On 17th January '22 I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner ( suborder Id [protected] ) on Snapdeal.com, the prepaid order delivery was scheduled for 21 Jan '22, on the 21st i called snapdeal customer care via the app. to inquire why even on the day of delivery the status was showing as "not shipped", I was told that the matter would be resolved in 24 hrs, as the status had not changed even on the 23rd I was compelled to initiate a cancellation of my order, i received a notification of my cancellation request being received and accepted but even to date my refund has not been credited to my account. I made several representations to even the CEO of the company but to no avail, they are brazen in their intentions to cheat and defraud a customer.
