Received defective and short qty of material and when i had requested to return and refund the product. Then they had send a mail to me that "we are unable to pick up your product" please send us the product by yourself and we'll reimbursed the courier charge. After that i sent the product by trackon courier at given address

City gurgaon / state haryana
Pin 122505" as mentioned on the return form and also pasted the return form on the package.
This is a non profession company and it should be closed.
Now, what should i do? Please advise.
