I buy a longway smart Led tv from snapdeal in the month of September 2018 and its November now. They ask me to provide 5 star rating and in exchange they will provide 4 months extended warranty on their TV which they never provide.
Don't buy this product on the basis of ratings only because all the ratings they get just because of the offer they provide to customers.

      I have ordered fs4835 from snap deal and what i received a fake fossil watch from retailer from surat. I called fossil showroom to check authenticity of product. They told how can someone provide you 50% discount when company is giving max 30%. I really fed up with snap deal behavior. They are just making fool of customers. Be aware of snap deal fraud its a huge name in online shopping market but look what they are doing.

        Order no [protected] was placed for 1 unit of fashion black avaiator sunglasses on 22-oct 2018 on snapdeal app. Now we got the confirmation from courrier agency delivery that order is cancelled and returned. Trying to call customer care but every time there is only operator instructing various instruction rather than connecting with any customer care excecutive.

        Kindly help and look in to matter

          I ordered pioneer ts-a936h order id: [protected] and they sent me pioneer ts-a6966r that to duplicate product, and i've returned this product as soon as i got this product in the snapdeal site but they are saying return request closed. I got this product on 30th 5:30 pm and i returned around 9:00 pm on the same day, returning reference no 51214012. Kindly resolve my problem. I want to you to take back your fake product and refund my amount 3711 rupees. Worst experiance

            Snapdeal is offering products at attractive deals & finally cancels the order stating that the seller could not supply the product.. I have suffered interest loss on funds for 3rd & definitely the last time. The site displays great deals along with discount of prepayment and finally cancels the order and generates a return which is again credited in your bank after 12-15 days of your booking date.
            I recommend to stay away from this site for any choices.

              I ordered track from snapdeal on 30th october. Then i cancelled it due to some reaons. But still i can't get my refund into bank. So i want to take LEGAL ACTION against them. Snapdeal is worst ever shoping place. I will never order from that again. And i also suggest all to not to buy ANYTHING from them.

                  This is regarding my order online on Snapdeal. Order.no .[protected], Ref no.5129831, ordered on 22/10/18. Had ordered 3 qty of VIVO Bluetooth Headset.On Invoice received its been mention BW2*3 .But while opening pack instead of 3 Qty, there was only 1 piece, had paid cash for RS.777 /- for 3qty .Main issue is when we are calling on Customer Care-[protected] there is No Option to speak any Customer Care Executive, hence unable to raise & inform Only on mail but we are not getting what we are trying to convey Its clearly mention about our issues but they gave as reply its been delivered .
                  Till not yet received any single call from them, seems its automated
                  Please seriously look into this matter, As I am regular buyer from Online Like Amazon & Flipkart but we have never faced any issues, we trusted on Snap deal but in vain .

But the product what i have received is not original, it is duplicate only bottle and box seems to be original but the oil inside is duplicate when i applied the oil i got rashes and spend almost rs. 2000/- for treatment.                         I ordered a Motorola travel adapter on 20/10/2018 in snapdeal .At the time of the order it showed Estimated delivery would be on 28/10/2016.I tracked the order on 29/10/2018 it showed courier is out for delivery.At the end of day i got message like "delivery attempt has failed".They scheduled re-attempted on 30/10/2018 but i didn't get any call or message from the courier as of now.When i contacted the snapdeal customer care through mail chat they are not responding back and also these courier company so called vulcanolp.unicommerce.com not update their status in orders tracking link .It has been more than 10 days completed since i placed my order still i didn't receive my parcel .I experienced very worst service with snapdeal.

                          My name is akash verma. I had purchased motorola moto pulse bluetooth headphone from snap deal but after receiving when i open the box the product was looking very old having scratches on different places & doesn't have accessories like cables etc. Even after making request for refund still nobody has pick the product till now. On daily basis i got a message from snap deal that today their executive will pick up the courier but in the evening again message will come that today we were not able to pick up due to some reason. Tomorrow the same procedure will be followed by them. I got fed up from their system. Please find below the details of the order.

                                  I had orderd a product from snapdeal. The product is pre-workout supplement cellucor c4 30 servings (Orange burst). The product is 100% fake. I confirmed it with cellucor inc. (Usa). The lot number mentioned does not exist. I failed to check the hologram which says void instead of cellucor. The product tastes like ordinary glucose powder and does not give any energy after consumption. I have been using this product since past 2 years so could identify that the product is fake. Also talked to consumer care for multiple times but no response. I am attaching herewith required photos, email from cellucor, invoice.

                                  I placed a paid order they texted me that its deliver but havnt got the delivery or call from delivery boy. Will suggest you not to order from snapdeal.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have order jbl t110 earphone from snapdeal on feb'2016, when i ordered it showed one year warranty. This month my earphone one side speaker not working, so i reached jbl authorized service center in odisha. They told that the seller "time n solution" is not an authorized jbl seller and so that they don't claim the warranty and won't repair the product too.

                                    Now what should i must do, say snapdeal. Just waste of money spending to you, atleast amazon and flipkart are better than you.

                                    Please provide an solution for this warranty issue.

                                      On 23 oct 2018 around 06:20pm, my order id: [protected] dated 14 oct 2018 from snap deal (Activa act32” smart led tv) delivered by blue dart courier service. On receiving, it has been noticed that the cartoon package was unsealed/opened inside the wooden crate, asked to courier delivery person for the same as i got reply from him that they might have forgotten to put celefon tape. Further, on opening the cartoon package, i found main unit smart led tv (Without brand name/logo), tabletop stand (01 pair) & 04 nos screws & rubber bushes only in the package worth rs. 12549/- user manual book, extended warranty card, remote, wall mount & batteries not found in the package as per the order details.

                                      Instantly, i informed to snap deal via e-mail about incomplete product package with request for a return of product/procurement of missing accessories or to provide me missing accessories. Since then snap deal sending e-mail stating that "we hear you" by giving 24-48 hrs time & a reference no. To my correspondence. But there is no concrete resolution from them. On 26 oct 2018 at about 10:01am, i received a call from snap deal representative for my return request acceptance & product will be picked up within 2-3 days. But after few minutes i could accessed an e-mail on my mobile phone that item cannot be picked up from my address as it is out of their service area etc. Once the item delivered to my address, can be picked up on return as well as it is with in the service area jamshedpur. Now snap deal help desk asking me to hand over the product to courier service/warehouse stating that my address lies out of service area which has no justification rather than provocation as they are frolicking with consumer’s desire.

                                      Attached scan copy of e-mail & snapshots of sms from snap deal for your reference.

                                      Sir, kindly intervene in this regard and help me out for refund of my precious amount.

                                      As the discrepancy of accessories (user manual book, extended warranty card, remote, wall mount bracket & 2 AAA batteries) being intimated with in the stipulated time vide e-mail dated 23 Oct 2018 10:24PM as per their 7 days of return policy from date of delivery. No update/nil outcome from Snap Deal Customer Care except stating "Sorry for the inconvenience" till now...!!!

                                        Mostly products at snapdeal site are fake. I ordered a casio watch for which snapdeal clams that we sell authentic and genuine products. They didn't send invoice and there was no option to get invoice from my order option so i tried to contact casio warranty department and i am shocked that casio company mails me that snapdeal is not our online selling partner.

                                        Only product returning is not the solution. If customer catches you that you are selling fake product you just returns the product but where is your authenticity of the product. I have spent my valluable time on your site and you are doing nothing why. Even not a single call from your side to cantact me.
