I have purchased goods online from snapdeal.com on dt.11/10/2018.
I received different item from what i have ordered. i have returned it and ask for refund.
they agreed for refund and told me that they have refunded money on25/10/2018 and money will be credited with in 10 working days.
However money still not credited in my account.
I have contacted to snapdeal about delay, they just say that they have credited money in my account but my bank didn't worked on it, and money was not credited due to lapses from my bank(SBI), it sounds completely weird.
they also suggest me to raise complain against bank and didn't provide me satisfactory answer.
if they have credited money, then they should ask by them self to bank abut not credited money onto customers account.
all refund procedure is done by snapdeal, not by me. they should refund my money as soon as possible.

          I had ordered a Nike Airmax Shoes (https://www.snapdeal.com/product/nike-airmax-2017-running-shoes/[protected] under the order ID - [protected]. On receiving the product on 23rd October, 2018, I found that the product was fake and initiated the return process. On 24th October, the item was picked and on 26th October I received a mail from snapdeal as follows :

          "We have already issued a refund for your item to your card/bank account on 26/10/2018 and you will receive refund in your account within 7-10 business days. We had also shared the reference number 74056638300829976925226 as a confirmation of this transaction. "

          However, to this day, I haven't received the refund in my account. This is pathetic, is Snapdeal waiting for me to forget about the amount so that it can loot hard earned money of people? We are living in a technological age where transactions hardly take a few seconds, and still here I am waiting for a refund since more than 18 days. A snail carrying a money order would have reached faster.

          Such instances break the trust of customers. I urge people never to shop from Snapdeal who claim for easy return policy but in fact have the worst possibble system in place.

          I have contacted the snapdeal customer care multiple times through their website but everytime I receive the same automated reply that refund has been processed. I even tried to call their customer care number[protected] but alas, there is no option to speak to a human. Pathetic !!

            I have placed an order (Sahani unisex hot shapers belt) on 30th of october.
            On 6th of november in the order tracking section it shows that the courier is "out to deliver" my order in the morning
            I waited the whole day but the courier haven't contacted me or called/messaged me regarding the delivery of my order
            At evening, the current tracking section shows that"your item is delivered".. I was shocked to see this type of fraud for the first time.
            I e-mailed the snapdeal customer service for such nonsense being done with me but they have said to check whether the delivery boy has delivered my parcel to my neighbors/friends... How can a delivery boy deliver my order to someone else without consulting with me... So i told snapdeal to show me the proof of delivery (Pod) that is the delivery id and they said to wait for the next 6 days more, as they are working on my complaint
            But nothing happened since last 10 days.. They aren't doing anything. They just want to exit-up the returning days.. Thats all
            If they are unable to solve my query then please provide me
            With a refund of my order otherwise solve my query..

                Snapdeal team,
                I ordered two items on your website. It's almost 10 days, but i didn't received my products. Out of two one product dispatch and delivery cancelled by you and another product didn't delivered yet. You are sending wrong dispatch, delivery messages to cover your faulty/lazy service.

                To be frank your selling and delivery services are poor. The provided helpline number is a nonsense, and no use.

                Now i regretted for ordering products on your website. I have to slap myself for choosing snapdeal.

                Amazon is best and flipkart is better. On amazon, i can contact customer care executive at anytime. Just a call request message is enough, amazon immediately makes return call and they resolve the issue very quick.

                My sincere advice to you that try to provide fast and transparent services else better to stop online business.

                    Order id-[protected] delivered by snapdeal contains all fake and duplicate products of lakme and mayebelline. I've purchased lakme iconic kajal and mayebelline colossal kajal from snapdeal on 18th october, 2018 but soon i've discovered that all those products are fake. Snapdeal supports all fake product dealer and it never takes any legal action against those seller, who is selling duplicate products, by using reputed brands or company's name. I've kept all those fake product, so that by showing those product to other i can suggest them, not to purchase anything from snapdeal. And in future i'll never purchase anything from snapdeal, as it sells duplicate product, by using reputed company's name...

L've purchased lakme iconic kajal and mayebelline colossal kajal but soon discovered that all those are fake product.. That's why i'll never purchase anything from snapdeal in future. As it sells all duplicate product. I've kept all fake product so that by showing those to other i can suggest them, not to purchase anything from snap deal. It is not good app for purchasing anything. It is supporting all fake item seller. And snapdeal doesn't take any legal action against those seller, who is manufacturing all duplicate product and sells it under reputed brand...

                        Hello, i have placed an order for 'prestige omega granite byk (Set of 4 with milk pan) on 3rd nov.
                        On receiving the product, one item was missing and the pan was scratched. I filed the return conplaint. I had to send the product as they denied return pickup from my address. I sent the courier receipt and tracking id as well on 5 nov. Since i have been getting misleading emails and notifications from the app that return pickup will be done and they have not gotten my product but on website of courier service, it is shown that product has been delivered. I am trying to talk to customer executive but can not because their website only answers through computer genrated voice.

                            I ordered a product on snapdeal and received a defective product. I claimed for return and refund. The website states that refunded has been successfully initiated and the status is refunded
                            But no amount has been credited to my bank account yet. The refund was initiated on 10th november but i havent recieved it. Iwould like to get my refund amount as soon as possible.

                              I ordered the above product on 4 october. It was delivered on 12 october but i found it damaged and returned and refunded16 october. I returned it to snapdeal. It was refunded from darul uloom illahiya. Shah faisal colony soura. I recieved a sms quickly that money will be refunded within 3daysn.. Order no.[protected].

                                  Hi team,
                                  I ordered casio efr-539l wrist watch from snapdeal on 23rd oct 2018. Order id: [protected] and it's delivered on 2nd nov 2018.
                                  When i open them box and check the product that is fake and duplicate. I immediately submitted for return. But till the time i am receiving massage in mobile for pickup scheduled for today courier person will collect the product and in that massage no courier person mobile number available and i also mark a lot of email to snapdeal [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. There is no reaponse.
                                  I would request please help on this to fix the problem.

                                      I ordered three shoes from snapdeal on 4/11/18 and received them on 10/11/18 and i raised a return request on 11/11/18. None of them fit me properly, i raised a return request immediately the next day, first my request was accepted and then after a day i receive a email from them saying we deny your return request because we found some transactions in your account that do not pass our internal checks, what does that even mean? I have gone through all the return policies of snapdeal and my order is absolutely entitled for a refund. Where snapdeal even refuses to respond and moreover their customer care is impossible to deal with, they dont even connect to customer care executive..                                         I have ordered two combos of men's perfumes. Each combo is supposed to have a deodorant and a perfume. But i have only received the perfumes and both the deodorants are missing. I have tried to contact and have also requested for a refund. But there has been no pickup yet. I am extremely disatisfied with the products and the return options available.

                                        I have two sets of combos missing an item each and only one of them is going to get picker up today. Plz see this matter urgently and arrange for the other one to be picked up as well.
