I placed a Snapdeal order # [protected] on 06-Nov, for which Rs 1, 227/- was taken from my bank account, but the transaction was shown as failed. I emailed Snapdeal customer support on this with screenshot of my bank statement, but only received an automated response saying they will contact within 24 hours. It is 3 days since I sent the complaint, and nobody has contacted me so far, nor have I got my refund! Their helpline number does not...

Few days before i had ordered a women watch. On 22nd oct 2018 i got message as delivered but i did not recieve the product till now. Today is 9 nov 2018. I had paid through debit card. The quality of the received product was very hence i returned the product and requested refund. Snapdeal.com informed me about the successful refund on 22 and 31 october 2018 with reference number pcmp[protected].
I reached bank (Sbi) to confirm refund after 10 days but the bank is asking for the utr number and they say they cannot...

not responding to my issue

I complained about 3 times on consumer complaints and 2 times on call.. But i didn't get response from snapdeal.. Now how many times i should complaint for the same..
