Seller Account disable without prior information by snapdeal

Hi,

I am seller in Snapdeal and suddenly snapdeal disable my account without prior information.

we kept inventroy approx 2 lac at my gowdown, suddenly I am facing the loss.

Snapdeal executive told for bad raitngs, but my account rating is 80% of good ratings.

Pickup and order cancellations

The services provided by Snapdeal are not appropriate and not on time, the order pickup is done after 3-4 days after the orders are marked as RTD, and till that time the orders are been cancelled by the customers, this problem has occured not once but number of times, and also there are issues of orders been returned back to the company after 7 days in a damaged manner....

Return item had already been picked up by the said courier ( XPRESSBEES)
on 7th Jan. still i am getting message " courier out for pickup".. I have checked with the concerned courier also. They said they have taken delivery.
Please check and arrange for the refund at the earliest....

Refund issue

I have raise a complaint against sub-order no
[protected], with COD Rs 2020 as I have received used and torn product now after inquiry snapdeal team initiate refund me only 1010 which is totally wrong and injustice
Even after mail communication for 4 days, Now snapdeal customer care did not respond to my communication
I am totally upset, please look into this matter on urgent basics...

Order showing delivered but not delivered

I had ordered biggeye multi pin red cable 1.3 metre . Order id is [protected]. The courier was intelliship. They blatantly told lies that the order was delivered on 29 November but till now we haven’t received it.we also asked snapdeal but snapdeal refused to accept that the order wasn’t delivered. Please help. I am loosing faith in snapdeal. I had bought it from them to support a made in India company but snapdeal literally fooled us....

Defective item return has been denied because of internal quality checks

I ordered a product from snapdeal which was defective so i tried returning it but now im getting a message in support saying that due to internal quality checks my return request could not be completed.

This is the second time this is happening.. Lot of money for a non electric product and snap deal has eaten my money both times.. The customer care rep is so rude whe i try to ask them why...

Defective item return has been closed after a week of trying to return it

Received book in different language

As I ordered the in English language and they provided in hindi format...and there is no way to contact to customer care...since they asked the photos of product that also provide...then also they are not initiating return
