Updated by pree.ch20 I have not heard anything till now.
Order received on 4th Nov.
Order requested for return on 8th Nov.
Courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] denied to pick up return item and said incorrect reason selected by me and asked me to send mail to snapdeal.
I rescheduled pick up and also sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com with details since i had no option to edit return reason. I received no reply for my mail. Also, courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] never visited my place on 12th Nov to pick up return item but updated false statement saying attempt was unsuccessful.
I again rescheduled pick up and again sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com but no reply for any of my mails. Also, again courier person Venkatesh .: [protected] never visited my place on 14th Nov to pick up return item but updated flase statement saying customer wants to keep the item.
I again rescheduled pick up and sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. Next pick up date is given as 17th Nov.
Please, sort this for me.
I am requesting to pick up the item and refund my money. I don't want this product.
I had requested to return order
[protected] on 8th November.
Reason to return is :
1. Item in picture is pack of 3 shrugs but delivered only pack of 2 shrugs.
2. Item in picture is full sleeves but delivered item is sleeveless.
when I get my product (Shoe) or amount.
