I have ordered 2 lipsticks from snapdeal with order id [protected]. 1 lipstick with suborder id [protected] which was shipped through blue dart courier services, status showed delivered but that was not received by me neither my office mates, neighbours and family members. I have a serious issue with my payment. I have waited a long time for my order and after 10 days i got the message that ur order was cancelled. Very disappointing! But the problem is that bank blocked my debit card through i have paid for my order nd u have initiated the refund process. Altough i sent a lots of message about my card issuence, but u people are not listening. Take the initiative and i vl specify my new card details

Hi this girish.. I got a letter from snapdeal prize department 14/11/2018. That you have won 100000... Plus scratch coupon..in that scratch coupon 1000000. Prize money was their... And i got the call from the department person... To claim this amount 9500.. So i paid... They told i will credit in 2 min still not tranfred.. And again i got the call.. I did a prepaid order of a watch on 5 november 2018 on snapdeal and they mentioned that they will deliver my product till 10- 12 november 2018, from 10th november till today they are just making me fool & not delivering my product, i have sent many mails to their customer care even higher authorities but they just ignored my issues & just gave me excuse to deliver my product soon, today is 10th day of order my product & they dont have any...

Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. * i received a fake fossil watch or you may say copy of orignal.
* the price was 12k but in diwali discount season it was 6k
* basically i paid 6k for a copy.
* it was delivered in a plastic box with no warranty card.

I contacted snapdeal and the seller too and there is no revert from either of them. This is not expected from a company like snapdeal, i put them a message on twitter too but to no avail. Hi, my name is Hari and this is mail is to notify that on my process of ordering an item on 13.11.2018, my transaction was cancelled but the payment was deducted from my SBI account. Kindly take this complaint and resolve this situation.
