Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number.

Never created account. receive emails daily. Some person named Preet in India has used my email to create account. Snapdeal Help of no use. They say they cannot remove account. They repeatably try to call me on Preets Phone # which they say isn't being answered. Even after giving them my phone number repeatably.

Same case which are updated above i got post latter by saying that i was selected as a winner i will get 1l+ 11 larks total 12 larks i will get. This is clearly telling that this snapdeal is totaly doing fraud to over country. They mention their address is SNAPDEAL PVT.LTD. NALINI RANJAN AVENUE, BASANTALAL SAHA ROAD, NEW ALIPORE, KOLKATA-700053. I will put your company fraud to the news paper .

Its not a snapdeal customer care number unexepted my wife given my account number and IFSC code only . Then i transfered all amount to another one account and i disabled card temporally.
I given account number and IFSC code only.Its any problem.It is fraud advice please ?

    If you are listening.
    I have been calling and mailing snapdeal just for a mere request of return.
    The reason for return
    * i received a fake fossil watch or you may say copy of orignal.
    * the price was 12k but in diwali discount season it was 6k
    * basically i paid 6k for a copy.
    * it was delivered in a plastic box with no warranty card.
    Issue faced
    * i requested for a return from the app.
    * the date for pick up was 4 nov but till date i have no update on same.
    * if you call the customer care it gives you all option except talking to the execute.
    * every day i get msg out for pick up and within 2 mins i get next msg pick up failed.
    * since past 6-7 days i have been mailing snapdeal to arrange for pick or atleast a call from execute.
    * i get the same auto generated reply to mail.
    * i am stuck with a fake watch.
    Amazon and flipkart are way better in all their services was a biggest mistake to make a purchase from snapdeal
    If someone is listening please arrange and pick up for my product

      The watch that i got was accompanied by a blank warranty card with no serial number which is required to register the product on casio's site online. I contacted snapdeal and the seller too and there is no revert from either of them. This is not expected from a company like snapdeal, i put them a message on twitter too but to no avail. I initially asked them to take the product back and then later decided not to as i thought of giving them a benefit of doubt and asked them to resolve the warranty issue but there is no response received. I am highly disappointed. This is a fake watch and the warranty card is blank and hence does not let me register my product...

          I placed an order on 7 september it was an international product so it was supposed to deliver on 12 november, but it never got delivered to me neither i received a call or SMS from delivery boy and on order status it says 'delivered' snapdeal customer service is very poor i tried contacting them several times but snapdeal is not responding at all to my problem. I even tried cancel the order but it cannot be canceled because it's a international product which is fine to me but snapdeal should have atleast deliver my order or contact me after reporting about my order.

              Hi, my name is Hari and this is mail is to notify that on my process of ordering an item on 13.11.2018, my transaction was cancelled but the payment was deducted from my SBI account. Kindly take this complaint and resolve this situation.
              An amount of 2549 was deducted from my account on POS [protected].
              Txn # 568960.
              I have attached an screenshot of the payment that was deducted from my account for the same order. I’ve been tried all ways of contacting your customer executive but your customer care doesn’t have a option of such problems .
              This is my humble request to work on immediate return of the amount deducted from my account as it’s been over 14 hours to this problem and I haven’t received a single intimation from your company. I’m sure my ratings matter to your company. Don’t force me to give you poor ratings.

                  Hello,

                  Why are you not picking my return item?
                  Courier person never visited my place but i received sms saying attempted for pick up was unsuccessful.

                  Details of pick up person received in sms. Venkatesh.: [protected].
                  I want to register complaint against him for updating false status.

                  This is second time courier person denied his duty. I don't want this product. Please, pick it up and refund my money.

                  I had requested to return order
                  [protected] earlier on 8th november.

                  Reason to return is :
                  1. Item in picture is pack of 3 shrugs but delivered only pack of 2 shrugs.
                  2. Item in picture is full sleeves but delivered item is sleeveless.

                  Courier personvenkatesh.: [protected] visited today, i. E., 10th november morning 11:30am but denied to pick up the item. He says, incorrect return reason is selected by me.

                  I had selected reason as 'delivered different item' but he says i should have selected 'delivered lost item'. Hence, he denied to collect returned item.

                  So, i have rescheduled the return request again today 10th november. However, i couldn't find an option to edit return reason for me.

                  I don't want this product. Please, collect it and refund my money.

                  I have not heard anything till now.

                  Order received on 4th Nov.
                  Order requested for return on 8th Nov.

                  Courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] denied to pick up return item and said incorrect reason selected by me and asked me to send mail to snapdeal.

                  I rescheduled pick up and also sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com with details since i had no option to edit return reason. I received no reply for my mail. Also, courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] never visited my place on 12th Nov to pick up return item but updated false statement saying attempt was unsuccessful.

                  I again rescheduled pick up and again sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com but no reply for any of my mails. Also, again courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] never visited my place on 14th Nov to pick up return item but updated flase statement saying customer wants to keep the item.

                  I again rescheduled pick up and sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. Next pick up date is given as 17th Nov.

                  Please, sort this for me.
                  I am requesting to pick up the item and refund my money. I don't want this product.

                    I purchased a fastrack women watch model no NG6078SM06C but no tags in the packet. the quality is very much poor.the warranty card is poor quality. So i return this fake item and i want to refund.pickup is successful.then i get a msg from snapdeal the refund will be provided with in 2 days.the date refund is given in the snapdeal web site with in 12Nov. But till now the refund amount are not cradit in my Account.and no new update in campany web site.your company is provide me 3rd class customer service.                       Dear mr. Rohit bansal / mr. Kunal bahl,

                      I am writing from ahmedabad city, to escalate my troublesome shopping experience with snapdeal.

                      At the backdrop of a lot of good feedback that i received from my colleagues, i recently signed up on snapdeal and made three purchases. Little did i know that i would regret this so dearly.

                      Having paid a premium price for all the products that i purchased, any shopper would expect certain quality standards to have been maintained. The concerned items in my case are premium brand items pertaining to sports brand nike, but the items received by me are extremely shabby and in poor taste. Worse, i am not even getting any response from your customer care team. Tried calling the snapdeal customer support helpline, but inevitably there is no option to speak to the support officer. It’s just like the programmed responses from the automated teller and there is no resolution whatsoever to the actual concern of a customer. I have even wrote emails to the customer support team. Much to my disappointment, the response has been casual and dismal to say the least.

                      Now that i wish to return these orders, simply because i did not like the product in terms of the quality. The return request for this order have been placed since 03rd november, however even after almost 10 days, there has been no attempt to reverse pickup the item. Infact, just consider the audacity of snapdeal team, all the concerned return requests were automatically closed without looping in the customer. Shocking!!

                      Tens of times i have tried contacting your customer care via email, facebook page as well as customer care number. However, all my requests are falling on deaf ears and all i am getting is fake assurances one after another from your customer care team. The products are still lying at my end and my money has gone for a toss. Infact, they have not been used even once. As a matter of fact, even the packaging, the labels & stickers - everything remains undetached. Is this the kind of service i derserve for having put faith in snapdeal?

                      Also, please go through the trailing mail chain where i have sent emails to snapdeal team but have not received any concrete response. Also attaching screenshots of my conversation with the facebook customer support team (Mr avi from facebook support team)

                      Kindly look into the matter urgently and help me resolve my concerns. I am a management student, have completed my masters from one of the most reputed b-schools of the country. Hence i respect entrepreneurs and the startup culture. Mr. Rohit / mr. Kunal, i hold you in very high regards. However, if things don’t move from here, i shall be left with no option but to seek legal action against snapdeal.

                        I am a seller on snapdeal. I sold many products on snapdeal. But, did not get any payment from snapdeal. No response from them. Snapdeal did not only fooling the buyers, also they are fooling the sellers as well. I get a so much loss of money and my hard work to deliver products to buyers. Snapdeal gets a wonderful profit from it. But, i did not get anything else i get a huge loss. Please take a severe action against them. My seller id - s98677 company name - aman electricals and spare centre. Please don't buy and sell anything on snapdeal.

                              Placed an order on 02-Nov-2018 @snapdeal. Order supposed to be delivered on 08-Nov-2018. But without attempting delivery they updated as delivery failed and pushed delivery date to 12-Nov-2018. Now suddenly status changed as delivered but haven't received the product yet. Snapdeal customer care is not reachable there is no resolution provided. Reached Snapdeal customer they are asking for more time just to look into the issue not sure they will deliver the product. No calls were made about delivery eventhough have constantly called Snapdeal to check the delivery status. Now suddenly updating status as delivered seems like they are doing this to cheat customers and commit fraud.

                                I have ordered a product a month from now and till date no response from the courier company or snapdeal this kind of negligence is intolerable my suggestion to all the consumer that they provide a fake date and also to mention that so lady called me from a call center stating that i am gonna receive the product on 4 of november and also i got a message from snapdeal that a man got my package will deliver the product his number is out of service till date.. The whole thing is a scam beware people before you buy any product. This is very shameful for the company reputation...

                                  With respect to the order id: [protected] with reference number: 51317549. I have order a nike track pant in snapdeal but i received a fake product. So hence i raised a return request for the same and it was approved, but the return has still not been picked up. It hasn't even been initialised. It's been more than 12 days. This is not the type of service i was expecting from snapdeal. I was tired of contacting them and hearing the fake promises. Please schedule the pickup and give me the tracking number. Paytm/amazon are picking up the product in my area the very next day. I am very sure that the issue is with snapdeal.

                                    Snapdeal is showcasing casio gshock watches at 78-80% off. I saw a gshock watch worth 12990 bucks showcased at ₹1695.
                                    I have ordered that and will report an f. I. R as snapdeal.com says that all products are authentic and 100% genuine.
                                    It will be arriving between 18 nov to 20 nov 2018.
                                    How can you give 80% off on casio gshock and that too being 100% genuine and authentic.
                                    Needless to say that you don't have genuine vendors and i think you dont care about the consumers that's why you don't do a thorough checkup with whom you are working.
