Dear sir,

I have order mantra mfs100 bio metric machine by snapdeal and my order id is order id: [protected].in my snapdeal account showing this item is delivered on dated[protected] but unfortunately my ordered item is not delivered till now. They not provide us my id prof and my signature on delivered authority slip.

Very poor service provide by snapdeal courier partner. I am suffer a lot. Snapdeal harass me mentally or economical a lot. Please take necessary action.

    Dear team,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that i feel that i have been cheated on snapdeal name and i want to highlight this issue to you, the whole scenario is as below:

    I ordered one nike black polyster lycra jogger (Order no [protected] model no 1. Nike black polyester lycra jogger (Color: black, size: m of amount 563 rs) on 22th october 2018 from snapdeal website which i got delivered on 26th october 2018 and when i opened the packet i found that the product is not the similar one which i ordered and that was of different brand so i placed the return request 26th october on the very same day and on 27 october some of the person came from snapdeal came to pickup the order at 11 am o clock and i handed over that product to him and said that you will get the confirmation message but from that day till today i have not received any message of pickup. When i inquired on the snapdeal customer care they have not confirmed anything satisfactory and now its 13th novmber 2018 but i have not heard anything about my product and refund. They didn't refund my amount

    So i request you to please look into the matter and help to close this issue

      I ordered two brass puja thalis from snapdeal but they delivered wrong & inferior quality items not even worth half of the price.
      After struggling with them for 15 days they finally picked up both the thalis but refunded just for one thali.
      They are lying that they have received just 1 thali.
      I followed up again & again for the refund of the 2nd thali but they have closed the case without any refund.

        I ordered beauty products of multiple brands like maybelline, lakme etc and very disappointed as all are fake. Also the invoice is not complete as seller has tear the bill to hide complete invoice no and the details. I have attached pictures of invoice and complete images of products in which it can be seen that products are fake.

            I have two items on order [protected]. one is already refunded. and another is Sub Order Id- [protected], Item is Woodland Import Black Leather Belt is very bad quality and not original item.So I return it on[protected] But till its showing RETURN REQUEST INITIATED. Where as another item o same order i have returned on 20th of Nov, is refund successfully.

            I have contacted many times to asking for the same, but i am unsuccessful.
            So Please do the need full as early as possible.

                  Hi I ordered an item no. [protected].by 20no By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
                  So I leave a message right after 5 min. of placing the order that pls. deliver my order on my new address but now when I am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.

                    I ordered woodland belt and it's quality was very bad so I returned it it is successfully picked up by agent but I didn't receive refund of 372 RS my order I'd is [protected] I want my refund immediately why ur cheating customers like this I will complaint about this in customer court we are trusting and giving your our money for our products blindly there is also no customer care service what is this why are you cheating and fooling customers like this please give my refund immediately and I am not getting any information about it what is this IAM trying to contact customer care but there is no response from them I am afraid to buy things on online stores so please take this complaint seriously and give my refund otherwise I will file this case in consumer court so please take it seriously

                      The invoice shows two headsets and my mother also paid for both but at the time of delivery we didn't checked it and after some hours when we opened the package there was only one headset. I would never ever again order from snapdeal such a worst experience and the delivery boy is not picking his phone. Customer support is pathetic. Such a waste company.                         I have ordered a casio analog brown leather watch sub order id - [protected] dated 7th nov 2018
                        It got delivered on 13th nov 2018
                        When i opened the parcel it has only the watch case. The watch was missing. I file a return/refund request. Fire they said your request is being initiated. I got a call from snapdeal asking about the condition of the parcel. Then a team of people visited my house examined the parsel. Then next day i got a mail from them saying that they won’t be able to refund my money. I want you to take strict action against the company and provide me with fair justice.

                          Today I got call from [protected] Mr. Rakesh called me saying I won Tata Safari worth of 12.8 lakhs or cash. He said I did online shopping in Snapdeal so I won the lottery contest and I need to submit my ID documents with cash of Rs 8500, he also told me to call the customer care # [protected], they also said the same.

                          Then I replied I didn't see any message or website saying that I won the prize of car worth Rs 12.8 lakhs, so they sent me SMS and below website saying that I won the prize.

                              I placed a order of miss rose lipstick on 13 september and it shown delivery date on 13-nov to 17 nov 2018. Ididnt get any details of courier or shipment details of product. I have tried to reached them many times but they dont have the customer care number also. I have sent the queries many times through their website for shipment and delivery details but i didnt get any response. This product have no option to cancel also so i waited for 2 months for delivery now i get the message on my mobile number and order update on snapdeal account that order has been delivered to me on 17th nov 2018. But i didn't get any product delivery on mention address or even no calls of courier services.
                              They have message me the link to track the courier but that link is not able to provide any details. This is the pathetic and worst service i ever had. Request you to resolve my complaint. I want my money back as soon as possible. And take action against snapdeal. Attaching the screenshot of order details and message that i received from snapdeal. Note i didn't get the item yet.

                              I am getting fake calls on the name of snapdeal, they are asking me for debit card number for transferring my amount. I didnt get any confirmation email from snapdeal team to short out my queries. i received one call of CUSTOMER CARE that is registered on true caller in the name of snapdeal and they told me there is a courier misplace issue by courier services so that they refund my amount in one week but i didnt get any written confirmation after the call. But 2 fake call also i received they are asking me for debit card number.
                              Below is the number that i received the call [protected] that is reported as spam registered name is atm Manager another one is [protected] his name was deepak but it is registered as spam on the name of rahul sharma. and they are telling apko apka paisa chahye ya nhi chahye agar chahye to apko details btana hoga. I never ever face such kind of process to refund the amount in any online company how can i share the details on unknown number.Request you to take some strict action against this ### company. They want me to cheat again.

                                On 9th Nov, 2018 I purchased 2 perfumes from snapdeal. Same perfume but a quantity of 2.

                                I received the order and when I checked there was only 1 perfume in the package. I expected maybe the second perfume will come later. But when I received the delivery successful message and mail, I saw both the perfumes where marked as delivered.

                                I wrote many mails to snapdeal and their auto response sucks. I call on their customer care number and there is no way to talk to customer support agent.

                                I Have Been Writing Multiple Times Please Call Me.
                                I Have Paid For both perfumes And they Delivered Only 1 Perfume. The Invoice That Was Attached To The Order Shows Qty As 2 But Inside The Box Only 1 Perfume Was Sent.

                                I requested call and no one calls me. How Can they Mark My Order As Delivered When they Dint Send My Complete Order.

                                I ordered for two straight kurti .Actually one item with quantity number two.But when i got my order there were only one.one kurti was missing.Eventhrough i paid for two kurti.I tried to contact customer care number but i can't talk to the agents.I sent lots of emails but didn't get much reply.

                                  I received a call from mobile no [protected] stating that i have won tata safari. To claim the prize i will have to deposit rs 8500 for paper work. Then when i asked them for a mail confirmation they said they don't send it over mail since they have informed over mail. Then i asked them if i need cash then he said for that the cheque will be issued from thailand they need my account detail

                                  Kindly help to stop such fraud's before hand

                                      I purchased a product from your website on 10th nov, asian multi-colour shoes, pack of 2, combo order id: [protected]

                                      Today, 19th november morning i got a call from an individual (+91-[protected]) claiming to be a company representative.
                                      He had my following personal details — name, address, phone number

                                      He went on to explaining how i have won a lucky draw and won a car and demanded identity proof and rs11500 to be deposited to company's managing director.
                                      I'm aware of such frauds and i disconnected his call along with flagging and blocking it.

                                      My question to your team is —
                                      1) why was my personal details released to fraudsters
                                      2) is this company "asian" a fraud one. If yes why is it listed on your website
                                      3) who is responsible for this data breach.
                                      4) what other details have been leaked. Are my credit card details, the one i used while purchasing, at risk?

                                      Unless i get a clear response from your team within 48 hrs, i will be filing a complaint against the mentioned comapny and snapdeal in the consumer court.
