Snapdeal has sold me fake asics shoes. Now i come to know its fake asics shoes. But they denied now to replace that. Even i have returned them nike shoes which was fake. Products received from gurgaon haryana vendor. Snapdeal app is also not entertaining complaint after 7bdays. I was travelling when snapdeal fellow came. Now product found fake.

      On 20th october2018 i ordered a saree (Lajree designer pink net saree) on snapdeal, order id [protected]. Price was inr 499. On 22 order status showd "item is packed and will be dispatched soon", delivery date was before 1 november. Today on25th october snapdeal cancelled my order showing"order could not be fulfiled due to seller unable to fulfil". Now price of that saree is inr1599.
      I want to know why snapdeal cancelled my order? My order back.

      pathetic experience.you(snapdeal) cancelled my order on 25th october.then you send me mail on 26th octoboer saying that 'saree will be dispatched with a little delay'.wtf is going on? i ordered that saree on discount.cost was 499 inr.now that saree cost inr 1499.thats why you dont want to deliver the item.its your fault.i also complained it in 'national consumer forum'.i want my order back .nothing else.

      today(28 ictober) at 11.30 a.m i got a call from [protected].he said he is calling from snapdeal, he said me to pay inr 200 (advance)from my debit/credit card, then i can get that saree at inr 200, i denied to pay that amount in card, i said i ordered that saree in cash on delivery so whatever is your delivery charge i shall only pay it in cash on delivery.then he end the call.SNAPDEAL what is going on?

          I have ordered a saree of peach colour dared 12th oct 18 but i have received a white colour saree. I had made a return request for it but by mistake i cancelled my return request. Since now I'm trying to contact the customer care and returning my order as i dont want it, there is no option to contact customer care or return the product and very frustrated of this.

            I have cancelled order on phone as well on mail... It's a prepaid order and i feel u guys are very cool (As told by ur floor manager on call) about customer dissatisfaction... I have disconnected ur calls after hearing nuisance and fooling around with my conversation on last two calls as it's not possible to tolerate nuisance all time.
            Now after giving me a phone confirmation that my cancellation is getting processed, you have started mocking saying that i should refuse the order for it to get cancelled and my refund will be more delayed...
            No issues... I shall tell you my process.
            I don't need a metoo# for this kind of intolerant behavior and mock.
            I shall first file a case through customer rights and next i shall speak about you guys especially ur tele-rep and mr. Ashutosh for mocking at my pitiful issue as a customer and then cooling it down by not accepting your own mistakes on social network platform so that people can get alarmed about snapdeal.
            And last but not the least i shall certainly also complain that i was not allowed to speak to any supervisor or senior on the issue am facing with snapdeal.

              The product which i got is not exactly what i have seen on the site it differs totally when i saw it after opening the package it there has provided me a colour full thread but they have shown me a rudraksh mala along with the locket and it has also some threats like junks on the pendant and also i have paid for the product size of the rudraksh pendant also varies as per the visibility on the site

                I have ordered one watch Men Fashion Black Cronograph casio watch. I got the delivery of the product on 23rd Oct 18 and i ordered it on 18th Oct of this month. While i open it firstly i didnt find any authenticate certificate and any warranty card
                I was also using casio watch last 3 year. I went to service center of casio while they see that product they said this is totally fake product. You lost time as well as money for this product
                Kindly return my money or provide me genuine product with warranty otherwise i file the complaint against snap deal in consumer court for making me fool and wasting time my time and money

                    I order for shoe snapdeal send me 9 number shoe which was not fitting on my foots. I requested for exchange and asked for 10 number shoe snapdeal exchanged with 9 size again same product. I ask for refund and return of item and snapdeal decline my refund request. There ivr system is worst i never get connected to human voice over phone to explain the problem. I wrote several emails to them but no positive reply. Please help and justice here...

                      I have ordered my product and it was a prepaid product. They gave me 2months time to deliver it and even though i waited for 2months i have not received the order. And on the last day of estimated delivary time they changed it to delivered but i have not yet recieved the order. Its totally being fraud. Upon complaining on mail they are not taking any serious steps. Now i either want my product or i am going to file a legal case against snapdeal.com on the basis of fraud.

                              I have ordered a nike navy polyster track pants @ rs. 516 from snapdeal.
                              They delivered a fake black colour (Instead of navy) and very unshaped local market pants which usually sell for rs. 150 in delhi markets.
                              I filed a return on same day of delivery, they came to took the package back, but refused the same by saying that the item didn't met their quality checks! (What kind of quality check is neeeded on a different fake product?!).
                              Help please, i tried contacting them, they don't answer any mails and i can't even contact them directly due to their new phone cs.

                                Very much disappointed from snapdeal, today it is cleared that snapdeal is selling fake products, i have received a copy of nike track pant, as soon as i opened the packet, the symbol of the nike came out. and even the material of the pant is very bad.

                                    This is a very slow on line site compare flipkart must provide service 2 or 3 day maximum. I have a ordered with snapdeal my two boat headphone at 14 oct but no pesponce there side what about my product. Today given estimated delivery 24 oct but product is showing dispatch right now what we consider today 24 oct deliverd my product. I would u to request please provide my product or refund my money has been given you to your site

                                    Recently i have ordered a fastrack men watch from the snapdeal. They shows at website that the product is authentic but when i received the product it was a duplicate product. This is completely disgusting please help me from this adulteration.

                                      Unable to talk to snapdeal executive. Order was supposed to be delivered between 22 to 24 oct. Received a message saying delivery failed which was attempted at 2 am in the night. This is absolutely ridiculous. Didn't receive any call as well. Need to talk to snapdeal executive as soon as possible. Order is worth 4000 rs and prepaid as well. This will count as cheating and will move to consumer court if not resolved immediately.

                                        Am sivanathan. I ordered a fastrack sports watch men 3099sm02. But am not get that watch i get some other model. My oder number is [protected]. I booked on the item10th oct 2018. And i get the delivery item in 23rd oct 2018. My item is totally miss matched. The item wroth is 2000ruppess near. Also i getted 500 rupees coupon too. But its really hurter. It's too much. My oder item totally missed. Some other item i get. So wanted my oder item.
