On 23 Oct 2018 around 06:20PM, my Order ID: [protected] dated 14 Oct 2018 from SNAP DEAL (ACTIVA ACT32” Smart LED TV) delivered by Blue Dart Courier service. On receiving, it has been noticed that the cartoon package was unsealed/opened inside the wooden crate, asked to courier delivery person for the same as I got reply from him that they might have forgotten to put celefon tape. Further, on opening the cartoon package, I found Main Unit Smart LED TV (Without Brand Name/LOGO), tabletop stand (01 Pair) & 04 Nos screws & rubber bushes only in the package worth Rs. 12549/- User Manual book, Extended Warranty Card, Remote, Wall mount & Batteries not found in the package as per the order details.

Instantly, I informed to Snap Deal via e-mail about incomplete product package with request for a return of product/procurement of missing accessories. Since then Snap Deal sending e-mail stating that "WE HEAR YOU" by giving 24-48 hrs time & a reference No. to my correspondence. But there is no concrete resolution from them. On 26 Oct 2018 at about 10:01AM, I received a call from Snap Deal representative for my return request acceptance & product will be picked up within 2-3 days. But after few minutes I could accessed an e-mail on my mobile phone that Item cannot be picked up from my address as it is out of their service area etc. Once the item delivered to my address, can be picked up on return as well as it is with in the service area Jamshedpur. Now Snap Deal Help desk asking me to hand over the Product to courier service/Warehouse stating that my address lies out of service area which has no justification rather than provocation as they are frolicking with consumer’s desire.

Attached scan copies of correspondence & screenshot of SMS for your reference. If required...I have images o[censored]n-boxing of the product for the future reference...!!!

Sir, kindly intervene in this regard and help me out for refund of my precious amount.

    The product that i ordered from snapdeal was once defective so i replaced it. The second time i got to know about the defect of the material much later. However the site mentioned it much later so what next i am not getting a refund and its a total waste of my hard earned money. Tough the site states that the product has a 6 month warranty. My complaint still lies with snapdeal stating that if it does not take care of my grievance then i would no longer use snapdeal, tough i have much more to buy.

      I am here to complaining about my partial order delivery. I was received the order today but when i was opened it only one item in it. While i had ordered two things and i was paid for two things but when i was opened it there is only one thing (Huda beauty matte lipstick) and one thing is missing (Huda beauty palette). So please kindly note my complaint my huda beauty palette deliver me soon...

        I placed an order for a watch on 11 oct, 2018 with order id: [protected]

        They did not deliver the product till 30 oct 2018. When i send them a email they respond back with 3-4 days time (Template email)

        Their courier partner vulcan does not have a contact number, neither do they reply to emails.

        Non Sense. Again today I received a delivery update and a phone number of a guy who will deliver it to me.
        No rewards for guessing, he did not answer the call and did not deliver the product.

        It's only 21 days since I ordered. You can take another 2 years to deliver.

        The Snapdeal fraudsters cancelled the order and marked as customer returned the product. Such a shame.
        Nobody calls or responds to an email.

          I sent many emails to Snapdeal via Snapdeal App (Contact Customer C) regarding Snapdeal's fraud but Snapdeal never replied. And When I made Calls to Snapdeal on [protected] but IVRS says No Order found with your Mobile Number. Contacting Snapdeal Customer Care Service is like impossible

            It has been 12 days now & snapdeal is claiming that the product has been delivered. Nobody, in my flat, my neighbours, my security seems to hv collected. I have infact checked myself and no product was delivered to the given address.

            Can you please look into this matter & give this a priority. Otherwise i'll be left with no option other than to go to the consumer court against both snapdeal & fedex.

              I got a letter in the name of snapdeal.com in view of i'm winning one lakh rupees under snapdeal anniversary lucky draw contest along with scratch card with helpline number [protected]. Under the scratch card it shows you won 10 lakhs along with sms code. Is this fake or genuine. When i contact to that helpline number it's ringing and not look like as customer helpline number. It's ringing instead of voice over talk.

                They are sending me fake product i request the return same day after having a product (Nike shoe flyknit gray) but after 7 day they send me mail that your request of return is not possible first they send me weong shoe then then they asked me that my product is not up to the mark.                   Last week i ordered a watch is casio edifice efr-540d-1avudf then at last i received my order, after opening the package i realized that its a fake watch... But the snapdeal told that watch is 100% original and it contains 2 years warranty in reviews to that watch... I am thinking to complain to consumer court after talking to snapdeal, but there is no chance to talk with them because they shutdown their customer care service.. So that i am decided to complain about snapdeal fraud in consumer court. Snapdeal wasted my 15k.

                      I ordered for a jbl charge 3 red colour infact what ive been delivered with was a damages fake black speaker..
                      Now im suppose to wait 2 weeks for refund of 9967.
                      I paid nearly rs 10000 for a product worth rs 500 and for refund they need to go for quality check it seems what an irony.

                      A product which order did not delivered but marked as delivered. I was two badsheet and seller sent one badsheet with two badsheet bill. I only received one.

                        I ordered Fossil watch from SD and after verfication with Fossil Service Centre I found that this watch is fake/ non original

                        After delivered that watch they have removed the 'Return/ Replace' option from my account and they said might be your product isn't applicable for return or return date has expired while this isn't the case and they closed my return request.

                            First they cancelled the order, then they got a wrong item delivered from their delivery boy and in their company's packing.
                            My mother didnt suspect anything wrong and paid cod 989/-
                            Now the saree that they have delivered is not worth 100/- rs
                            But they are not taking it back and refunding. Saying you ordered cod hence you are not eligible for refund.
                            It was their delivery guys, hence the money is with them.
                            I have kept the packing as proof

                            As i have ordered xtenso shampoo and conditioner and serum butt they havee delivered only shampoo and conditioner not thee serum

                              Recently, i bought two ray-ban goggles for my trip to goa from 9-14 oct.
                              My submission is as under. :-
                              - product was delivered quite late that is on 14 oct, when we had already been to goa.
                              - secondly, quality is too poor and to my assessment it is fake or duplicate product.
                              - i could not see the product in 7 days.
                              - i wish to return the item.

                              These things are petty and affect the name of online giant like snapdeal.

                              I didn't receive my package, i didn't receive any call but order status is showing, it is delivered. Snapdeal service is pathetic, i ordered on 7 August till now i didn't get any package and status is showing delivered

                                    Dear sir, i ordered a fossil watch fs4552 model from snapdeal but the model number of the receiver which i received is fs4487 and i received the invoice also the fs4552 model. And i did not receive any guarantee card. I send a request to return but no help was made on that
                                    Looks like this is not a real fossil watch. Fossil's fs4487 model does not come with stainless steel, but the watch which i received is stainless steel chain, which has a poor quality of color.
                                    Snapdeal has cheated me so i'm very upset
                                    Please help and guide me

                                        Pictures shown were Lackme Iconic Kajal, 2 pieces;Loreal Kajal Magique, 2 pieces; 1 Colossal klajlal and 2 Maballyne lipsticks. But all of the products are faulty. Only 1 piece of Loreal is reliable, other all are waste. All are broken and duplicate pieces. Waste of money. I advise you not to buy these waste products. VERY UPSET WITH SNAPDEAL'S PRODUCTS.
