      I received an empty package which was supposed to have the products i had ordered. I tried to reach out to customer care no. Where it was continuously attended by the automated voice, and finally ended up in a dead end. Except for the automated email generated with the reference no. Nothing has been communicated to me as of now. I am expecting snapdeal to resolve my issue asap.

        Received defective and short qty of material and when i had requested to return and refund the product. Then they had send a mail to me that "we are unable to pick up your product" please send us the product by yourself and we'll reimbursed the courier charge. After that i sent the product by trackon courier at given address

        Vulcan express, khasra no. 26//13, 14, 15, 16/1, 17/1, 18/1, 27//11, revenue estate of

        Pin 122505" as mentioned on the return form and also pasted the return form on the package.

        This is a non profession company and it should be closed.

        Now, what should i do? Please advise.

          Suborder id: [protected] nike presto id light green womens running shoes.

          Above mentiond order was delivered but the size was small. So we sent it back for replacement.

          After sending for replacement we received above mentioned id. When we enquired about the delivery via snapdeal app it says the product has been delivered. But we didn't got any delivery of the product. More than 3 mails have been sent by us but still no response. How is it possible that we didn't receive our product and they close the case by updating that the product is delivered. Company is so irresponsible that they can't reply to even 1 mail out of 4-5 mails being sent. Customer care number doesn't work as most of the time our registered phone number is made invalid and no option for customer care representative. I think snapdeal has started scams thats why they are not sensible enoigh to revert back to any of our mails. If i don't get any response am sure that i will move to consumer redressal cell for my refund.

All time the courier service man telling come to their office and receive my product. If though i am order it cash on delivery and pay the cost for home delivery also. But they are continuously harassment me. If they are not giving my product to my home it will return to you. And that is your loss. I am ur regular coustomer. You lost my impresson infront of me.

              I didn't get the refund of the order returned.

I had raised the complaint in snapdeal help center three times, but they didn't noticed. They are cheating, the refund date was 8 nov. Till today i didn't get the refund. Snapdeal is cheating. I advice not to prefer snapdeal. They will cheat to you also....

                I ordered for bentag combo of hair dryer, hair, straightener, hair curler product 2 weeks back. Still I didn't received my product. I called the number which snapdeal help center messaged me to contact delivery person for any queries. But there is no proper respond from his and I had a bad experience of sexual harassment abusing misbehaving with me i completely pissed up and i am not able to cancel my order. So take my complaint very serious note.

                        We have received letter which says we have won 1 lakh rupees in cash. It has my name written in the blank, manually. There's a reference number at the top and a helpline number below. It also mentions do not call customer care regarding this because its only concerned with orders. Along with it is an additional scratch coupon which says we might win 10 lakh rupees if the code matches. All over the letters and coupons is the original snapdeal.com logo. How legit is this? Just for the sake of it we called the helpline number, where a lazy, ignorant man talked. First it rang busy, the second time to him, our voice wasn't audible. The third time, he answered very lazily that we have to sms the reference number, name and the code to the same number. We did and there's no response. Ugh.

                              I, subrata basak bought an indulekha oil from snapdeal but it was damaged, so i requested to refund my 427 rupees. The runner picked up my product but i couldn't get my refund though the company was showing refund status to me but had send an sms that the bank details (Ifsc:utbi0nmt147 account number:[protected] new manicktala branch) are incorrect and when i was asked to send again the result has come the same. Please do the just to refund my amount. Thank you.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have order mantra mfs100 bio metric machine by snapdeal and my order id is order id: [protected].in my snapdeal account showing this item is delivered on dated[protected] but unfortunately my ordered item is not delivered till now. They not provide us my id prof and my signature on delivered authority slip.

                                Very poor service provide by snapdeal courier partner. I am suffer a lot. Snapdeal harass me mentally or economical a lot. Please take necessary action.

                                  This is to bring in your kind notice that i feel that i have been cheated on snapdeal name and i want to highlight this issue to you, the whole scenario is as below:

                                  I ordered one nike black polyster lycra jogger (Order no [protected] model no 1. Nike black polyester lycra jogger (Color: black, size: m of amount 563 rs) on 22th october 2018 from snapdeal website which i got delivered on 26th october 2018 and when i opened the packet i found that the product is not the similar one which i ordered and that was of different brand so i placed the return request 26th october on the very same day and on 27 october some of the person came from snapdeal came to pickup the order at 11 am o clock and i handed over that product to him and said that you will get the confirmation message but from that day till today i have not received any message of pickup. When i inquired on the snapdeal customer care they have not confirmed anything satisfactory and now its 13th novmber 2018 but i have not heard anything about my product and refund. They didn't refund my amount

                                  So i request you to please look into the matter and help to close this issue

                                    I ordered two brass puja thalis from snapdeal but they delivered wrong & inferior quality items not even worth half of the price.
                                    After struggling with them for 15 days they finally picked up both the thalis but refunded just for one thali.
                                    They are lying that they have received just 1 thali.
                                    I followed up again & again for the refund of the 2nd thali but they have closed the case without any refund.

                                      I ordered beauty products of multiple brands like maybelline, lakme etc and very disappointed as all are fake. Also the invoice is not complete as seller has tear the bill to hide complete invoice no and the details. I have attached pictures of invoice and complete images of products in which it can be seen that products are fake.
                                      I want my money back.
