    I have ordered Nike epic shoes and received the same but due to size issue i raise request for change in size of shoes after that courier boy taken my shoes for replacement dated on 16-10-18, from that date to till date in my snapdeal account it is showing that pickup has failed and every day i receive message for next day pickup,
    already i raise complain and mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com i got only reference no. But still did not get any other responce from snapdeal and i am trying to contact customer care but my call has been barred
    Courier boy given receiving it mentioned AWB no:[protected], with the help of AWB no. I track my courier in ECOM. EXPRESS and it is showing product not accepting by vendors for replacement.
    Now even after 11 days of pick up my replacement shoes not received payment has not been reserved.

    Worst Only shopping company, so many times i have to snapdeal help support but still no one response my mail, no representative helping me,
    I have attached which receipt i received by courier boy at the time of replacement.
    I given Nike-2018 epic react running shoes for replacement, but courier boy given other product receiving, that is the reason i am facing problem. Please look in this matter and solve it.

        I have purchased digi smart tv from snap deal, from starting date i am facing problem that date and timing not getting save permanently.

        Each and every time when we are power on the television it is asking to set the date and time to access the browser.

        I have tried to digi smart customer care number which is provided but they are not giving proper response and always disconnect my calls.

        I don't have any other option to get the proper solution for my problem even my tv is under warranty.

            Iam have been a regular customer of snapdeal.
            This is very unfortunate that the offer on purchase of microsoft windows 10 pro advertised by snapdeal
            Did not mention the following :

            1. This is a digital edition and no disk would be supplied.
            2. Without knowing it as a digital edition i made payment of rs. 664/- on 24 oct, 18, snapdeal confirmed the order and intimated expected delivery by 3 rd november'18
            3. There after the supplier digitech 360 forwarded the details of the order (Screenshot attached) wherein it revealed that

            A) it's a digital product
            B) certain software related conditions to be met before downloading the said m. S. Windows 10 pro.
            C) no return policy applies for this product
            D) no refund to be made

            The most worst part of thing is before i could know the supplier's conditions, snapdeal confirmed the delivery on the same day on 24th oct'18
            Itself (Screenshot attached).

            It is very disgusting that snapdeal didn't disclose the above conditions in the offer.
            The above conditions were not acceptable to me.
            I wanted to return the product but could not because of return policy is not applicable for his product.
            I could not claim refund of the amount rs.664/= paid to snapdeal.
            Neither i could download the software as per the conditions.

            This amount paid to snapdeal is a total loss to me.

            I lost the trust in snapdeal and neither would buy any item from snapdeal in future nor recommend anybody to buy from snapdeal

            For buyer's sake pl disclose all the conditions in your offers/advertisements.

              These people are fraud i ordered mi band and i did not received charger and without charger that divide can't be open and i can't use it now i said to the delivery boy that i will check first if it is ok then i will pay the amount but he said he can't the product first u have to pay the amount and then only i will give u and i pay he left then i open it and i found there no charger like these they fraud me and i can't talk with there executive... Because they can't give fair service that's why they remove customer call services

                  Sir i was purchased a smartphone lenovo vibe p1 turbo 32gb black silver from snapdeal on 15 sep 2018. But the smartphone was found faulty when installed. Then as per snapdeal company advice i returned the device through a national courier blue dart tezpur on 25 sep 2018. As per courier receipt way bill no. The item has been successfully delivered to snapdeal on 27 sep 2018. But the snapdeal stating that they are not received the item and not initiate my refund or any favourable action for me. They only sending computer generated msg and not respond my request. Hence i request you to please help me in this issue.

                      As per the information from “snapdeal” online web site, i ordered one set of lucky roger multi boxer pack of 3, with order id: [protected] (1 item) on 19.10.2018.

                      Please find their offer in this link https://www.snapdeal.com/product/lucky-roger-multi-boxer-pack/[protected] for your reference, which is as follows.

                      Mrp rs. 999 (Inclusive of all taxes)

                      Rs. 349 (65% off)

                      I received the item by courier and paid rs 351.00 as mentioned in their offer, which is as follows.

                      Price rs 349
                      Delivery charges free
                      Promo discount - rs 27
                      Shipping charges rs 29
                      Total amount rs 351

                      However when unpacked, i noticed that the mrp tag of a single unit is rs. 99.00 only, thus for 3 pieces rs. 297.00 only.

                      In this way they collected rs. 52.00 more than the total mrp amount, thus a clear incident of “cheating”.

                      Please find attached herewith the copy of their invoice and image of the product with mrp tag, for your perusal.

                      I informed this matter to snapdeal in their email id [protected]@snapdeals.co.in, but not received a clear reply, but asked me to return the product.

                      Since it’s obviously not a matter of exchange or refund, but a clear incident of cheating the customers by providing wrong and false information in their online web site and collecting excess money than the printed mrp.

                      In this way i lost my time, money and suffered mental tension as well for which they have to pay compensation to me of rs. 50, 000.00.

                      I hereby kindly request you to do the needful to intervene in this matter seriously and give justice to me.

                        I have purchased a chair from snapdeal and about after a week it started creating problem like bended on one side. But snapdeal people said its not manufacturing defect. Probably u are sitting with more pressure on right sided inspite of left sided but when i checked on left side is normal even if we sit on left side with more pressure so it means it is manufacturing defect on right sided... Now snapdeal people are refusing to replace it.. Very bad on you people... Dont purchase anything from snapdeal.. They deal horribly

                          I ordered a sari from snapdeal and got the confirmation message that product will be shipped. Few days later i received a message that the seller is unable to provide the product so has been assigned to some other seller and after some more days a message came stating that the product is out of stock so order is cancelled. The major problem began when a parcel from snapdeal came stating same product and price on it i thought it to be the same parcel and paid for it. But the parcel contain totally different cheap sari which i don't want at all. When i contacted snapdeal regarding this problem they said that the parcel i received is not theirs and they are not responsible for it. I just want to know if they have not sent the product then how come some third party got to know the details of product i ordered on snapdeal that along with my address and phone number. If snapdeal is not responsible for that product delivery then it is surely responsible for providing my data to some fraudulent third party.

After that i tried to contact several times to their customer service but unable to contact... I am a frequent buyer of other online sites... It is never happened with amazon or flipkart.. I ordered after a long time on snapdeal and suprisingly they delivered wrong one... Replace it immediately...

                                  Snapdeal has sold me fake asics shoes. Now i come to know its fake asics shoes. But they denied now to replace that. Even i have returned them nike shoes which was fake. Products received from gurgaon haryana vendor. Snapdeal app is also not entertaining complaint after 7bdays.                                     My order is not found by me actually i selected 116600 model no watch of rolex & i received 116610 by snapdeal team so i am not satisfied for this behaviour & they refused to replace/return the product and they dont give us any number to contact customer service or complaint they are very helpless for civil citizen please response me soon

                                      On 20th october2018 i ordered a saree (Lajree designer pink net saree) on snapdeal, order id [protected]. Price was inr 499. On 22 order status showd "item is packed and will be dispatched soon", delivery date was before 1 november. Today on25th october snapdeal cancelled my order showing"order could not be fulfiled due to seller unable to fulfil". Now price of that saree is inr1599.
                                      I want to know why snapdeal cancelled my order? My order back.

                                      pathetic experience.you(snapdeal) cancelled my order on 25th october.then you send me mail on 26th octoboer saying that 'saree will be dispatched with a little delay'.wtf is going on? i ordered that saree on discount.cost was 499 inr.now that saree cost inr 1499.thats why you dont want to deliver the item.its your fault.i also complained it in 'national consumer forum'.i want my order back .nothing else.

                                      today(28 ictober) at 11.30 a.m i got a call from [protected].he said he is calling from snapdeal, he said me to pay inr 200 (advance)from my debit/credit card, then i can get that saree at inr 200, i denied to pay that amount in card, i said i ordered that saree in cash on delivery so whatever is your delivery charge i shall only pay it in cash on delivery.then he end the call.SNAPDEAL what is going on?

                                        My Order ID:[protected] was cancelled abrupty saying "seller unable to fulfill the order" & refund is initiated.I had ordered a step ladder for cleaning my house for Diwali.After 2 weeks they cancel my order abruptly without any intimation and say refund will is initiated.I don't need the refund I need the order to be delivered.I am ready to wait for more time for the delivery.
