        With utmost displeasure, i want to complain against the Snapdeal Company which totally frauds against its customers...one will really have to think twice before buying from Snapdeal...it even do not entertain its customer's problems...in my case, i ordered for LlBERTY BROWN FAUX LEATHER SANDALS ( COLOR - TAN, SIZE-7 ) on[protected], having Suborder ID- [protected] & got my product delivered on[protected], which was beyond promised delivery date. Now, after opening the package, i found that the delivered product was of GREY COLOR instead of TAN COLOR..for this i immediately raised complaint for return by sharing 4 different images of the different color product...though the brand & size were same...( I had shared the screenshots of the images which i shared with Snapdeal while raising complaint on[protected]. Next day one guy from Shadowfax courier came...namely Mrinmoy Bag...this guy was very rude and clearly refused to pickup the package as the color was different..i repeatedly told him that i had complained Snapdeal regarding this and my complain was raised for this only...but he went away without listening anything...immediately i complained Snapdeal support and mentioned everthing...but to my disappointment, the guy asked me to again upload new images of the wrong product i received as he was telling the previous images which i shared were not visible to him ( i dont know how )...i again shared 5 images of the wrong product in the mail in which he asked for the same ( [protected]@snapdeal.com)...and i was assured later that the product would be surely pickedup by next day that is 9th February...but no one called me for pick up even now...neither i was given any sms regarding pickup...i am now fed-up with Snapdeal by calling and mailing again&again but to no result...i will definitely think twice before shopping from Snapdeal from now onwards...kindly help me solve my problem & warn Snapdeal against frauding with its customers in this manner.

            Sir i received iten on 4jan2022 but the item quality is not good and the return order placed on same day after many followups item picked up on 10feb2022 but not received any confirmation and feeling very helpless as there is no contact number. where i can talk to snapdeal ream regarding the same

              TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
              CUSTOMER CARE - SNAP DEAL
              Dear Madam / Sir
              Regretfully, I wish to inform you that product against my above order has yet not been delivered to my Grand Daughter ( MS. SAUMYAA SINHA) at BKC, MUMBAi.
              In the meantime I received one SMS on[protected], which reads as under :

              DELIVERING TODAY:
              Saumyaa sinha, your prepaid order for the MILLION CLUB AND 1 ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY BY yogesh -( [protected], 1835. )
              it will be delivered by 9.00 PM. track at snapdeal.in kze6upjf6 - SNAPDEAL"
              AFTER WAITING UP TO 10.00 PM YESTERDAY, MY GRAND DAUGHTER INFORMED THAT DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE TO HER GIVEN ADDRESS AT BKC, MUMBAI.

              This morning[protected] to be precise at 11.01AM), I contacted Mr. Yogesh, your delivery Agent and enquired about the delivery of above order
              He first advised me " YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED" after further query, he advised it is a case of delayed delivery because I (YOGESH) met with an accident. On further query, as to when it will be delivered, he advised he does not know may be some other person may deliver, you (I) may contact the company"
              THIS IS HOW YOUR DELIVERY AGENT /PARTNER BEHAVES WITH YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS, which is not expected from a company of repute - 'SNAPDEAL" ??
              I do not know the fate of the above order?? It has become an embrassing situation for me - because I gifted the dress to my grand daughter as a surprise, which has failed because of most irresponsible way of handling things by your delivery agent - YOGESH and failure on the part of your concerned logistic and order execution dept., which ultimately reflects - DEFFICIENCY IN SERVICE BY BSNAP DEAL.
              you may like to look into it and advise - when delivery is expected to be made of above order ??
              shall be thankful for your positive and prompt response.

                      1. Got Worst delivery experience for products from Shadowfax.
                      2. They are delivering products in un time 9PM, 9.30PM, 2.30PM.
                      3. If I was busy at company call ask them to wait, they went off by not wait for couple of mins.
                      4. On 7th feb 2022, they called and told, will be delivered on 9th feb 2022. But am calling the rider since morning, even at 8.30PM. No one is attending instead its busy on other call.
                      5. Worst kind of experience from shadowfax and snapdeal.

                        Wrong item delivered. Even after returning the wrong item they are not refunding the money. Two dresses were ordered under the order ID no. [protected] and order ID no.[protected] on 28.01.2022, for a total sum of Rs.988/-. Only Rs.499/- has been refunded against order ID no.[protected]. The other one they are refusing to refund.

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal, but when i get my order shoes doesn't fit me well so I want to replace with a big one, but in my snapdeal account in order section when i saw my replce order it shows me refund of the product its ok for me but when i entered my bank account details or UPI ID the 'CONFIRMED' button is not selected even my account details or UPI ID was right. and i also try call in customer care and through whats app message in snapdeal but i didn't get any response. as a proof i submet one photo and for the security purpose i hide my account number and ifsc code in that photo I can't able to click confirm button as i mentioned above.

                                      I've ordered an novel on 25th Jan and received it on 31 jan . And I didn't got what I've ordered so I returned it to snapdeal and they are just making me fool from the date of 2nd fab and it's 6th fab I'm complaining about this I still haven't received my refund amount . SNAPDEAL is fraud and guy's don't believe on them they not provide us the things they have mentioned there . I hope I'll get back my refund amount and I'm sure this comment will help you to chose your online purchasing platform please guys Don't believe on SNAPDEAL
