I had ordered for this product but as it was defective wanted to return it. I had started with the return process 20 days ago and have been sending mails to snapdeal and they are just saying saying they are processing it for the last 20 days and no action has been taken yet worst app ever won't buy anything ever from this app ever again snapdeal sucks.. Flipkart amazon are much better

I ordered -- adidas men flip flop slider A for Ab Exercise worth Rs 499 on date 28 November 2018 at approx. 01:30am and paid the amount by my debit card (ATM MAESTR card). After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on Snapdeal. This is really not good business practice from snapdeal that without any valid/detail reason they have denied to accept my return request.

If there would have any term and condition or limitation then they should have informed before placing order.

I will take this matter to social media and consumer forum if my product does not get returned.

Kindly arrange reverse pick up asap....

I have received a letter from snap deal on 26th nov 2018.

There was a covering letter from snap deal stating and declaration of lucky draw winner of rs. 100000 and also a scracth and win card along with other letter.

I received an empty package which was supposed to have the products i had ordered. I tried to reach out to customer care no.
