This is regarding my order online on Snapdeal. Order.no .[protected], Ref no.5129831, ordered on 22/10/18. Had ordered 3 qty of VIVO Bluetooth Headset.On Invoice received its been mention BW2*3 .But while opening pack instead of 3 Qty, there was only 1 piece, had paid cash for RS.777 /- for 3qty .Main issue is when we are calling on Customer Care-[protected] there is No Option to speak any Customer Care Executive, hence unable to raise & inform Only on mail but we are not getting what we are trying to convey Its clearly mention about our issues but they gave as reply its been delivered .
Till not yet received any single call from them, seems its automated
Please seriously look into this matter, As I am regular buyer from Online Like Amazon & Flipkart but we have never faced any issues, we trusted on Snap deal but in vain .
