I had ordered Swiss beauty full coverage creamy concealer nigro pack of 2 10 ml.
Bt I got only 1 pack so I requested to the customer care to pick up that courier &refund me. They picked up my courier & I got my refund back which is 359rs. But, accidentally my husband sent the money back to the snapdeal no. With the amount of 350rs.
Till now I sent alot of mails regarding this issue& customer care service blocking me. I want my money back pls help me regarding this I also have screenshots related to this issue

    I ordered a toy from Snapdeal.. on 7th March.. and did the payment through UPI on same day.. the delivery is estimated to be today.. but now it is showing that I placed the order yesterday i.e. (13th March) . Even my order was packed on 8th March.. but now it is showing that it is not even packed.. I called to costumer care on 11 th March they told that my order is packed.. but haven't told why the further process is delaying.. but today when I checked it is showing that I placed the order yesterday.. and the delivery is now estimated to be on 24th March.. it was a gift I am going to give someone really very special.. Being a reputed company, It is your responsibility that the costumer not be disappointed.. it was my first order to Snapdeal.. and really special one... Please, give my order as soon as possible.. I have my commitments and as a distributor it is your responsibility to satisfy your costumer.. I am really very disappointed.. plzzz give my order as soon as possible..

      I ordered one Jaypee snapsteel insulated lunch box a few days ago these month which has been delivered to me today. It cost me Rs. 675/- . I received a totally damaged product. This is my first deal with snapdeal. And I am terribly dissatisfied.

        I visited this website https://snapdeal-india.com/index/order/index.html to make money. I got assistance from a women named Margarete. She is guiding me to help merchant to complete his orders to get rewards like 10% 20% and 30% commision.

        I followed the process and I get 2 completed widhrawals.

        The 3rd time it kept on saying that I needed to complete more tasks to withdraw the money. I payed 50700 on total and still it didn't unfreeze. Now they are asking me to pay a refundable tax of rs. 39999 to withdraw all my money along with the commision. O don't want to put more Money. Please help me get my money back.

                  On 17th January '22 I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner ( suborder Id [protected] ) on Snapdeal.com, the prepaid order delivery was scheduled for 21 Jan '22, on the 21st i called snapdeal customer care via the app. to inquire why even on the day of delivery the status was showing as "not shipped", I was told that the matter would be resolved in 24 hrs, as the status had not changed even on the 23rd I was compelled to initiate a cancellation of my order, i received a notification of my cancellation request being received and accepted but even to date my refund has not been credited to my account. I made several representations to even the CEO of the company but to no avail, they are brazen in their intentions to cheat and defraud a customer.

                      I have ordered a commander shoes black casual shoes and I got a golden black shoes and the shoes was tight for my feet .I placed a return request and the shoes was taken by the delivery man.The delivery man is saying that the shoes is different and neither I'm having my shoes nor my money is refunded.I'm mentally disturbed due to this.                             Portronics has cheated and delivered me a mobile stand POR-122 of Rs 699 MRP instead of my ordered POR-549 24 watt Bluetooth speaker. I paid the full amount of Rs-2699/- and got the another thing. You should look in to the matter immediately and supply me my ordered device. Otherwise I will go to the consumer court and I will tell all my relatives, friends and contact persons not to purchase any product from Snapdeal. It is also a matter of serious concern for Snapdeal's reputation. It can cause huge loss and ugly image among the consumers. My anxiety is quite natural. Please take immediate action against the Portronics Digital and give me my ordered device- POR-549 24 watt Bluetooth speaker.

                                    The reason for this complaint is, regarding refund for my product. I had purchased a Sherine kurti and palazzo set on the 16th Feb 2022. After the delivery of the product, it showed in the app as delivery unsuccessful, but then I wasn't happy with the product due to issues with the fabric. I then gave a return and refund request the same day, but The pick up was scheduled was delayed due to technical issue...I spoke to customer care, then the pick up was done after two days. But now I haven't received the amount back to my account.
                                    Request your good self to pls expedite the matter at the earliest.

                                      This is regarding Snapdeal.com order dated 11th Feb 2022 for Wesley 45 Ltrs Grey Backpack bags and order ID: [protected] for RS. 799.00

                                      I have received the ordered product on 18th Fab 2022 but to my surprise on opening the packet, I realized that I am in receipt of a different product. which you can see in the attached two pictures. (Actual received product & Ordered Product).

                                      On 18th Feb 2022, I had a chat with Snapdeal customer care adviser Ashita on WhatsApp and the next day parcel is picked up by your courier pick guy Mr. Anees Choudhary (contact - [protected]) but on 21st Feb 2022 he has returned back the packet by saying, " It's a different product than the ordered one"

                                      I again had chat with Snapdeal customer care adviser, Mr. Vishal, on WhatsApp but he has given all the empty promises and said pick up will be done in 48-72 hours but nothing happened.

                                      On the third attempt to chat with the Snapdeal Customer adviser and had a conversation with Mr. Anand I have explained everything and again he said I have to wait for 72 hours to escalate the issue.

                                      On 23rd Feb 2022, was my fourth attempt to chat with the Snapdeal Customer adviser Akshit despite explaining everything he said I have to wait for 24-42 hours for the issue.

                                      On 24th I spoke to your customer care and he assured me that pick up will be arranged. Now, you will play with your 7 days return policy and how your Snapdeal customer care is!

                                      Everyone assured me that they will personally take follow-up to get my issue resolved on priority. but nothing came up.

                                      This is a lesson for me to learn and the buyers from such fake websites (SNAPDEAL.COM) & sellers (LONGANI TRADING COMPANY)

                                        Hi, I will share my experience. Snapdeal and Ganapathi textlies has cheated me. I have ordered three MAUKA Rayon Kurti With Palazzo - Stitched Suit, MAUKA Rayon Kurti With Sharara And Gharara - Stitched Suit, MAUKA Rayon Kurti With Palazzo - Stitched Suit and the invoice is for Rs 1800. All were in the same consignement through Ekart and i have recieved a torn piece of cloth and i have contact snapdeal for almost 20 times with the call center and manager and they gave complaint no too. But when i call last time they say no complaints is there, So its understood that SNAPDEAL is also playing with this kind of dirty business. SO DONT GET CHEATED THINK BEFORE ORDERING. They are not returing the money also and iam going to file a case in consumer court.

                                        For the past 15 days iam calling and they dont have a track of the complaint also. Where patatetic service

                                        So dont trust this company because they are doing business not to give good products and serive to customers, they are making by cheating public i suppose. Or they dont have trusted reseller
