning the unused wrong product which is the least the website can do.                           The perfume bottle is fake and has no fragrance. When we tried it, it smelled like a nail polish thinner/remover. To confirm the doubt we tried removing the nail polish and viola! It removed the nailpolish..

                                    I don't receive my product. I am waiting for 3 days. But the delivery boy make me fool everday and he even not receive my call. He told me everyday that i will give u product but he did not deliver this. I want to deliver my order within few hours.. N plz take action against such stupid peoples who make fool people. It is ur most humble reqst i[censored] take action against such culprits.

                                      Hi, i placed an order for watch now and the delivery address was updated wrongly with my old address which has been already saved on my account. I am not able to update the address on order but i updated it on my new address on account. Please delivery it to the new address. I don't want to cancel the order. Please update the address and delivery it to the new address.
