Snapdeal give me fake shoes which are different from my order and also barcode and colour is mot matching... Order id is [protected]
And i want to return.. Please provide me customer number... Snapdeal is fake i will never purchase anything from snapdeal and please you guys never buy anything from there... The cost of shoes is 2720.. And they provide fake shoes in the name of real.. And also they have no customer care num.. I am trying so many num of snapdeal but all are getting busy...

    I had order on 30.10.2018. After making the payment of rs.18780/- the order was cancelled. Thereafter i had mailed to the snapdeal support. They people only initiated the refund of only rs.578/-. Remaining refund was not initiated. And also till date the refund is not credit in my bank account. And also i am trying to call the customer care executive but they people not transfer the call to the executive. And tell me that please try to call by registered mobile number. When i call from registered mobile number they people stated that there is no any order was placed.

      Hi team, where as i placed a order on 17th oct where as till today i didn't receive few products delivered to my location provided where as already i done the payment in advance & even i would like to let you know that without attempting any kind of delivery they will update status as we tried attempting your product to delivery but we failed we will once aging try where as last time have sent a mail to their cc that please provide me the deliver executive number so that i can talk to them & figure out things but they provided me a wrong number when contacted them they said that product is not there with us. Below is the mentioned number, where as 'm continuously following up but not getting any proper response from them. Secondly they keep changing the date of product which was mentioned in app while purchasing. Order id and date of placement i also attached in the pic.

      24 hrs has been over 'm yet to receive call from snap deal end. Still i am getting the same message stating your item will be picked & delivered but no is coming to my mentioned address & in app they are updating as we failed to attempt delivery we will try once again where as even they are not mentioning the number of the delivery executive name.

          I have ordered headphone from snapdeal on 14th october. The order was supposed to be delivered by 26th but it was not so i got a message that it will be delivered by 2-3 days and since then items not delivered. When i e-mailed them repeatedly 10-15 times i think, about the delayed delivery and each time their reply is same that is sorry for the inconveniences your item will be delivered in 2-3 days. I have waited alot and i don't want to cancel the product because then refund will be an issue. And each they reply with the link of vulcan courier website to track order but it is not updated since 17th october.

            I have ordered nike short from snapdeal and the status is showing as delivered on 28th oct 2018 but i haven't recieved the order and even unable or no provision to call back to customer care.

            What a pathetic service. I have tried n number of times dropping mail and sending remainder notes about my concern but not even a single response from the snapdeal team.

            They handed over it to watchman and didn't even called us on delivery date and watchman hasn't handed over it to us. On enquiry he then handed it to us. But 2 things i didn't like from snapdeal is customercare number is very pathetic and even for mails they wont respond.

              The track pant i order of adidas is not original, only the label is showing proper information, but the pants are totally improper so i request you to find it out whether the product is original or a fake product

                I purchased activa geyser from snapdeal some months ago and it is still under warranty. Product was delivered at my home. But now it has got leakage problem so i requested in the company to repair it. Customer care staff was not at all professional he gave me company address located at delhi. He asked me to bring my geyser to the company if i want to get it repaired. I said how can i bring geyser from ghaziabad to delhi. I asked to send there executive but he said no u have to bring ur geyser. It is not at all professional. If product can delivered at my home when i buy it then should also be repaired at home only. This is how other company does. Kindly have a look on this issue. All the details are attached below in the attachment section.

                    On 11 september 18 i have placed prepaid order of rs 3299/- for joyride baby walker with order id no. [protected] which i have cancelled on 16th september 18 and ask for refund. Message from snapdeal came to me that do accept the delivery of the item as i have cancelled the same and wait for 5-6days for refund, i agreed.
                    On 20th september 18 message came to my number that product has been successfully delivered but in actual no one came nor called me for delivery and no such thing happened. When i mailed to snapdeal regarding the event they ask some more time to check on their level about the issue.
                    Again on 25th mail from snapdeal came claiming the delivery has been been done to me. I asked for receiving details and they send me fedex details showing no receiving signature more over on fedex site regarding concern order it's been shown that the parcel has been shipped back to snapdeal the screen shot of which i am attaching for reference but still till this date snapdeal is not responding to refund my money. I think it's a cheating and fraud by snapdeal and i should go to consumer forum for claim now. If they do not respond me back immediately.

                      When i received my shoes after that within 20 min i check and pack shoes again also raise a complain against quality not good. The delivery person also check and send to snapdeal warehouse for my refund process. But after 7 days i got information the product is wrong. So can you clear me how you rectify the problem is where and how to solve. Even i said to customer help desk person how you cross verified is this problem start from where. I am a customer and face the problem.2300 rs is not much more but it is totaly disappointed through your services.

                      As per our telephonic talk On which behalf you said in this matter you cant take any help or this is not comes on under your terms.

                      i said to you very clearly i give my original product to your courier person and he accept also that shoes was ok and he take it from our company gate . you also have some of your own policies may be for checking under customer end. because once i gave to that person after that how i am responsible where two or three mediator to serve back to your snap deal warehouse. you person pickup my order at 11.55 am and drop me a confirmation pickup message after 3 pm.
                      why its too late.

                      Even i know your courier person change my shoes and return change sent to you but i want to check your traceability because i also have his call recording he said to me you dont take tension he will give money to me byself if any issue. but in this all matter where is your stand and where can you help. Even now i send you two my call recoring and some screenshot of videography.
                      Video file i cant attch due to its size too large.
                      but the people checked and take back it nicely if any problem happened then or looks like old then he often stop me but why he take it nicely.

                      I know i am truth so if still i listen your side same lines then i have no more option then i will meet you on consumer court. still i already apply online consumer complain for my product issue if you cant resolve then will meet on consumer court now.

                        I got a message stating my saree is delivered but i didn't get my saree. The orderer code of my order is [protected]. I got the message that the saree is delivered on 25th october 2018 around 6.10pm. I never got a call from the delivery boy asking my exact house also. So i request the snapdeal company to look into my problem. Its a modi vastra blue velvet saree.

                            Had ordered loreal shampoo and hair mask. The products are clearly fake. I can tell from the shoddy bottles and the weird smell of the shampoo. Honestly, you need to stop thinking that your customers are dumb.

                            Have mailed you regarding this but received no response. I think you won't act until you're shamed on social media. Do you really want me to go that way? Absolutely appalled.

                                    I have order placed on 21 aug, 2018 on snapdeal and my order id: [protected] guru alphabets & numerals in car sticker red and amount of product is 139 rupey they shows my order will be delever at 1 nov 2018 and my payment also done 28 of september get a messege on my regsterd number your order will be dispatch outside of india it will come in 1 nov 2018 and today sows your order is delever and they email me bill of product the i check bill so saller address is

                                      The product I want to return (Khadims footwear order id [protected]) is not picked up by Snapdeal. Everyday I have to reschedule the order due to Snapdeal unable to pick the order. Several times I called Snapdeal customer care but still there is no positive response and there is no option to speak to customer care executive to explain the problem. I do want to return the product, the estimated day for pick up has been crossed to far still I am contacting Snapdeal but there is no responsible action.
                                      Please help to pick up the item for replacement

                                        प्रिय महोदय,
                                        मैंने दिनांक 13/08/2018 को एक "jaiden a18 blue 001001mini wireless bluetooth speaker"order किया था जिसकी ऑर्डर id [protected] हैं जो कि मुझे दिनांक 19/08/2018 को मिला । पैकेट खोलने पर प्राप्त आइटम मेरे द्वारा किए गए ऑडर से भिन्न माडल था तथा प्राप्त आइटम काम भी नही कर रहा था। यानि खराब था। जिसको रिटर्न करने के लिए मैंने कई दिनों तक रिक्वेस्ट भेजा लेकिन मेरी रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार नहीं हो रही थी। दिनांक 25/08/2018 को मेरी रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार कर ली गई। जिसमें मैंने रिटर्न का कारण आइटम का भिन्न माडल होना एवम् प्राप्त सामान ख़राब होना बताया था। तथा रिफंड के लिए मांगी गई सूचना बैंक डिटेल आदि दे दिया था। क़रीब 10 दिन व्यतीत हो जाने के बाद भी मेरा रिफंड नहीं आया तो मैंने रिफंड की जानकारी की तो पता चला कि मेरी रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है, मेरे द्वारा वापस किया गया आइटम क्वालिटी चेक में फेल हो गया है। तथा मुझे वह ख़राब वा भिन्न आइटम पुनः वापस भेजा जायेगा। मुझे आपकी कंपनी से जो आईटम मिला था मैंने उसे ही रिटर्न किया था। आपकी कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि द्वारा यह बताया गया कि कम्पनी ने जो आईटम भेजा था रिटर्न में वह आइटम नही प्राप्त हुआ। जबकि इसमें मेरी कोई गलती नहीं है मुझे जो आईटम मिला था मैंने वही आईटम वापस किया है।
                                        आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा मेरे साथ छल - कपट एवम् जालसाजी की गई है।
                                        आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा आजतक ना तो मेरा पैसा लौटाया गया, और न आजतक वह ख़राब आईटम लौटाया गाया, और ना ही उस आईटम की जगह कोई दूसरा आइटम दिया गया।
                                        अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे प्रकरण पर विशेष ध्यान देकर उसे हल करने का कष्ट करें। जिससे मेरा विश्वास आपकी कम्पनी पर बना रहे।
