And Snapdeal tell one return request closed
Without any reason

So i requested to you

    I had ordered ladies fast track wrist watch. But we had received totally different watch than ordered one.. So we raised a request complaint to return back your product and refund my money back. Once your courier person contacted me asking my address but even after guiding him clearly with my address, he never came to collect or tried contacting me again.. Even i tried contacting him but his number was not connecting properly.. And now we have received a mail telling your order request closed.. Please help me in getting my money back.. Please respond..

      Recently sir i have ordered an indulekha natural shampoo 200ml pack order id:[protected] from snapdeal and i recived a duplicate shampoo and i have returned the item . After that almost 20 days has been passed but I have not received the refund and there is no any update on the Snapdeal app. I tried to call to Snapdeal customer care but I received a computer generated answer it was not satisfactory. so i sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal. com today I received a call from Snapdeal they told me that the same product is sent back to the your original address but I requested them to refund me but they are not agree on this issue when I requested to transfer the call to the senior they keep the call on hold and after few minutes the same person told me that the senior will call you back within 2 hours but still I have not received any call.

        My item "pinky pari green rayon asymmetrical hemline kurti (Size: xl)" was small in size and requested for return on 27th october 2018. (Order id: [protected]) the pickup is failed two times. Please note that the courier company not coming to the given address for picking up. Only asking to come to the nearest town and if failed to reach on time, they are making status as failed. It was time killing for us. We feel very bad. Finally the courier company make a return form send to the address given by snap deal on 20th november 2018. (Refer attached photo). Then the refund is not initiated till now.

          Ordered a huda liquid matte (Piece of 16) and it’s fake and it’s like paint. Very duplicate. Requested for return and it’s been one month no one has picked it up or refunded. And the product is soo fake and it’s not safe to use on skin and also snapdeal called saying that it will pick it up by 48 hours thrice but not even once did i get somone to pick it up and refund it. Sorry to say but but this is nothing more than fraud. Total products are fake so bad very disappointed

After 2 days i have applied for return because it is not the good quality earphone my application is accepted but no one visit me to receive this and after some day my return request is cancelled.                 Ordered titan watchne2480sm02 analogue order no [protected] which came without manufacturing warranty as well belt was without titan mark and very low quality. Please send original watch from titan and not duplicate 2nd or 3rd copy watches. Also send warranty card from manufacturers on urgent basis. If snapdeal could not provide original product why these people sale things to fool customer. I mail on snapdeal where they reply to refund, no problem solution

Delivery as 24 nov.2018 - 28 nov.2018 and the status as closed instead of delivered on 25 nov 2018, how you edit the mode of delivery is the wonder you make to me.                     I ordered shampoo and a conditioner from snap deal and it was a fake one because i've been using that shampoo for the past 4-5 years and i can guarantee that it was a fake product. The product quality was pathetic and when i requested to return the product there was no response from their end. Extremely disappointed!!! : (
                    Called their customer service several times but got absolutely no help.

                      I had ordered mi band hrx edition from snapdeal.
                      On return from overseas on 27 nov 2018 i opened the delivered package & to my horror, found a fake m2 band delivered. Snapdeal website not showing option to return. My complaint email to snapdeal helpline fell on insensitive ears as i got a reply - the band can't be returned & instead i was offered meager rs 50 discount code for future shopping! After sustained repeated efforts to contact snapdeal, finally i got an email & call from snapdeal customer care executive mursaleen (Employee id 5508) demanding a written denial from mi service centre that m2 band delivered by snapdeal is fake. I tried my best to explain to mursaleen that the demand of written denial from mi is outright absurd and it's like snapdeal delivering a bullock cart against the paid order of an xuv and now demanding mahindra to give in writing that the bullock cart delivered by snapdeal is not mahindra's xuv!!!
                      But once again, my concern fell on the deaf ears of snapdeal executive mursaleen.

                      However unlike snapdeal, mi service centre was helpful and they have given in writing that the m2 band delivered by snapdeal is duplicate.

                      You are requested to instruct snapdeal to deliver genuine mi band hrx edition to me without more harrassment of consumers like me for absurd reasons.

                        I lodge a complain yesterday regarding the non delivery of order id [protected] (Item 3), touch screen electric transparent calculator is not delivered till date but in my order history it was delivered on 25th november 2018. It is a false statement you made to me and make me fool. My extreme wonder is that you are keeping mum giving no responses via my mail id or my contact no. Once again i request i to intimate the name of the courier, name of the person who delivered. If no more response is shown, the bond of being a regular customer will be broken and no more rejoin again. This is your acute nature to don't resolve thousand of complains and making every customers to the maximum degree of eagerness. Awaiting your good response in an early date.

                            Respected sir,
                            On november 1, 2018, i place order no.[protected] for casio edifice ex306leather analog men watch for rs.1799/- at snapdeal which i received on 12th november 2018. However, the product was not found genuine. Therefore it was returned back. My refund request was approved on 21 november 2018 at 04:08 p. M and refund was initiated on same day at 4:20 p. M.

                            As no refund was credited within four days, i approached snapdeal through mail communication and i was asked to provide neft account details which were suitably conveyed but no response was received thereafter. On 01.12.2018 at 01:31 pm i received a call (Conversation recorded in my phone) from snapdeal executive who expressed his inability to affored credit to my account number, therefore he sought alternate account number which too was provided but again no refund has still been afforded to my account number.

                            Now i am receivng missed phone calls on my cell number from snapdeal. I also receive blank mails communication from snapdeal who are not refunding my money.

                            Though i have already lodged complaint against snapdeal through consumer complaints against said order which was referred to snapdeal but still no refund provided to any of my account by the snapdeal.

                              I have ordered watch on snapdeal and it was defective, so i cancelled it. After that they received the item. But they have not refunded the money.

                              We ordered a jacket which after delivery was unfit in size.Then we replaced it...But after 2 days they are saying replacement is not available we will return your money but we want alternative of having another jacket in same amount.

                                I had purchased (Online) a vegetable slicer from snapdeal which was delivered on 26/11/2018. After opening the package i found the item in a damaged condition and immediately applied for return of the item. Although, snapdeal acknowledged my return request, no one came to collect the item as on date. After repeated request, they are assuring me that the item will be picked up in next 48 hours from 28/11/2018 onwards. Till this day (More than 5 days) the 48 hours is yet to reach. I have received multiple emails ([protected]@rediffmail.com) from snapdeal that my item will be picked up but till 3/12/2018 no one came to pick up. I request you to take appropriate step so that snapdeal compensates me for their fraudulent act.

                                    Order id [protected] (Item 3) touch screen electronic transparent calculator is not delivered till date but in my order history it was delivered on 25th november 2018. Please let me know the name of the courier and the name of person who delivered. It is a challenge to me and i lost all my beleive let the legal procedure may answer my eagerness. Its not for first time such an unwanted matter have been so frequent from your side.

                                      This issue has passed 10 days, but so far 24 to 48 hours have not been completed on your part. I want to know from you the last time that these 48 hours will be fulfilled. Now i am very worried i am very much i can not wait much more. I want to tell you that i had canceled this product shortly after the order i had ordered this product for which i have you also had an email to do so and the response came from you. We have canceled it on your behalf. If a phone calls for delievery, you can refuse to get your refund initiate within 48 hours. But nothing has happened so far. You can not sell a product forcefully for any customer. You try to call many times but the call does not connect, only your ivr are always heard. You are requested to call the no-[protected] number if i would have known that you do not buy a customer in this way, i never orders a snapdeal site for the last time that i request you to refund my i again i want to remind you that 10 days have passed but your 48 hours have not been completed i also have a cancalltion reference number[protected]
