    I don't receive my product. I am waiting for 3 days. But the delivery boy make me fool everday and he even not receive my call. He told me everyday that i will give u product but he did not deliver this. I want to deliver my order within few hours.. N plz take action against such stupid peoples who make fool people. The product has been received back by snapdeal and i was informed on 21.11.2018 that refund shall be credited to my account within 4 days but neither the product has been returned not the refund has been credited to my account number.

            Despite having provided all the NEFT details of my account twice as sought by you, refund has not been credited to my given account. Though, my order details shows that refund has been initiated on 21.11.2018 but till date no refund effected.

            Your Customer Executive gives me missed calls perhaps with an intent to usurp my money.

                Snapdeal is cheater, the costomer care not pick up call and sent damage and used product with different colour, if you said return but his delivery boy not coming home and always says he was busy other work and day after day same isuuse fase. After 7 days the replacement policy is end and my money westage for a rubbish and garbage product. I want case for this product in consumer court. I want my money return. And punsiment the courier service.

                  Good evening!
                  I placed my order on 18 september, 2018 and order id is [protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered on 25 november, 2018 but after few days i got a message that it will reach to me between 24-28 november.. And today again i got the message at 8:17 am for it to be delayed and at 11:55 i got a message that my product is delivered to me. Also the snapdeal app is showing it delivered but i haven't received any parcel yet, neither i got any call from courier service executive.. And now i am trying to contact snapdeal executive +91 [protected] but i am not able to as it isn't giving any option. I want snapdeal to contact me and provide me the solution to my problem.

                          I booked walnut and paid a sum of
                          rs. 568/_ but the same has not been received I got SMS your items will be delivered on 31 /08/ 2018 but on 26/08/18 I received phone call from delivery boy but I could not receive phone call. In few minutes later I called him he told me you are not received call hence items taken back.further he told me I will delivery on 02/09/18. On 2/9/18 I called him he told me check web site I told him as per web site parceldelivered on 26/08/18 but not received
                          I told him he asked me to submit the compliant to the sanp deal . The deliver boy mobile no is[protected]. There after I sent several emails mail to help line but getting reply stating check at nehbour.but date my paid parcel not received.help line only computer guidance no direct contact. I am fed-up with sanpdeal staf[censored]seless fellows

                            I have received a letter from snap deal on 26th nov 2018.

                            There was a covering letter from snap deal stating and declaration of lucky draw winner of rs. 100000 and also a scracth and win card along with other letter.

                            Today received a call from snap deal to sms my the bank account and ifsc code.

                            I want know the reality of the same and need to confirm whether the above mentioned details are correct.

                                Stove got blasted suddenly.

                                  Dear all,

                                  This is to bring to your concern that snapdeal is one of the most unprofessional seller support division that i am coming across.

                                  They are not reverting to mail nor offering any resolution where i'd already referred them the case id 08067334 which was resolved by them committing that no seller will overlap our catalog as brand protection was provided (We have their confirmation mail with us) and against the same, we had offered the affidavit and the tm certificate.

                                  However, though it is foolishness to ask the same details again and again which they are doing, hence we provided all the following details where some supcs are fraudulently without our concern being sold as counterfeit for the respective brand with tm no 3222074.

                                  1. Tm certificate by govt. Of india verifying that we are owners of the brand "yazdan".
                                  2. Affidavit as requested (Notarized)

                                    I ordered the earphone and received them on november 22nd. The quality of earphone was not good. I went for return/ replacement. I received a message on november 23 saying pickup today: hi shubham jod, your skullcandy inkd s2ik... Will be picked up today by singarapu sateesh babu: [protected]. Please keep it ready with all original packaging and tags. Track your return request on the snapdeal app - www.snpdl.in/jotnih3xb. but the agent never turned up to me. After calling several times he said he will come on saturday for the pick up. All of a sudden on monday i received another messege saying pickup update: hi shubham jod, our courier couldn't pick your skullcandy inkd s2ik... Due to incomplete address. Update the address at snpdl.in/joxp5z8ze. Please reply within next 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your return request. One small logic here is when you can deliver the product to correct person at correct address how can you say that the address is incomplete for pick up. When i call the same person to get the update he says he is not the person to pick up the delivery, he was harsh and used vulger language with the customer. There is no proper customer service by snapdeal. We can not contact the representative. When we call at +[protected] we only get options. I want to raise an escalation on the agent singarapu satheesh babu as his language was inappropriate and i want my product to be pickedup as early as possible.
