    They are scammers or what I'm not able to take out money and it is around 77590. First they said I will be able to get the money out when I unfreeze the amount . They asked for 29999 twice I paid that them they unfreeze my money but still not able to get my money out. They says bank need more of 39999 as security . Please help me to get my money out . Is there anyone who got their money

            I hv returned an order of Do bhai casual shoes on 17th Dec and snapdeal says that amount has been refunded but even after 1.5 months I hvnt received my refund. I m raising complain in the app again and again. They r saying same that amount has been refunded but that's not true. We r feeling cheated..

              Snapdeal is doing fraud with us there is no clear connection between customer and the company no phone is ever connected to their agents I hate to say this but the reason for the downfall of this website is clear, the person delivering order are not talking respectfully, there is not a single place we can put complains if our orders not fulfiled and the we customers are not happy how could you be a better company... Alas...

                    He took my parcel 25 January but did not give me the receipt.i don't know his name,

                    and i didn't get any updates.

                    six days back. After that there is no communication from snapdeal on the refund of this product. They are not updating the status of the refund on their website as well. I have followed up with them atleast for 5 times till now. But they always ask to wait for 24 hrs & do nothing even after 24 hrs. Please help me with this to get my refund back.
