Sir i have booked an order for 2 set of
Prince set of 2 door semi-transparent eyelet polyester curtains red with order number [protected]. But i have received totally different set with wrong size, pattern and colour. Which is useless for me. These curtains are too short for my door. Now i have raised return request but they are not agree to return this wrong product. If i call to customer care its also not consider my register mobile number. ([protected]) so i am unable to reach there. Now your tell me the solution about this product. Even they are not arranging me a call back. So that i can ask for problem.

    My order id: [protected] placed on 10th oct and delivered damaged product on 21st oct and i placed return on 22nd and it was accepted on 24th oct. But till now no one has come to pick the product and i was sending mails to [protected]@snapdeal from past 2 weeks, but no use they are saying courier will pick the product. No direct cc contact number or escalation process. Very bad experience with snapdeal customer care.

    Yesterday they have picked the product after 14 days. Thanks to consumer complaints for escalating the issue. Snapdeal should stick to their timelines and proper communication to the customers to avoid such complaints.

      Hi i bought a nike shoes from snapdeal and received it on 29/10/18. As i got it immediatly i send request for return or replace and commenced date was 31.10.18. I was waiting and suddenly i got msg that courier person said that i don't want to return it whereas he did not visited to my plac. Again i raised request vand commenced date was 02.11.18 but again no one came and once again got same message. If guys can not take care about your customer then why do you ask them to come with u. I send number of request also but no reply from your side. I am waiting for reply otherwise i am going to file a case now.

        I ordered a m2-s1 for apple smart watch (42mm) on 17th oct 2018 from snapdeal.com costing 548 rs. Paid in cash
        When it arrived on 24th oct 2018 a part (Usb) was missing.

Complain was resolved by reissue of message, item will be delivered by 03rd November. Today got message, it will be delivered today. But no delivery took place. Delivery man is not receiving calls. Useless snapdeal.

            I had purchased order i'd [protected] activa 1200mm star ceiling fan pack of 2, off white color. When i opened this product, color is different which i selected. I got ceiling fan off white and brown color combination. Fan leaves is off white while main fan is brown color. I complaint this 2-3 times to snapdeal. Snapdeal customer care number totally fake, no one person solve the customer prblm, totally computerized toll free number. I send to complaint to [protected]@snapdeal.com, firslty they replied that your engineer visit my place and check the problem, no one visit my place, after three days, they replied me that i returned product to warehouse through courier. I have not time to going for courier and send to warehouse. If i have time then purchase product from market not by your website's. Kindly collect your product from my home and replace my product as soon as. I never expect that this type of facility gives by you.

              On 02.11.2018, they have cancelled an item by talking to me over phone by telling it as facing some internal error, they have cancelled it. They told me that refund will be given in 24-48 hrs. But till now I have not received. Kindly solve. I have requested them to call me beCause they do not have any phone number.                 I recieved a fake gshock watch because auto light feature is not working and clock adjust only happens in clockwise manner. But in real it can also adjust in anticlockwise. Its original price is 7000 approx but they sold it for 2099. There was no tag and warranty card available in the box too.                   I had ordered 3 shoes on 12th october (Order id [protected]) while i was out. These shoes were bought for gifting purpose (Nike, jordan and nike air force). All these shoes were fake and not original when i returned and checked them. Additionally the shoes are defective. These shoes are fake and they are selling it in the original price.
                  Now i complained about this and they refuse to refund the item. Instead they send me 50rs coupon as a token to be loyal to them (Which they clearly state) and they think they can loot me of 15000rs and win me over 50rs coupon.

                  At least they can own up to their mistake if they have done so. And that's the reason people trust more on amazon and flipkart as in my experience to such problems they even refund me after the expiry of their return policy. Also the humiliation i felt after opening the gift. Who's going to pay for it?

                  If this issue does not resolve you will lose my trust and customer. I will not hesitate in spreading the word among my friends relatives and everyone as to that you sell fake products in the name of nike and that too defective.

                        I ordered a idulekha hair oil bank. I received the one and found that the product seems to be a duplicate copy of idulekha hair oil. Also, it is not smell little bit like indulkha hailr oil.

                        Seller refuses to take the product back.

                        I am so very much disappointed with the product and thus snapdeal, that it is not a good site to purchase the things, as seller may give you a duplicate product and refuses to return back the money, and thus in short fools you. Too much people complaint about this so please look into this matters as early as possible. Otherwise indian government will banned snapdeal.


                        Hope, reporting here would help me somehow and the product would be returned soon.

                            Have returned back a product to snapdeal on 12th OCT 2018 as i received wrong product then snapdeal provide me the number 74568228295281009800695 is the ARN/RRN for the refund transaction along with they send money is credited to my account but still im not getting any refund. i want my money back. Please help

                              I am anirban pan. I purchased a moto c plus mobile from snapdeal on 11-may-2018 (Invoice no. : s8b70a/18/283, order no. - [protected]). Few days ago my charger has damged and i went moto service centre (Soumili enterprise, bankura) on 01/11/2018 for the second time. They refused to give me the service within warranty. They said that a refurbished mobile was given to me by snapdeal. Please take necessary step against snapdeal

                                  The product i want to return nike sweatshirt under the mobile no. : [protected] is not picked up by snapdeal. Everyday replacement getting rescheduled automatically by saying unable to pick the order. Several times i called snapdeal customer care but still there is no positive response and there is no option to speak to customer care executive to explain the problem. Im looking for replacement for the product, since wrong size delivered. The estimated day for pick up has been crossed.

                                    I ordered some products from snapdeal and was delivered on 22nd sept 2018.
                                    Due to some quality and size problem, i have returned the product in just one day. The refund was initiated now it's been a one and half month and i still haven't got the refund back in my account.

                                        I had ordered an epilator on 20tg october, 2018. It’s been 3 weeks and i still havent received my order. I am emailing snapdeal everyday and im not getting any reply. I have also comtacted their courier service but they keep saying that it will be delivered soon.
