Now when I try to contact them all I am getting is automated replies I even contacted them through mails they provided me reference No 51425017, but till date they haven't contacted me.

    I ordered nike airmax 2017 shoes from snapdeal.com using online payment option on 13 october 2018.
    The quality of the received product was very hence i returned the product and requested refund. Snapdeal.com informed me about the successful refund on 22 and 31 october 2018 with reference number pcmp[protected].
    I reached bank (Sbi) to confirm refund after 10 days but the bank is asking for the utr number and they say they cannot trace the refund using reference number.
    I am continuously asking snapdeal help center to provide the utr number but they are not providing and even the bank is not helping. Please provide assistance

            I have ordered a nike shoe, worth rs. 3209 and i was very ry excited for recieving my parcel. On date 8th of november evening, soon as i finish recieving my order, i came home and opened up. I saw the product was not what i ordered, then i went in 'my orders' to refund, by that time, as i dont know my bank details so i waited for my sis to come home to give her bank details to get refunded. Before sis comes, i have evn submitted the damage and default product i recieved. So when sis came i waa trying to apply for refund in 'my orders' but now the page it shows is blank, even in 'help centre'. Okay first of all, its their mistakes of delivering damaged and wrong product, later they are not even requesting my page in their app. So i being trusting this site where i am complaining, expecting to get an action on it. Please understand my situation.

              I complained about 3 times on consumer complaints and 2 times on call.. But i didn't get response from snapdeal.. Now how many times i should complaint for the same.. Please call me to discuss the details of the issue on mobile number [protected] i already mentioned in detail about the issue i faced. Please resolve my issue as early as possible.
              Ordered one product.. I returned it.. But courier boy pick up failed.. Then there is another option to return the product therefore i returned product by dtdc courier to snapdeal warehouse mentioned address in return form.. But i got message refused the order by warehouse of snapdeal.. I contacted to snapdeal via mail by 5 times. But i didn't got reply.. And another contact number is only for queries details.. So not able to contact with snapdeal executive

                I have bought an nike air max 2017 blue running shoes for rs2372.00 from snapdeal shop on 28oct2018 and suddenly i cancelled the order.. After cancelling the product the snapdeal customer care team told me that they will give me a refund on my bank account within 7 to 10 days.. But after that they didnot gave me my refund and till now i didn't get my refund of rs 2372... And now i am fedup & feeling helpless and that'swhy i am complaining this matter on this website for help... So plz kindly solve this matter...

                  I order some clothing accessories months ago on snapdeal, flipkart, amazon.flipkart was the fastest and latter amazon.Flipkart and amazon product were good and i was very happy that i forgot about my snapdeal order as i prefer flipkart.After couple of weeks i opened my snapdeal app a message pop up rate your product i was so angry that they didn't even delivered the product and asking reviews.Snapdeal really are a shameless company.                     I have ordered for two brakeman steel flasks (Order id [protected]) and paid for it through netbanking. I received only one on 27 oct; my husband received the courier since i was away. Snapdeal however shows that both have been delivered. I've raised several complaints (Complaint now 51487132, 51370451, 51404872,[protected] every two days just to get an automated response. I've also called them several times but their ivr menu doesn't provide relevant options.

                      The watch is quite different from the one shown in the photographs. And it stopped working just a day after it was delivered.

                      it is so unfortunate that snapdeal is selling such sub standard replicas online. I hope some strict action is taken.
                      The hope a refund is given as soon as possible. The question is not about the refund, but about the trust in these online marketplaces. How do anyone trust and buy these products which are labelled and sold as genuine products.

                          I have ordered for a samsung level u bluetooth headset and received a counterfeit product. I called up immediately after opening the package to register the complaint with snapdeal. No response and mailed to the email address [protected]@snapdeal.com. Got a reply saying the return cannot be processed without any reason. There is no call centre executive with whom i can raise my concern. The toll free number gives only selections and resolves nothing.
                          Request to help me with this. And please do not allow such sites to flourish in the internet cheating people.

                                I ordered a Philips QT 4011/15 beard trimmer for rs 1748 on 22nd Oct 18. The product which I received was entirely different Philips BT 1212/15 trimmer whose MRP is rs 875. I requested for replacement for the same but even after 4 days there is no response from snapdeal. No pickup date has been given. I am not even able to contact a customer care executive. Why is it so? Is snapdeal taking us customers as fools? Terrible experience...

                                My product has been finally picked up by the courier after 12 days.. Hopefully the replacement is issued without further drama...Fingers crossed.

                                      Dear sir i have placed an order with snapdeal for an mic of rs 500 but the delivery of product was delayed by courier partner of snapdeal although it was showing product delivered but it was actually delivered 9 days after that. I communicated the same to snapdeal at every moment with email. Know the product delivered is not in working condition and packaging also damaged. Which when i informed snapdeal i received an auto email that since 7 days have passed since delivery date it cannot be replaced. Since then i am emailing them but they are not responding. Kindly tell snapdeal to return my money back and compensation for the mental torture done by them.

                                        Order no.[protected] करीबन 3 महीने हो गया है जिसका पमेन्ट मेने एडवांस कर दिया, फिर भी आज दिनाँक 06/11/2018 तक सामान प्राप्त नही हुआ है ।जबकि स्टेट्स में 05/11/2018 को डिलिवर्ड दिखाया जा रहा है । जिसका स्टेट्स मेरे मोबाइल में SMS द्वारा प्राप्त हुआ । जबकी मुझे प्रोडक्ट प्राप्त नही हुआ है ।
                                        प्रोडक्ट केंसल भी नही हो रहा है । कृपया इसका जल्दी से निराकरण कीजिये ।
