I have ordered a nike shoe, worth rs. 3209 and i was very ry excited for recieving my parcel. On date 8th of november evening, soon as i finish recieving my order, i came home and opened up. I saw the product was not what i ordered, then i went in 'my orders' to refund, by that time, as i dont know my bank details so i waited for my sis to come home to give her bank details to get refunded. Before sis comes, i have evn submitted the damage and default product i recieved. So when sis came i waa trying to apply for refund in 'my orders' but now the page it shows is blank, even in 'help centre'. Okay first of all, its their mistakes of delivering damaged and wrong product, later they are not even requesting my page in their app. So i being trusting this site where i am complaining, expecting to get an action on it. Please understand my situation.
