Dear sir,
I have ordered nike shoes from snapdeal and make an online payment of rs2135/-.
It took almost 25days and they failed to deliver me the product so i cancelled the order. They mention your refund will be credited in your account in 7-10 days but still after 17 day since cancellation i haven't received my money back.
I should i do now.

    I order a fastrack watch and got delivered on 25th october.. But i was not satisfy by the quality so i placed a return request and return it on 1 nov... I got a message of confirmation that i will get refund by 9 nov.. But i don't receive any receive as the product didn't reach the warehouse... I mail them but no response from them.. How much time it will more take...

      The titan tagged watch i received is fake. I didn't get any manufacturer warranty card as in the details. From the authorized dealers i came to know about this. I want my cash back or any exchange with this. Packing was not good and not original. Qr code was of different site when i scanned it. Product code was different in the tag. Weight of the watch is very low. The overall quality is very bad.

        I have purchased samsung galaxy j2 battery with suborder id-[protected] at the time of purchase description was for 1 year warranty but now it is changed to 3 months on website. With in 1 month it started draining fastly and now after 3 months it is almost dead and not working.
        I reached samsung service centre and they confirmed that battery is fake and not original samsung product. The site is still selling it as a genuine product. I sent my concern to helpdesk and they refused to provide any resolution. I am cheated by snapdeal with fake product even all tags and prints are like original brand. Really very disappointed. I sent e - mails to company but they are considering the present description of product and refusing to hear me by telling it out of warranty rather than questioning the vendor. Nobody is answering me why i am sold a fake product???

        My complaint is not resolved but snapdeal marked it resolved even no one contact me single time for the cheating made by company.no any hearing .cheater and the fake product and people who are marked it resolved without any effort on their part.

          I was order of Joola Eagle Carbon Table Tennis Blade on 29/10/2018. 1st time trasaction failed but money deducted my account Rs 3693/- . Again i did order placed in that time again amount deducted Rs 3693/-. Now multiple deduction of amount kindly revert back money.

            I have been getting promotional emails from snapdeal. Although i clearly remember that i had not subscribed to get the newsletter or promotional mails. Even after repeated mails their customer care insits that i click the link provided in the mail to unsubscribe. I have tried doing that already it does not work. As soon as you click on the link it shows error 404.
            How unprofessional can you people be? How much time does it take for you to simply go and delete the person from your mailing list? Please remove me from it, i am not interested in your offers.

                I've mailed you earlier four time regarding to above mentioned order no [protected] (Rico sordi rsd7-wsg mens;s watch) and order no.: [protected] fastrack 3039sm02ck metal analog mens watch). But i've not got any positive responce.
                I was placed my order on 30 oct 2018, and it was sowing it'll by deliver 03, nov 2018. After that i was sowing it'll be deliver on 08, nov 2018, but until i have not received my product. If you're not able to give good services, then shut down your company rascal.
                Your courier services is not so good, there is no contact to talk you customer care executive. Ther is no positive response of mail. What the hell is that? Not provided courier company name, not tracking id.
                If you will not give positive resonance, the i'll case on you in consumer court. I am telling you last time, remove this kind of bias other you'll going to pay for this...

                    I had ordered moto g turbo edition from snapdeal on 15 october 2016 order id -[protected] suborder id: [protected] [ticket id: 33464138]. Prepaid order which i received on 21st october, on unboxing the package i found that the mobile phone box sealed was tempered and it was opened, when i opened the box mobile handset was missing from the box, i immediately lodged an complaint regarding the same by calling snapdeal customer care, an i was given false assurances that my problem will be resolved and i will receive a call from snapdeal within an hour, but i waited the whole day but got no call from anyone. On the same day i even sent snapdeal an email detailing all about my complaint and how i received an empty box. I got a reply from them that they were looking into the issue and it will take time but 4 days passed i still got no reply from them, i repeatedly called customer care and they deliberately cut my callin between without even hearing me out and after about seven days a received an email from snapdeal saying that they wont refund my money back and neither will they provide me a with a replacement. Their courier partners called me many times and i told them everything what happened but none even bothered to come to my house to even check the tampered box seal or anything. I repeatedly mailed them them and called after which they sent me a threatening mail stating that my snapdeal account will be closed and wont be able to do any transactions and they wont provide me any solution for the same. Is this the way snapdeal deals with its old customers. I have been trusting snapdeal and buying all products online from them, my whole family used to order from them, but now i think i have lost all my trust in snapdeal and all their trust pay policies and money assured policies are just to fool innocent indian customers and robb them off their hard earned money. Is this the price you pay to trust snapdeal for many years ordering products worth thousands from them an in the end they blame the customer and called me a thief. I lost my money, my time and peace of mind and face a lot of harassment.

                        I placed a Snapdeal order # [protected] on 06-Nov, for which Rs 1, 227/- was taken from my bank account, but the transaction was shown as failed. I emailed Snapdeal customer support on this with screenshot of my bank statement, but only received an automated response saying they will contact within 24 hours. It is 3 days since I sent the complaint, and nobody has contacted me so far, nor have I got my refund! Their helpline number does not have a provision to speak to a customer support executive also! I am planning to pursue this complaint with the honorable consumer protection court. I will never purchase from Snapdeal again. It's scary!

Since the product was contrary to what you advertised in web, change in colour and quality, undersigned initiated its return request on 26 oct 2018. You have created 05 different pick up schedules as below and rescheduled all for the reasons best known to you. Neither your pick up team reached at delivery address nor they called me so far.

                              Few days before i had ordered a women watch. On 22nd oct 2018 i got message as delivered but i did not recieve the product till now. Today is 9 nov 2018. I had paid through debit card. I neither recieved the product nor snapdeal is giving my money. Im emailing everyday but my problem is not solved.                                   We have ordered one Adidas Superstar Sneakers black shoes on 26th Sept, 2018. An amount of R.1779 is also debited from account. But Snapdeal saying payment was unsuccessful.

                                  We have contacted customer care mail id of Snapdeal and they said the payment will be credited within 72 hrs. When we approached the bank, they said the amount has been debited from my account for snapdeal.

                                  Snapdeal wanted us to send my bank statement and submitted the same for their reference. But after 16th Oct there were no favourable reply from Snapdeal.

                                  We have not yet received the money back.

                                      I have received Casio edifice watch which is duplicate.
                                      Product have no EAN code and MRP
                                      No Warranty card
                                      Box packing is so low quality
                                      Service module is not printed photocopy
                                      Multi dial function is not working.
                                      Product code didn't match with official site of Casio.
                                      Now I have decided to go for consumer court to take action against Snapdeal and seller for delivering fake product.
                                      So Pl suggest procedure.

                                        I have ordered a Shoes on 20 September 2018 and returned it for refund, after couple of days I have received an notification that return has been completed and refund has been initiated on 09 October 2018. But in the refund notification they refunded to a different account which does not belong to me. when contacted customer support couple of times, they asked for my bank statement which i have sent them, they responded stating the refund will be sent to correct account and there is no refund yet even after 8 business days. I have tried to contact them but there is no response from them.
