I ordered a product from snapdeal which was defective so i tried returning it but now im getting a message in support saying that due to internal quality checks my return request could not be completed.

This is the second time this is happening.. Lot of money for a non electric product and snap deal has eaten my money both times.. The customer care rep is so rude whe i try to ask them why it was rejected. Why is snap deal punishing me like this?

Please accept the return and refund me my money.. Please.

    My prepaid order for A book I ordered is showing delivered today morning but it didnt reach me. Neither the snapdeal gives courier boy number or name nor they send otp to the registered no and verify on delivery.

        मेरे द्वारा अक्टूबर 2021 महीने में snapdeal से 1 समान खरीदा गया, जिसको return भी समय पर कर दिया गया उसके बाद refund के लिए बैंक खाते की जानकारी दी गयी परंतु 500 रुपये का रिफंड नहीं दिया गया । अब snapdeal द्वारा मात्र 500 रुपये के लिए 3 महीने से लगातार मानसिक रूप स प्रत्याड़ित किया जा रहा है । ना ही रिफंड देते हैं ना सही से जवाब इनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही हो ।

          As I ordered the in English language and they provided in hindi format...and there is no way to contact to customer care...since they asked the photos of product that also provide...then also they are not initiating return

            Item damaged Mila tha. Return karne ke baad be refund bank account me nahi aya. Snapdeal app me refund successful credited your bank account dikha Raha hai.
            [protected] me call karne ke bad me be Aisa he bola Rahi hai .
            customer care officer ne bola tha aap ka refund sending failed hua .aur Naya account number add karne keliye bola tha. Naya account number add karne ke baad bhi refund amount account me nahi aya. Aur Customer care officer bol raha hi aur Naya account number add karo. AK admi ke pass kitane account number hota hai bar bar Naya account number add karne keliye.

                    Maine snapdeal se ek order place kiya tha order confirm ho or product deliver v ho gya lekin mere pas koi message ni aaya delivery ka, or jb customer care mai maine baat ki to unhone bola ki resolve ho jayega lekin baad mai message aata hai ki apka package deliver ho chuka hai ab kuch nhi kr skte
                    here are my order id- [protected] which placed on 15 dec 2021, unfortunately i wasn't available there for pickup my item but when i look up for my product it said product delivered on 19dec21-2:06PM. i don't know where my order placed but i wanna know that where is my order .
                    i send a request to customer care for call support but they also not doing anything now i wanna know where is my order.
                    i attached the detail about my order have a look on it and help me ASAP please.

                              I had ordered a book, so when it came i went to recieve, that time i paid money through online, and money was didected from my account, but the Currier boy was saying that je didn't recieve money, he said, the payment is pending, so again i paid him cash, when i asked about my money which i paid online. He said that once he recieves he will send back to me, so after the successful of payment i called him to send my money back, he cut my call and put my number in busy list, so when i called through another number he refused to recieve the call, so how can get my money back, plz help me, this problems I'm facing, there will so many people who are facing problem like that, if it goes like the these Currier boys can cheat so many people, please help me.

                                Last week i ordered one book on cod, so when the parcel came that time i paid through online, the money was didected from my account, but the Currier boy was saying that he didn't recieve money, the payment was on pending to recieve, so he said that pay cash, if this pending money will be received I'll send u back, so i paid him cash, and after some time that online payment also succeed. Overall i paid two times for one parcel. So now I'm calling him to return my money, but he has put my number in busy list, and if i call through another number he not receiving. So what is this, what kind of employ u have this is not at all good, of i don't get my moneny back, I'll bycott the snapdeal even I'll tell my friends also this stroy.

                                      Got message from tge +63 number I was told of tasks to complete as I will be helping to generate sales so I joined and I got Rs 100 and was told to invest it on mission and on completion I got 20rs commission so I started doing level2 by investing 700rs in total and got 800 rs in return so I started with level 3 and I completed 3 task investmrnt of total Rs 16013. Before doing task 3i clearly asked if that would be the last task bcoz I will further not be able to invest and investing by lending money... and she said yes.also as soon as o completed task 3 by paying rs 16013 the amount went to freez when I asked on dame I got confirmation from her that I cleared vip 3and she will help me get back money. After sometime when I did not get I again asked her and she told me to wait for sometime and later said I have to do one more task to complete or else my money will be frozen.i said I cannot invest further and task 4 was I had to pay 27k...on confirmation I had already leanded for task 3. Please help me out to get the money back
