I have ordered nike short from snapdeal and the status is showing as delivered on 28th oct 2018 but i haven't recieved the order and even unable or no provision to call back to customer care.

What a pathetic service. I have tried n number of times dropping mail and sending remainder notes about my concern but not even a single response from the snapdeal team.

Ordered item i have not yet received but in the track item list it shows delivered. I have placed the order on 14 oct, 2018. On 24th oct the track list shows the item was delivered. I have communicate with snapdeal team over email regarding the situation many time. But after several email from my side they are failing to resolve the issue....

On 11 september 18 i have placed prepaid order of rs 3299/- for joyride baby walker with order id no. [protected] which i have cancelled on 16th september 18 and ask for refund. Message from snapdeal came to me that do accept the delivery of the item as i have cancelled the same and wait for 5-6days for refund, i agreed.
On 20th september 18 message came to my number that product has been successfully delivered but in actual no one...

When i received my shoes after that within 20 min i check and pack shoes again also raise a complain against quality not good. The delivery person also check and send to snapdeal warehouse for my refund process. But after 7 days i got information the product is wrong. So can you clear me how you rectify the problem is where and how to solve. Even i said to customer help desk person how you cross verified is this problem start from where....

I got a message stating my saree is delivered but i didn't get my saree. The orderer code of my order is [protected]. I got the message that the saree is delivered on 25th october 2018 around 6.10pm. I never got a call from the delivery boy asking my exact house also. So i request the snapdeal company to look into my problem. Its a modi vastra blue velvet saree....

Snapdeal is a very fraudulent website, it is said to people that you can ever make a return a replacement for the product you have, but after purchasing the product, when you want to take a return or replacement or refund it...

Had ordered loreal shampoo and hair mask. The products are clearly fake. I can tell from the shoddy bottles and the weird smell of the shampoo. Honestly, you need to stop thinking that your customers are dumb.

Have mailed you regarding this but received no response. I think you won't act until you're shamed on social media. Do you really want me to go that way? Absolutely appalled.

I want my refund about the alpha1 3 wats led strip lights which was returned on 3 sep 2018. I was picked by the snapdeal's employee. I got the msg from the snapdeal that the led light was not working you got your refund by 7 to 10 days by your bank account but till date i do not get any refund. So i want my refund in my account. The product I want to return (Khadims footwear order id [protected]) is not picked up by Snapdeal. Everyday I have to reschedule the order due to Snapdeal unable to pick the order. Several times I called Snapdeal customer care but still there is no positive response and there is no option to speak to customer care executive to explain the problem. I do want to return the product, the estimated day for pick up has been crossed...

I buy a longway smart Led tv from snapdeal in the month of September 2018 and its November now. They ask me to provide 5 star rating and in exchange they will provide 4 months extended warranty on their TV which they never provide.
Don't buy this product on the basis of ratings only because all the ratings they get just because of the offer they provide to customers....

Have returned the product but refund amount not credited to my account. I have sent my account to snapdeal customer care mail but i didn't got any response my suborder id is: [protected]. First i got a message from snapdela customer care service to send proper bank details to snapdeal customer care mail so i have sent my acoount details to them. I didn't got my refund yet...

I have ordered fs4835 from snap deal and what i received a fake fossil watch from retailer from surat. I called fossil showroom to check authenticity of product. They told how can someone provide you 50% discount when company is giving max 30%. I really fed up with snap deal behavior. They are just making fool of customers. Be aware of snap deal fraud its a huge name in online shopping market but look what they are doing....

Order no [protected] was placed for 1 unit of fashion black avaiator sunglasses on 22-oct 2018 on snapdeal app. Now we got the confirmation from courrier agency delivery that order is cancelled and returned. Trying to call customer care but every time there is only operator instructing various instruction rather than connecting with any customer care excecutive.

I ordered pioneer ts-a936h order id: [protected] and they sent me pioneer ts-a6966r that to duplicate product, and i've returned this product as soon as i got this product in the snapdeal site but they are saying return request closed. I got this product on 30th 5:30 pm and i returned around 9:00 pm on the same day, returning reference no 51214012. Kindly resolve my problem. I want to you to take back your fake product and refund my amount...
