I had ordered kinoki cleansing detox pads. The cover of the box says that the packet should contain 10 pads, but when opened found that there are only 5 pads in it. The outer box was opened and sealed with tape. I have paid rs. 255/- for the same. Either there has been some mistake while packing the product or otherwise the courier company has opened and taken 5 of them.

    I brought timex watch of 340 rs and i refund it due to bad lather quality. I refund it at 6 nov 2018 yet i did not i get my refund while snapdeal order status showing my refund will be initiated after 13 nov 2018 and it's 17 nov 2018. Snapdeal showing very worst customer care. Really it's very disappointing. I will not do any purchase again in snapdeal if snapdeal not refund my amount. Wrost purchasing site. I request please refund my amount.

        Instead of a pack of 2 bottles of edt, i recvd. A pack of 1 bottle. On complaining, a pick-up man was sent who refused taking it. After complaining repeatedly, a pick-up schedule is fixed and then a message comes saying, pick-up failed due to incomplete address which is ridiculous. The pick-up man is the same one who had delivered the incorrect product and has delivered me 2other items in the last month. Please take necessary action.

          I have sent complaint to sna[pdeal regarding my fast track watch delivered to me on 31.10.2018 that how much frustrated i was to know the quality of this product from my brother to whom i gifted it, he returned it to me back and i observed that it not even a second class product and
          Has very cheap machinery inside it
          Snapdeal persons firstly did not replied to my query & when i drop a email to them they answered that for return of product window is opened for 7 days only
          Which is not my complaint, i complaint for a duplicate product

                Sir 13Nov 2018 i received one letter with the information of[protected]Lacs) Prize money after scratch the card coupon and 100000Rs winning cash certificate be there with this letter.According to their advice i send my scratch coupon code to Help line of Snapdeal number.After that one person was continuesily contacting me since morning till evening for insisting me and guiding me to deposite the money with the account of Mr bhou sahib shivdasani in SBI account, I send 11000, rs+22000rs+55000rs total for GST and service charges.And he gave me full confidence that this prize amount will be transfered to my given account number on 15Nov 2018.After 8pm he said that my bank is not responding this time, so it will be done tommorow morning deffinately.But next day he send me an another msg that now i have to pay 5%Media fees of STAR T V coverage.But i have denied to do so.Because in my letter they mention only for GST and Service charges only.And now he is making fun to cut ny call and also misbehaving me.He said if you are not interested to take this Prize, you can give in writting and also deposite the other 15000Rs for the refund of my given money back.So please enquire about it.That what type of Prize was this.Why you people harrase the customer unnecesarily.We dont want this type of award, where fraud is involved.I want my full amount of 88000Rs back, if you are not able to send me my Prize Money.Please reply my letter soon.I am waiting for it.

                      It does not carry original markings.

                      Request immediate return.

                      Please refer the attached photograph.
                      The "japan movement" marking is missing at the base of the inner dial.
                      Its a fake product. Kindly discourage this practice as its a serious malpractice.
                      I request immediate solution.

                      Selling counterfeit products is an offence.
                      7 day return policy is subjected to authentic products. How can there be any policy for counterfeit products.

                      I am afraid, i will have to escalate the matter in this case.

                          Hi this girish.. I got a letter from snapdeal prize department 14/11/2018. That you have won 100000... Plus scratch coupon..in that scratch coupon 1000000. Prize money was their... And i got the call from the department person... To claim this amount 9500.. So i paid... They told i will credit in 2 min still not tranfred.. And again i got the call.. The told make process fees, noc fees, other fees... Etc.. I paid totally 84300. Rupees. And i got the sms like 1100000 as been transfred... Now again i got the call from bank manager to claim the amount.. Make gst your a/cxxxxxxxxxxxx4542. Transfer with credit inr 11, 00, 000.00 07:42:05 pm[protected].                             I have ordered professional series shampoo and hair mask from snapdeal. What i recieved was an absolutely fake one. All the writings where tampered the bottle itself was of poor quality. And gues what when i contacted the loreal india customer care... They dont deliver it through any of online sites as it is a professional series!!!
                            Snapdeal has been fooling around all those people, even those who havent ordered these product, by putting this item up on their website!!!

                                I did a prepaid order of a watch on 5 november 2018 on snapdeal and they mentioned that they will deliver my product till 10- 12 november 2018, from 10th november till today they are just making me fool & not delivering my product, i have sent many mails to their customer care even higher authorities but they just ignored my issues & just gave me excuse to deliver my product soon, today is 10th day of order my product & they dont have any exact answer where is my product right now, i have talked with more than 20 people from snapdeal but everyone is giving me excuse, they are unable to deliver my product till now, when i cancelled my order than they called to do re attempt of my order but they always mentioned the wrong status on their website,
                                I have a very humble request to everyone that if you want to save your money & time than never buy anything from snapdeal because they make fool to their customers.
                                I am sharing my personal experience with snapdeal, they cheated with me.

                                  Never created account. receive emails daily. Some person named Preet in India has used my email to create account. Snapdeal Help of no use. They say they cannot remove account. They repeatably try to call me on Preets Phone # which they say isn't being answered. Even after giving them my phone number repeatably.

                                  Same case which are updated above i got post latter by saying that i was selected as a winner i will get 1l+ 11 larks total 12 larks i will get. For this i have to send 11 k to his account no [protected], IFSC CODE SBIN0002037, PAN NUMBER BGMPA4484P, NAME -ASHOK ROY. This is clearly telling that this snapdeal is totaly doing fraud to over country. They mention their address is SNAPDEAL PVT.LTD. NALINI RANJAN AVENUE, BASANTALAL SAHA ROAD, NEW ALIPORE, KOLKATA-700053. I will put your company fraud to the news paper .

Its not a snapdeal customer care number unexepted my wife given my account number and IFSC code only . Then i transfered all amount to another one account and i disabled card temporally.

                                    If you are listening.
                                    I have been calling and mailing snapdeal just for a mere request of return.
                                    The reason for return
                                    * i received a fake fossil watch or you may say copy of orignal.
                                    * the price was 12k but in diwali discount season it was 6k
                                    * basically i paid 6k for a copy.
                                    * it was delivered in a plastic box with no warranty card.
                                    Issue faced
                                    * i requested for a return from the app.
                                    * the date for pick up was 4 nov but till date i have no update on same.
                                    * if you call the customer care it gives you all option except talking to the execute.
                                    * every day i get msg out for pick up and within 2 mins i get next msg pick up failed.
                                    * since past 6-7 days i have been mailing snapdeal to arrange for pick or atleast a call from execute.
                                    * i get the same auto generated reply to mail.
                                    * i am stuck with a fake watch.
                                    Amazon and flipkart are way better in all their services was a biggest mistake to make a purchase from snapdeal

                                      The watch that i got was accompanied by a blank warranty card with no serial number which is required to register the product on casio's site online. I contacted snapdeal and the seller too and there is no revert from either of them. This is not expected from a company like snapdeal, i put them a message on twitter too but to no avail. I initially asked them to take the product back and then later decided not to as i thought of giving them a benefit of doubt and asked them to resolve the warranty issue but there is no response received. I am highly disappointed. This is a fake watch and the warranty card is blank and hence does not let me register my product...
